Ezekiel 23

(ⲁ̅) ⲡⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲙ̀ⲡϭ̅ⲥ̅ ⲁϥϣⲱⲡⲓ ϩⲁⲣⲟⲓ ⲉϥϫⲱ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲥ.	(1) And the word of the Lord came to me, saying,	(1) Καὶ ἐγένετο λόγος κυρίου πρός µε λέγων
(ⲃ̅) ϫⲉ ⲡϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲙ̀ⲫⲣⲱⲙⲓ. ⲛⲉ ⲟⲩⲟⲛ ⲟⲩⲥϩⲓⲙⲓ ⲃ̅ϯ. ⲉⲩⲟⲓ ⲛ̀ϣⲉⲣⲓ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲙⲁⲩ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲱⲧ.	(2) Son of man, there were two women, daughters of one mother:	(2) Υἱὲ ἀνθρώπου, δύο γυναῖκες ἦσαν θυγατέρες µητρὸς µιᾶς
(ⲅ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲩⲉⲣⲡⲟⲣⲛⲉⲩⲓⲛ ϧⲉⲛ ⲧⲟⲩⲙⲉⲧⲕⲟⲩϫⲓ. ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲓⲙⲁ ⲉⲧⲉⲙ̀ⲙⲁⲩ ⲁ ⲛⲟⲩⲉⲙⲛⲟϯ ϩⲉⲓ. ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲓⲙⲁ ⲉⲧⲉⲙ̀ⲙⲁⲩ. ⲁⲩϭⲱϧⲉⲙ ⲛ̀ⲛⲟⲩⲙⲉⲧⲡⲁⲣⲑⲉⲛⲟⲥ.	(3) and they went a-whoring in Egypt in their youth: there their breasts fell, there they lost their virginity.	(3) καὶ ἐξεπόρνευσαν ἐν Αἰγύπτῳ ἐν τῇ νεότητι αὐτῶν· ἐκεῖ ἔπεσον οἱ µαστοὶ αὐτῶν, ἐκεῖ διεπαρθενεύθησαν.
(ⲇ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲫⲁⲓ ⲡⲉ ⲡⲟⲩⲣⲁⲛ. ϯⲛⲓϣϯ ⲛ̀ⲥⲱⲛⲓ ⲉⲩⲙⲟⲩϯ ⲉ̀ⲣⲟⲥ ϫⲉ ⲱⲱⲗⲁ. ⲫⲣⲁⲛ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉⲥⲥⲱⲛⲓ ⲉⲩⲙⲟⲩϯ ⲉ̀ⲣⲟⲥ ϫⲉ ⲟⲟⲗⲓⲃⲁ. ⲁⲩϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲛⲏⲓ ⲉⲧⲉ ⲛⲁⲓ ⲛⲉ. ⲧⲥⲁⲙⲁⲣⲓⲁ ⲧⲉ ⲱⲱⲗⲁ. ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲓⲗ̅ⲏ̅ⲙ̅ ⲧⲉ ⲟⲟⲗⲓⲃⲁ.	(4) And their names were Oola the elder, and Ooliba her sister: and they were mine, and bore sons and daughters: and as for their names, Samaria was Oola, and Jerusalem was Ooliba.	(4) καὶ τὰ ὀνόµατα αὐτῶν ἦν Οολα ἡ πρεσβυτέρα καὶ Οολιβα ἡ ἀδελφὴ αὐτῆς. καὶ ἐγένοντό µοι καὶ ἔτεκον υἱοὺς καὶ θυγατέρας. καὶ τὰ ὀνόµατα αὐτῶν· Σαµάρεια ἡ Οολα, καὶ Ιερουσαληµ ἡ Οολιβα.
(ⲉ̅) ⲁⲥⲉⲣⲡⲟⲣⲛⲉⲩⲓⲛ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲱⲱⲗⲁ. ⲁⲥⲣⲓⲕⲓ ⲥⲁⲃⲟⲗ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲓ. ⲁⲥⲟⲩⲁϩⲥ ⲛ̀ⲥⲁ ⲛⲉⲥⲙⲉⲛⲣⲁϯ. ⲉⲧⲉ ⲛⲓⲁⲥⲥⲩⲣⲓⲟⲥ ⲛⲉ. ⲉⲧϧⲉⲛⲧ ⲉ̀ⲣⲟⲥ.	(5) And Oola went a-whoring from me, and doted on her lovers, on the Assyrians that were her neighbors,	(5) καὶ ἐξεπόρνευσεν ἡ Οολα ἀπ’ ἐµοῦ καὶ ἐπέθετο ἐπὶ τοὺς ἐραστὰς αὐτῆς, ἐπὶ τοὺς Ἀσσυρίους τοὺς ἐγγίζοντας αὐτῇ
(ⲋ̅) ⲉⲣⲉ ϩⲁⲛϩⲩⲁⲕⲓⲛⲑⲓⲛⲟⲛ ⲧⲟⲓ ϩⲓⲱⲟⲩ. ϩⲁⲛϩⲩⲅⲟⲩⲙⲉⲛⲟⲥ ⲛⲉ. ⲛⲉⲙ ϩⲁⲛⲥⲧⲣⲁⲧⲓⲅⲟⲥ. ϩⲁⲛϧⲉⲗϣⲓⲣⲓ ⲛⲉ ⲉⲩⲥⲱⲧⲡ. ϩⲁⲛϩⲓⲡⲡⲉⲩⲥ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲛⲉ. ⲉⲩⲫⲏⲧ ϩⲓϫⲉⲛ ⲛⲟⲩϩⲑⲱⲣ.	(6) clothed with purple, princes and captains; they were young men and choice, all horseman riding on horses.	(6) ἐνδεδυκότας ὑακίνθινα, ἡγουµένους καὶ στρατηγούς· νεανίσκοι ἐπίλεκτοι πάντες, ἱππεῖς ἱππαζόµενοι ἐφ’ ἵππων.
(ⲍ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲥϯ ⲛⲱⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉⲥⲡⲟⲣⲛⲓⲁ. ⲛⲓⲥⲱⲧⲡ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲛⲓⲁⲥⲥⲩⲣⲓⲟⲥ. ⲛⲉⲙ ⲟⲩⲟⲛ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ ⲉⲧⲁⲥⲧⲏⲓⲥ ⲛⲱⲟⲩ. ⲛⲁⲥϭⲱϧⲉⲙ ⲉ̀ϧⲣⲏⲓ ϧⲉⲛ ⲛⲉⲥⲟⲩⲱϣ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ	(7) And she bestowed her fornication upon them; all were choice sons of the Assyrians: and on whomsoever she doted herself, with them she defiled herself in all their devices.	(7) καὶ ἔδωκεν τὴν πορνείαν αὐτῆς ἐπ’ αὐτούς· ἐπίλεκτοι υἱοὶ Ἀσσυρίων πάντες, καὶ ἐπὶ πάντας, οὓς ἐπέθετο, ἐν πᾶσι τοῖς ἐνθυµήµασιν αὐτῆς ἐµιαίνετο.
(ⲏ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲧⲉⲥⲡⲟⲣⲛⲓⲁ ⲉⲧⲁⲥⲁⲓⲥ ϧⲉⲛ ⲭⲏⲙⲓ. ⲙ̀ⲡⲁⲥⲭⲁⲥ ⲛ̀ⲥⲱⲥ. ϫⲉ ⲛⲁⲩⲛⲕⲟⲧ ⲛⲉⲙⲁⲥ ⲓⲥϫⲉⲛ ⲧⲉⲥⲙⲉⲧⲕⲟⲩϫⲓ. ⲛ̀ⲑⲱⲟⲩ ⲛⲏ ⲉⲧⲁⲩⲁⲓⲥ ⲛ̀ϣⲁϥⲉ. ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲧⲉⲥⲡⲟⲣⲛⲓⲁ ⲁⲥϫⲱϣ ⲉ̀ϧⲣⲏⲓ ⲉ̀ϫⲱⲥ.	(8) And she forsook not her fornication with the Egyptians: for in her youth they committed fornication with her, and they deflowered her, and poured out their fornication upon her.	(8) καὶ τὴν πορνείαν αὐτῆς ἐξ Αἰγύπτου οὐκ ἐγκατέλιπεν, ὅτι µετ’ αὐτῆς ἐκοιµῶντο ἐν νεότητι αὐτῆς, καὶ αὐτοὶ διεπαρθένευσαν αὐτὴν καὶ ἐξέχεαν τὴν πορνείαν αὐτῶν ἐπ’ αὐτήν.
(ⲑ̅) ⲉⲑⲃⲉ ⲫⲁⲓ ⲁⲥⲧⲏⲓⲥ ⲉ̀ⲧⲟⲧⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ⲛⲉⲥⲙⲉⲛⲣⲁϯ. ⲉ̀ϧⲣⲏⲓ ⲉ̀ⲧⲟⲧⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ⲛⲉⲛϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲁⲥⲥⲩⲣⲓⲟⲥ. ⲛⲁⲩ ⲉⲧⲁⲥⲟⲩⲁϣⲟⲩ.	(9) Therefore I delivered her into the hands of her lovers, into the hands of the children of the Assyrians, on whom she doted.	(9) διὰ τοῦτο παρέδωκα αὐτὴν εἰς χεῖρας τῶν ἐραστῶν αὐτῆς, εἰς χεῖρας υἱῶν Ἀσσυρίων, ἐφ’ οὓς ἐπετίθετο.
(ⲓ̅) ⲛ̀ⲑⲱⲟⲩ ⲛⲉ ⲛⲏ ⲉⲧⲁⲩϭⲱⲣⲡ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉⲥⲁⲥⲭⲏⲙⲟⲥⲩⲛⲏ. ⲁⲩϭⲓ ⲛ̀ⲛⲉⲥϣⲏⲣⲓ. ⲛⲉⲙ ⲛⲉⲥϣⲉⲣⲓ. ⲛ̀ⲑⲟⲥ ϩⲱⲥ ⲁⲥϧⲟⲑⲃⲉⲥ ϧⲉⲛ ⲧⲥⲏϥⲓ. ⲁⲩⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲉ̀ⲣⲟⲥ ϧⲉⲛ ⲛⲓϩⲓⲟⲙⲓ. ⲁⲩⲓⲣⲓ ⲛ̀ϩⲁⲛϭⲓⲙ̀ⲡϣⲓϣ. ⲉ̀ϧⲣⲏⲓ ⲛ̀ϧⲏⲧⲥ ⲉ̀ⲧⲉⲥϣⲉⲣⲓ.	(10) They uncovered her shame: they took her sons and daughters, and slew her with the sword: and she became a byword among women: and they wrought vengeance in her for the sake of the daughters.	(10) αὐτοὶ ἀπεκάλυψαν τὴν αἰσχύνην αὐτῆς, υἱοὺς καὶ θυγατέρας αὐτῆς ἔλαβον καὶ αὐτὴν ἐν ῥοµφαίᾳ ἀπέκτειναν· καὶ ἐγένετο λάληµα εἰς γυναῖκας, καὶ ἐποίησαν ἐκδικήσεις ἐν αὐτῇ εἰς τὰς θυγατέρας. —
(ⲓ̅ⲁ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲥⲛⲁⲩ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲧⲉⲥⲥⲱⲛⲓ ⲟⲟⲗⲓⲃⲁ. ⲁⲥϭⲱϧⲉⲙ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉⲥⲡⲁⲣⲑⲉⲛⲓⲁ ⲉϩⲟⲧⲉⲣⲟⲥ. ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲧⲉⲥⲡⲟⲣⲛⲓⲁ ⲁⲥⲁϣⲁⲓ ⲉϩⲟⲧⲉ ⲧⲡⲟⲣⲛⲓⲁ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉⲥⲥⲱⲛⲓ.	(11) And her sister Ooliba saw it, and she indulged in her fondness more corruptly than she, and in her fornication more than the fornication of her sister.	(11) καὶ εἶδεν ἡ ἀδελφὴ αὐτῆς Οολιβα καὶ διέφθειρε τὴν ἐπίθεσιν αὐτῆς ὑπὲρ αὐτὴν καὶ τὴν πορνείαν αὐτῆς ὑπὲρ τὴν πορνείαν τῆς ἀδελφῆς αὐτῆς.
(ⲓ̅ⲃ̅) ⲁⲥⲟⲩⲁϩⲥ ⲛ̀ⲥⲁ ⲛ̀ϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲁⲥⲥⲩⲣⲓⲟⲥ. ⲛⲓϩⲩⲅⲟⲩⲙⲉⲛⲟⲥ. ⲛⲉⲙ ⲛⲓⲥⲧⲣⲁⲧⲓⲅⲟⲥ ⲉⲧϧⲉⲛⲧ ⲉ̀ⲣⲟⲥ. ⲁⲩϯϩⲓⲱⲧⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ϩⲁⲛϩⲃⲱⲥ ⲉ̀ⲛⲁⲛⲉⲩ. ϩⲁⲛϩⲓⲡⲡⲉⲟⲥ ⲛⲉ. ϩⲁⲛϧⲉⲗϣⲓⲣⲓ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲛⲉ.	(12) She doted upon the sons of the Assyrian, princes and captains, her neighbours, clothed with fine linen, horsemen riding on horses; they were all choice young men.	(12) ἐπὶ τοὺς υἱοὺς τῶν Ἀσσυρίων ἐπέθετο, ἡγουµένους καὶ στρατηγοὺς τοὺς ἐγγὺς αὐτῆς ἐνδεδυκότας εὐπάρυφα, ἱππεῖς ἱππαζοµένους ἐφ’ ἵππων· νεανίσκοι ἐπίλεκτοι πάντες.
(ⲓ̅ⲅ̅) ⲁⲩϭⲱϧⲉⲙ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲙⲱⲓⲧ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲱⲧ. ⲁⲥϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲛⲱⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ⲃ̅ϯ.	(13) And I saw that they were defiled, that the two had one way.	(13) καὶ εἶδον ὅτι µεµίανται· ὁδὸς µία τῶν δύο.
(ⲓ̅ⲇ̅) ⲁⲥⲟⲩⲱϩ ⲟⲩⲛ ⲉ̀ϫⲉⲛ ⲧⲉⲥⲡⲟⲣⲛⲓⲁ. ⲁⲥⲛⲁⲩ ⲉ̀ϩⲁⲛⲣⲱⲙⲓ ⲉⲩⲥϧⲏⲟⲩⲧ ϩⲓ ⲟⲩϫⲟⲓ. ⲛ̀ϩⲓⲕⲱⲛ ⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲭⲁⲗⲇⲉⲟⲥ. ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲥⲕⲉⲩⲟⲥ ⲛ̀ⲥϧⲁⲓ.	(14) And she increased her fornication, and she saw men painted on the wall, likenesses of the Chaldeans painted with a pencil,	(14) καὶ προσέθετο πρὸς τὴν πορνείαν αὐτῆς καὶ εἶδεν ἄνδρας ἐζωγραφηµένους ἐπὶ τοῦ τοίχου, εἰκόνας Χαλδαίων, ἐζωγραφηµένους ἐν γραφίδι
(ⲓ̅ⲉ̅) ⲉⲩⲙⲏⲣ ⲉ̀ϫⲉⲛ ⲧⲟⲩϯⲡⲓ ⲛ̀ϩⲁⲛⲙⲟⲩϫϧ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲑⲟ ⲛ̀ⲣⲏϯ ⲛ̀ϭⲏϫⲓ. ⲉⲣⲉ ⲟⲩϩⲟ ⲛ̀ϩⲟⲙⲧ ⲛ̀ⲥⲙⲟⲧ ϩⲓϫⲉⲛ ⲛⲟⲩⲁⲫⲏⲟⲩⲓ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ. ⲙ̀ⲡⲥⲙⲟⲧ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲛⲓ ⲛ̀ⲛⲓϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲛⲓⲭⲁⲗⲇⲉⲟⲥ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲧⲟⲩⲡⲟⲗⲓⲥ.	(15) having variegated girdles on their loins, having also richly dyed attire upon their heads; all had a princely appearance, the likeness of the children of the Chaldeans, of their native land.	(15) ἐζωσµένους ποικίλµατα ἐπὶ τὰς ὀσφύας αὐτῶν, καὶ τιάραι βαπταὶ ἐπὶ τῶν κεφαλῶν αὐτῶν, ὄψις τρισσὴ πάντων, ὁµοίωµα υἱῶν Χαλδαίων γῆς πατρίδος αὐτῶν,
(ⲓ̅ⲋ̅) ⲁⲥⲙⲉⲛⲣⲓⲧⲟⲩ ϧⲉⲛ ⲫⲛⲁⲩ ⲙ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ⲛ̀ⲛⲉⲥⲃⲁⲗ. ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲥⲟⲩⲱⲣⲡ ⲛ̀ϩⲁⲛⲡⲣⲉⲥⲃⲉⲩⲥ ϩⲁⲣⲱⲟⲩ. ⲉ̀ϩⲣⲏⲓ ⲉ̀ⲡⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲭⲁⲗⲇⲉⲟⲥ.	(16) And she doted upon them as soon as she saw them, and sent forth messengers to them into the land of the Chaldeans.	(16) καὶ ἐπέθετο ἐπ’ αὐτοὺς τῇ ὁράσει ὀφθαλµῶν αὐτῆς καὶ ἐξαπέστειλεν ἀγγέλους πρὸς αὐτοὺς εἰς γῆν Χαλδαίων.
(ⲓ̅ⲍ̅) ⲁⲩⲓ̀ ϩⲁⲣⲟⲥ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲛⲓϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲃⲁⲃⲩⲗⲱⲛ ⲉ̀ⲟϩⲓ ⲉ̀ⲣⲟⲥ ⲁⲩⲟϩⲓ ⲛⲉⲙⲁⲥ. ⲁⲩϭⲱϧⲉⲙ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲥ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲡⲟⲣⲛⲓⲁ. ⲁⲥϭⲱϧⲉⲙ ⲛ̀ϧⲣⲏⲓ ⲛ̀ϧⲏⲧⲟⲩ. ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁ ⲧⲉⲥⲯⲩⲭⲏ ⲣⲓⲕⲓ ⲥⲁⲃⲟⲗ ⲙ̀ⲙⲱⲟⲩ.	(17) And the sons of Babylon came to her, into the bed of rest, and they defiled her in her fornication, and she was defiled by them, and her soul was alienated from them.	(17) καὶ ἤλθοσαν πρὸς αὐτὴν υἱοὶ Βαβυλῶνος εἰς κοίτην καταλυόντων καὶ ἐµίαινον αὐτὴν ἐν τῇ πορνείᾳ αὐτῆς, καὶ ἐµιάνθη ἐν αὐτοῖς· καὶ ἀπέστη ἡ ψυχὴ αὐτῆς ἀπ’ αὐτῶν.
(ⲓ̅ⲏ̅) ⲁⲥϭⲱⲣⲡ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉⲥⲡⲟⲣⲛⲓⲁ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲥϭⲱⲣⲡ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉⲥⲁⲥⲭⲩⲙⲟⲥⲩⲛⲏ. ⲁ ⲧⲁⲯⲩⲭⲏ ⲣⲓⲕⲓ ⲥⲁⲃⲟⲗ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲥ. ⲙ̀ⲫⲣⲏϯ ⲉⲧⲁ ⲧⲁⲯⲩⲭⲏ ⲣⲓⲕⲓ ⲥⲁⲃⲟⲗ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉⲥⲥⲱⲛⲓ.	(18) And she exposed her fornication, and exposed her shame: and my soul was alienated from her, even as my soul was alienated from her sister.	(18) καὶ ἀπεκάλυψεν τὴν πορνείαν αὐτῆς καὶ ἀπεκάλυψεν τὴν αἰσχύνην αὐτῆς, καὶ ἀπέστη ἡ ψυχή µου ἀπ’ αὐτῆς, ὃν τρόπον ἀπέστη ἡ ψυχή µου ἀπὸ τῆς ἀδελφῆς αὐτῆς.
(ⲓ̅ⲑ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲣⲉⲧⲁϣⲟ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉⲡⲟⲣⲛⲓⲁ. ⲉ̀ⲑⲣⲓⲉⲣⲫⲙⲉⲩⲓ ⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲉϩⲟⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲙⲉⲧⲕⲟⲩϫⲓ. ⲛⲁⲓ ⲉⲧⲁⲣⲉⲉⲣⲡⲟⲣⲛⲉⲩⲓⲛ ⲛ̀ϧⲏⲧⲟⲩ ϧⲉⲛ ⲭⲏⲙⲓ.	(19) And thou didst multiply thy fornication, so as to call to remembrance the days of thy youth, wherein thou didst commit whoredom in Egypt,	(19) καὶ ἐπλήθυνας τὴν πορνείαν σου τοῦ ἀναµνῆσαι ἡµέρας νεότητός σου, ἐν αἷς ἐπόρνευσας ἐν Αἰγύπτῳ,
(ⲕ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲣⲉϯ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟ ⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲭⲁⲗⲇⲉⲟⲥ. ⲛⲁⲓ ⲉⲣⲉ ⲛⲟⲩⲥⲁⲣⲝ ⲟⲓ ⲙ̀ⲫⲣⲏϯ ⲛ̀ⲛⲁ ⲛⲓⲉϩⲱⲟⲩ. ⲛⲁⲓ ⲉⲣⲉ ⲛⲏ ⲉⲧⲉⲛⲟⲩⲟⲩⲛ ⲕⲟⲩⲛϥ ⲟⲓ ⲙ̀ⲫⲣⲏϯ ⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲕⲟⲩⲛⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲛⲓϩⲑⲱⲣ.	(20) and thou didst dote upon the Chaldeans, whose flesh is as the flesh of the asses, and their members as the members of horses.	(20) καὶ ἐπέθου ἐπὶ τοὺς Χαλδαίους, ὧν ἦσαν ὡς ὄνων αἱ σάρκες αὐτῶν καὶ αἰδοῖα ἵππων τὰ αἰδοῖα αὐτῶν.
(ⲕ̅ⲁ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲣⲉϫⲉⲙⲡϣⲓⲛⲓ ⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲁⲛⲟⲙⲓⲁ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉⲙⲉⲧⲕⲟⲩϫⲓ. ⲛⲓϩⲃⲏⲟⲩⲓ ⲉⲧⲁⲣⲉⲁⲓⲧⲟⲩ ϧⲉⲛ ⲭⲏⲙⲓ. ⲡⲟⲩⲙⲁⲛ̀ϣⲱⲡⲓ. ⲡⲓⲙⲁ ⲉⲧⲁ ⲛⲓⲉⲙⲛⲟϯ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉⲙⲉⲧⲕⲟⲩϫⲓ ϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲛ̀ϧⲏⲧϥ.	(21) And thou didst look upon the iniquity of thy youth, the things which thou wroughtest in Egypt in thy lodgings, where were the breasts of thy youth.	(21) καὶ ἐπεσκέψω τὴν ἀνοµίαν νεότητός σου, ἃ ἐποίεις ἐν Αἰγύπτῳ ἐν τῷ καταλύµατί σου, οὗ οἱ µαστοὶ νεότητός σου. —
(ⲕ̅ⲃ̅) ⲉⲑⲃⲉ ⲫⲁⲓ ⲟⲟⲗⲓⲃⲁ. ⲛⲁⲓ ⲛⲉ ⲛⲏ ⲉⲧⲉϥϫⲱ ⲙ̀ⲙⲱⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲡϭ̅ⲥ̅. ϫⲉ ϩⲏⲡⲡⲉ ⲁ̀ⲛⲟⲕ ⲉⲓⲉ̀ⲧⲟⲩⲛⲟⲥ ⲛⲉⲙⲉⲛⲣⲁϯ ⲉ̀ϩⲣⲏⲓ ⲉ̀ϫⲱ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲉⲕⲱϯ.	(22) Therefore, Ooliba, thus saith the Lord; Behold, I will stir up thy lovers against thee, from whom thy soul is alienated, and I will bring them upon thee round about,	(22) διὰ τοῦτο, Οολιβα, τάδε λέγει κύριος Ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ ἐξεγείρω τοὺς ἐραστάς σου ἐπὶ σέ, ἀφ’ ὧν ἀπέστη ἡ ψυχή σου ἀπ’ αὐτῶν, καὶ ἐπάξω αὐτοὺς ἐπὶ σὲ κυκλόθεν,
(ⲕ̅ⲅ̅) ⲛⲉⲛϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲃⲁⲃⲩⲗⲱⲛ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲛⲓⲭⲁⲗⲇⲉⲟⲥ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ. ⲫⲁ ⲕⲟⲩⲙ. ⲛⲉⲙ ⲥⲟⲩⲭ. ⲛⲉⲙ ⲭⲟⲩⲉ. ⲛⲉⲙ ⲛⲉⲛϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲛⲓⲁⲥⲥⲩⲣⲓⲟⲥ. ϩⲁⲛϧⲉⲗϣⲓⲣⲓ ⲛ̀ⲥⲱⲧⲡ ϩⲁⲛϩⲩⲅⲉⲙⲱⲛ. ⲛⲉⲙ ϩⲁⲛⲥⲧⲣⲁⲧⲏⲅⲟⲥ. ⲛⲉⲙ ϩⲁⲛⲧⲣⲓⲥⲧⲁⲧⲏⲥ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲛⲉ ϩⲁⲛⲣⲉⲙⲥⲙⲏⲛⲉ. ⲉⲩⲫⲏⲧ ϩⲓϫⲉⲛ ⲛⲓϩⲑⲱⲣ.	(23) the children of Babylon, and all the Chaldeans, Phacuc, and Sue, and Hychue, and all the sons of the Assyrians with them; choice young men, governors and captains, all princes and renowned, riding on horses.	(23) υἱοὺς Βαβυλῶνος καὶ πάντας τοὺς Χαλδαίους, Φακουδ καὶ Σουε καὶ Κουε καὶ πάντας υἱοὺς Ἀσσυρίων µετ’ αὐτῶν, νεανίσκους ἐπιλέκτους, ἡγεµόνας καὶ στρατηγοὺς πάντας, τρισσοὺς καὶ ὀνοµαστοὺς ἱππεύοντας ἐφ’ ἵππων·
(ⲕ̅ⲇ̅) ⲉⲩⲉ̀ⲓ̀ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲉ̀ϧⲣⲏⲓ ⲉ̀ϫⲱ ⲓⲥϫⲉⲛ ⲡⲉⲙϩⲓⲧ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ϩⲁⲛϩⲁⲣⲙⲁ. ⲛⲉⲙ ϩⲁⲛϩⲓⲡⲡⲉⲩⲥ. ⲛⲉⲙ ϩⲁⲛⲧⲣⲟⲭⲟⲥ. ⲛⲉⲙ ϩⲁⲛⲙⲏϣ ⲉⲩⲁⲙⲟⲛⲓ ⲛ̀ϩⲁⲛϣⲉⲃϣⲓ ⲛⲉⲙ ϩⲁⲛϩⲟⲡⲗⲟⲛ ⲉⲩⲕⲱϯ ⲉⲣⲟ. ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲩⲣⲱⲓⲥ ⲉ̀ⲣⲟ. ⲉⲓⲉ̀ϯϩⲁⲡ ⲙ̀ⲡⲁⲙⲑⲟ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ.	(24) And they all shall come upon thee from the north, chariots and wheels, with a multitude of nations, shields and targets; and the enemy shall set a watch against thee round about: and I will set judgment before them, and they shall take vengeance on thee with their judgments.	(24) καὶ πάντες ἥξουσιν ἐπὶ σὲ ἀπὸ βορρᾶ, ἅρµατα καὶ τροχοὶ µετ’ ὄχλου λαῶν, θυρεοὶ καὶ πέλται, καὶ βαλοῦσιν φυλακὴν ἐπὶ σὲ κύκλῳ· καὶ δώσω πρὸ προσώπου αὐτῶν κρίµα, καὶ ἐκδικήσουσίν σε ἐν τοῖς κρίµασιν αὐτῶν.
(ⲕ̅ⲉ̅) ⲉⲓⲉ̀ⲓⲛⲓ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩϭⲓⲙⲡϣⲓϣ ⲉ̀ϧⲣⲏⲓ ⲉ̀ϫⲱ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩϩⲁⲡ. ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲡⲁⲭⲱϩ ϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲉ̀ϧⲣⲏⲓ ⲛ̀ϧⲏϯ. ⲉⲩⲉ̀ⲓⲣⲓ ⲛⲉⲙⲉ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲙⲃⲟⲛ ⲛ̀ϫⲱⲛⲧ. ⲛ̀ⲟⲩϫⲉⲙϣⲁⲓ. ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲉⲙⲁ ⲉⲧϭⲟⲥⲓ ⲉⲩⲉ̀ϥⲟⲧⲟⲩ. ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲉⲕⲉⲥⲱϫⲡ ⲉⲩⲉ̀ϭⲉⲧϭⲱⲧⲟⲩ ϧⲉⲛ ⲧⲥⲏϥⲓ. ⲉⲩⲱⲗⲓ ⲛ̀ⲛⲉϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲛⲉϣⲉⲣⲓ. ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲉⲕⲉⲥⲱϫⲡ ⲡⲓⲭⲣⲱⲙ ⲉϥⲉ̀ⲟⲩⲟⲙⲟⲩ.	(25) And I will bring upon thee my jealousy, and they shall deal with thee in great wrath: they shall take away thy nose and thine ears; and shall cast down thy remnant with the sword: they shall take thy sons and thy daughters; and thy remnant fire shall devour.	(25) καὶ δώσω τὸν ζῆλόν µου ἐν σοί, καὶ ποιήσουσιν µετὰ σοῦ ἐν ὀργῇ θυµοῦ· µυκτῆρά σου καὶ ὦτά σου ἀφελοῦσιν καὶ τοὺς καταλοίπους σου ἐν ῥοµφαίᾳ καταβαλοῦσιν. αὐτοὶ υἱούς σου καὶ θυγατέρας σου λήµψονται, καὶ τοὺς καταλοίπους σου πῦρ καταφάγεται.
(ⲕ̅ⲋ̅) ⲉⲣⲉ̀ϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲉⲣⲃⲏϣ ⲛ̀ⲛⲉϩⲃⲱⲥ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲩⲉ̀ⲱⲗⲓ ⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲥⲕⲉⲩⲏ ⲙ̀ⲡⲉϣⲟⲩϣⲟⲩ.	(26) And they shall strip thee of thy raiment, and take away thine ornaments.	(26) καὶ ἐκδύσουσίν σε τὸν ἱµατισµόν σου καὶ λήµψονται τὰ σκεύη τῆς καυχήσεώς σου.
(ⲕ̅ⲍ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲓⲉ̀ⲧⲁⲥⲑⲟ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ⲉⲛⲉ̀ⲙⲉⲧⲁⲥⲉⲃⲏⲥ. ⲛⲉⲙ ⲛⲉⲡⲟⲣⲛⲓⲁ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲛ̀ⲭⲏⲙⲓ. ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉϣ̀ⲧⲉⲙϥⲁⲓ ⲛ̀ⲛⲉⲃⲁⲗ ⲉ̀ⲡϣⲱⲓ ⲉ̀ⲣⲱⲟⲩ. ⲉⲣⲉ̀ϣ̀ⲧⲉⲙⲉⲣⲫⲙⲉⲩⲓ ⲛ̀ⲭⲏⲙⲓ ⲓⲥϫⲉⲛ ϯⲛⲟⲩ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ	(27) So I will turn back thine ungodliness from thee, and thy fornication from the land of Egypt: and thou shalt not lift up thine eyes upon them, and shalt no more remember Egypt.	(27) καὶ ἀποστρέψω τὰς ἀσεβείας σου ἐκ σοῦ καὶ τὴν πορνείαν σου ἐκ γῆς Αἰγύπτου, καὶ οὐ µὴ ἄρῃς τοὺς ὀφθαλµούς σου ἐπ’ αὐτοὺς καὶ Αἰγύπτου οὐ µὴ µνησθῇς οὐκέτι.
(ⲕ̅ⲏ̅) ϫⲉ ⲛⲁⲓ ⲛⲉ ⲛⲏ ⲉⲧⲉϥϫⲱ ⲙ̀ⲙⲱⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲡϭ̅ⲥ̅. ϫⲉ ϩⲏⲡⲡⲉ ⲁ̀ⲛⲟⲕ ⲉⲓⲉ̀ϯ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟ ⲉ̀ⲧⲟⲧⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ⲛⲏ ⲉⲧⲉⲣⲙⲟⲥϯ ⲙ̀ⲙⲱⲟⲩ. ⲛⲁⲓ ⲉⲧⲁ ⲧⲉⲯⲩⲭⲏ ⲟⲩⲉⲓ ⲙ̀ⲙⲱⲟⲩ.	(28) Wherefore thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I will deliver thee into the hands of those whom thou hatest, from whom thy soul is alienated.	(28) διότι τάδε λέγει κύριος κύριος Ἰδοὺ ἐγὼ παραδίδωµί σε εἰς χεῖρας ὧν µισεῖς, ἀφ’ ὧν ἀπέστη ἡ ψυχή σου ἀπ’ αὐτῶν·
(ⲕ̅ⲑ̅) ⲉⲩⲉ̀ⲓⲣⲓ ⲉ̀ϧⲣⲏⲓ ⲛ̀ϧⲏϯ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲙⲟⲥϯ ⲉⲩⲉ̀ⲱⲗⲓ ⲛ̀ⲛⲉϧⲓⲥⲓ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲛ̀ⲉⲙⲕⲁⲩϩ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ. ⲉⲣⲉ̀ϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲉⲣⲃⲏϣ ⲉⲣⲁⲥⲭⲏⲙⲟⲛⲏ. ⲉⲥⲉ̀ϭⲱⲣⲡ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ⲛ̀ϯⲁⲥⲭⲏⲙⲟⲥⲩⲛⲏ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉⲡⲁⲣⲑⲉⲛⲓⲁ. ⲛⲉⲙ ⲧⲉⲙⲉⲧⲁⲥⲉⲃⲏⲥ. ⲧⲉⲡⲟⲣⲛⲓⲁ.	(29) And they shall deal with thee in hatred, and shall take all the fruits of thy labours and thy toils, and thou shalt be naked and bare: and the shame of thy fornication shall be exposed: and thy ungodliness and thy fornication	(29) καὶ ποιήσουσιν ἐν σοὶ ἐν µίσει καὶ λήµψονται πάντας τοὺς πόνους σου καὶ τοὺς µόχθους σου, καὶ ἔσῃ γυµνὴ καὶ ἀσχηµονοῦσα, καὶ ἀποκαλυφθήσεται αἰσχύνη πορνείας σου καὶ ἀσέβειά σου. καὶ ἡ πορνεία σου
(ⲗ̅) ⲑⲏ ⲉⲧⲁⲥⲓⲣⲓ ⲛ̀ⲛⲁⲓ ⲛⲉ. ϧⲉⲛ ⲡϫⲓⲛⲉⲑⲣⲉⲉⲣⲡⲟⲣⲛⲉⲩⲓⲛ. ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲣⲉ ⲟⲩⲁϩϯ ⲛ̀ⲥⲁ ⲛⲓⲉⲑⲛⲟⲥ. ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲣⲉϭⲱϧⲉⲙ ⲉ̀ϧⲣⲏⲓ ϧⲉⲛ ⲛⲉⲟⲩⲱϣ ⲛ̀ϩⲏⲧ.	(30) brought this upon thee, in that thou wentest a-whoring after the nations, and didst defile thyself with their devices.	(30) ἐποίησεν ταῦτά σοι ἐν τῷ ἐκπορνεῦσαί σε ὀπίσω ἐθνῶν καὶ ἐµιαίνου ἐν τοῖς ἐνθυµήµασιν αὐτῶν.
(ⲗ̅ⲁ̅) ⲁⲣⲉⲙⲟϣⲓ ϧⲉⲛ ⲫⲙⲱⲓⲧ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉⲥⲱⲛⲓ. ϯⲛⲁϫⲓⲙⲓ ⲙ̀ⲡⲉⲥⲁⲫⲟⲧ ⲉ̀ϧⲣⲏⲓ ϧⲉⲛ ⲧⲉϫⲓϫ.	(31) Thou didst walk in the way of thy sister; and I will put her cup into thine hands.	(31) ἐν τῇ ὁδῷ τῆς ἀδελφῆς σου ἐπορεύθης, καὶ δώσω τὸ ποτήριον αὐτῆς εἰς χεῖράς σου.
(ⲗ̅ⲃ̅) ⲛⲁⲓ ⲛⲉ ⲛⲏ ⲉⲧⲉϥϫⲱ ⲙ̀ⲙⲱⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲡϭ̅ⲥ̅. ϫⲉ ⲡⲓⲁⲫⲟⲧ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉⲥⲱⲛⲓ ⲧⲉⲣⲁⲥⲱ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟϥ. ⲫⲏ ⲉⲧϣⲏⲕ. ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲫⲏ ⲉⲧⲟⲩⲉⲥⲑⲱⲛ. ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲫⲏ ⲉⲧⲟⲓ ⲛ̀ϩⲟⲩⲟ. ⲉⲧⲉⲣⲉ ⲡⲓⲑⲓϧⲓ ϫⲱⲕ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ.	(32) Thus saith the Lord; Drink thy sister’s cup, deep and large, and full, to cause complete drunkenness.	(32) τάδε λέγει κύριος Τὸ ποτήριον τῆς ἀδελφῆς σου πίεσαι τὸ βαθὺ καὶ τὸ πλατὺ τὸ πλεονάζον τοῦ συντελέσαι
(ⲗ̅ⲅ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲣⲉ̀ϣⲱϣ ⲉ̀ⲙⲁϣⲱ. ⲡⲓⲁⲫⲟⲧ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉⲥⲱⲛⲓ ⲧⲥⲁⲙⲁⲣⲓⲁ. ⲡⲓⲁⲫⲟⲧ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲡⲧⲁⲕⲟ ⲡⲉ.	(33) And thou shalt be thoroughly weakened; and the cup of destruction, the cup of thy sister Samaria,	(33) µέθην καὶ ἐκλύσεως πλησθήσῃ· καὶ τὸ ποτήριον ἀφανισµοῦ, ποτήριον ἀδελφῆς σου Σαµαρείας,
(ⲗ̅ⲇ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲣⲉ̀ⲥⲱ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟϥ. ⲛⲉⲥϣⲁⲓ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲛⲉⲥⲥⲟⲩⲁⲓ ϯⲛⲁⲧⲁⲥⲑⲱⲟⲩ ⲥⲁⲃⲟⲗ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲥ. ϫⲉ ⲁ̀ⲛⲟⲕ ⲁⲓⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲡⲉϫⲉ ⲡϭ̅ⲥ̅.	(34) drink thou it, and I will take away her feasts and her new moons: for I have spoken it, saith the Lord.	(34) καὶ πίεσαι αὐτό· καὶ τὰς ἑορτὰς καὶ τὰς νεοµηνίας αὐτῆς ἀποστρέψω· διότι ἐγὼ λελάληκα, λέγει κύριος.
(ⲗ̅ⲉ̅) ⲉⲑⲃⲉ ⲫⲁⲓ ⲛⲁⲓ ⲛⲉ ⲛⲏ ⲉⲧⲉϥϫⲱ ⲙ̀ⲙⲱⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲡϭ̅ⲥ̅ ϫⲉ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ϫⲉ ⲁⲣⲉⲓⲣⲓ ⲙ̀ⲡⲁⲱⲃϣ. ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲣⲉϩⲓⲟⲩⲓ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲓ ⲥⲁⲫⲁϩⲟⲩ ⲙ̀ⲡⲉⲥⲱⲙⲁ. ⲛ̀ⲑⲟ ϩⲱⲓ ϭⲓ ⲧⲉⲙⲉⲧⲁⲥⲉⲃⲏⲥ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲧⲉⲡⲟⲣⲛⲓⲁ.	(35) Therefore thus saith the Lord; Because thou has forgotten me, and cast me behind thy back, therefore receive thou the reward of thine ungodliness and thy fornication.	(35) διὰ τοῦτο τάδε λέγει κύριος Ἀνθ’ ὧν ἐπελάθου µου καὶ ἀπέρριψάς µε ὀπίσω τοῦ σώµατός σου, καὶ σὺ λαβὲ τὴν ἀσέβειάν σου καὶ τὴν πορνείαν σου. —
(ⲗ̅ⲋ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡⲉϫⲉ ⲡϭ̅ⲥ̅ ⲛⲏⲓ. ϫⲉ ⲡϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲙ̀ⲫⲣⲱⲙⲓ. ⲉ̀ⲛⲁⲕϯϩⲁⲡ ⲁⲛ ⲉ̀ⲱⲱⲗⲁ. ⲛⲉⲙ ⲟⲟⲗⲓⲃⲁ. ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛ̀ⲛⲉⲕϫⲱ ⲉ̀ⲣⲱⲟⲩ ⲁⲛ ⲛ̀ⲛⲟⲩⲁⲛⲟⲙⲓⲁ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ.	(36) And the Lord said to me, Son of man, wilt thou not judge Oola and Ooliba? and declare to them their iniquities?	(36) καὶ εἶπεν κύριος πρός µε Υἱὲ ἀνθρώπου, οὐ κρινεῖς τὴν Οολαν καὶ τὴν Οολιβαν; καὶ ἀπαγγελεῖς αὐταῖς τὰς ἀνοµίας αὐτῶν,
(ⲗ̅ⲍ̅) ϫⲉ ⲁⲩⲉⲣⲛⲱⲓⲕ. ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡⲥⲛⲟϥ ⲉ̀ϧⲣⲏⲓ ϧⲉⲛ ⲛⲟⲩϫⲓϫ. ⲁⲩⲉⲣⲛⲱⲓⲕ ϧⲉⲛ ⲛⲟⲩⲟⲩⲱϣ ⲛ̀ϩⲏⲧ. ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲟⲩϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲉⲧⲁⲩϫⲫⲱⲟⲩ ⲛⲱⲟⲩ. ⲁⲩⲉⲛⲟⲩ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲓⲧⲟⲧⲥ ⲉ̀ⲡⲭⲣⲱⲙ	(37) For they have committed adultery, and blood was in their hands, they committed adultery with their devices, and they passed through the fire to them their children which they bore to me.	(37) ὅτι ἐµοιχῶντο, καὶ αἷµα ἐν χερσὶν αὐτῶν· τὰ ἐνθυµήµατα αὐτῶν ἐµοιχῶντο καὶ τὰ τέκνα αὐτῶν, ἃ ἐγέννησάν µοι, διήγαγον αὐτοῖς δι’ ἐµπύρων.
(ⲗ̅ⲏ̅) ⲛⲁⲓ ⲁⲓⲁⲓⲧⲟⲩ ⲁⲩϭⲱϧⲉⲙ ⲛ̀ⲛⲁⲡⲉⲑⲟⲩⲁⲃ. ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲩϥⲟϯ ⲛ̀ⲛⲁⲕⲉⲥⲁⲃⲃⲁⲧⲱⲛ.	(38) So long too as they did these things to me, they defiled my sanctuary, and profaned my sabbaths.	(38) ἕως καὶ ταῦτα ἐποίησάν µοι· τὰ ἅγιά µου ἐµίαινον καὶ τὰ σάββατά µου ἐβεβήλουν.
(ⲗ̅ⲑ̅) ϧⲉⲛ ⲡϫⲓⲛⲉⲑⲣⲟⲩϧⲟⲗϧⲉⲗ ⲛ̀ⲛⲟⲩϣⲏⲣⲓ. ⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲓⲇⲱⲗⲟⲛ. ⲁⲩϣⲉ ⲉ̀ϧⲟⲩⲛ ⲉ̀ⲛⲁⲡⲉⲑⲟⲩⲁⲃ ⲉ̀ⲑⲣⲟⲩϭⲱϧⲉⲙ ⲙ̀ⲙⲱⲟⲩ. ⲟⲩⲟϩ ϩⲏⲡⲡⲉ ⲛⲁⲩⲓⲣⲓ ⲙ̀ⲡⲁⲓⲣⲏϯ ϧⲉⲛ ⲑⲙⲏϯ ⲙ̀ⲡⲁⲏⲓ.	(39) And when they sacrificed their children to their idols, they also went into my sanctuary to profane it: and whereas they did thus in the midst of my house;	(39) καὶ ἐν τῷ σφάζειν αὐτοὺς τὰ τέκνα αὐτῶν τοῖς εἰδώλοις αὐτῶν καὶ εἰσεπορεύοντο εἰς τὰ ἅγιά µου τοῦ βεβηλοῦν αὐτά· καὶ ὅτι οὕτως ἐποίουν ἐν µέσῳ τοῦ οἴκου µου.
(ⲙ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ϫⲉ ⲛⲓⲣⲱⲙⲓ. ⲛⲏ ⲉⲑⲛⲏⲟⲩ ϧⲉⲛ ⲫⲟⲩⲉⲓ. ⲛⲁⲓ ⲉⲧⲉⲣⲁⲟⲩⲟⲣⲡⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ϩⲁⲛⲡⲣⲉⲥⲃⲉⲩⲥ ⲛⲥⲱⲟⲩ. ϧⲉⲛ ⲡϫⲓⲛⲑⲣⲟⲩⲓ ϣⲁⲣⲟ ϣⲁⲣⲉϫⲱⲕⲉⲙ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟ ⲛⲱⲟⲩ. ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉ̀ⲁⲣⲉⲙⲟⲓ ⲙ̀ⲡⲉⲥⲑⲏⲙ ⲉ̀ⲛⲉⲃⲁⲗ. ⲉ̀ⲁⲣⲉⲥⲟⲗⲥⲉⲗ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲥⲟⲗⲥⲉⲗ.	(40) and whereas they did thus to the men that came from afar, to whom they sent messengers, and as soon as they came, immediately thou didst wash thyself, and didst paint thine eyes and adorn thyself with ornaments,	(40) καὶ ὅτι τοῖς ἀνδράσιν τοῖς ἐρχοµένοις µακρόθεν, οἷς ἀγγέλους ἐξαπεστέλλοσαν πρὸς αὐτούς, καὶ ἅµα τῷ ἔρχεσθαι αὐτοὺς εὐθὺς ἐλούου καὶ ἐστιβίζου τοὺς ὀφθαλµούς σου καὶ ἐκόσµου κόσµῳ
(ⲙ̅ⲁ̅) ⲉ̀ⲁⲣⲉϩⲉⲙⲥⲓ ϩⲓϫⲉⲛ ⲟⲩϭⲗⲟϫ ⲉϥⲫⲱⲣϣ. ⲉⲣⲉ ⲟⲩⲧⲣⲁⲡⲉⲍⲁ ϧⲁⲧϩⲏ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟ ⲉⲥⲥⲉⲃⲧⲱⲧ. ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡⲁⲥⲑⲟⲓⲛⲟⲩϥⲓ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲡⲁⲛⲉϩ. ⲁⲣⲟⲩⲛⲟϥ ⲉ̀ϧⲣⲏⲓ ⲛ̀ϧⲏⲧⲟⲩ.	(41) and satest on a prepared bed, and before it there was a table set out, and as for mine incense and mine oil, they rejoiced in them,	(41) καὶ ἐκάθου ἐπὶ κλίνης ἐστρωµένης, καὶ τράπεζα κεκοσµηµένη πρὸ προσώπου αὐτῆς. καὶ τὸ θυµίαµά µου καὶ τὸ ἔλαιόν µου εὐφραίνοντο ἐν αὐτοῖς.
(ⲙ̅ⲃ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲟⲩⲕⲉϩⲑⲱⲣ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩϧⲣⲱⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ⲥⲩⲙⲫⲱⲛⲓⲁ ⲛⲁϩⲣⲉⲛ ⲕⲉⲣⲱⲙⲓ. ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲙⲏϣ ⲛ̀ⲣⲱⲙⲓ. ⲉ̀ⲁⲩⲓ̀ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡϣⲁϥⲉ ⲉⲩⲙⲟⲓ ⲛ̀ϩⲁⲛⲯⲉⲗⲗⲓⲟⲛ ⲉ̀ⲛⲟⲩϫⲓϫ. ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲟⲩⲭⲗⲟⲙ ⲛ̀ϣⲟⲩϣⲟⲩ ⲉ̀ϫⲉⲛ ⲛⲟⲩⲁⲫⲏⲟⲩⲓ.	(42) and they raised a sound of music, and that with men coming from the wilderness out of a multitude of men, and they put bracelets on their hands, and a crown of glory on their heads;	(42) καὶ φωνὴν ἁρµονίας ἀνεκρούοντο· καὶ πρὸς ἄνδρας ἐκ πλήθους ἀνθρώπων ἥκοντας ἐκ τῆς ἐρήµου καὶ ἐδίδοσαν ψέλια ἐπὶ τὰς χεῖρας αὐτῶν καὶ στέφανον καυχήσεως ἐπὶ τὰς κεφαλὰς αὐτῶν.
(ⲙ̅ⲅ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲓϫⲟⲥ ϫⲉ ⲙⲏ ⲉⲩⲉⲣⲛⲱⲓⲕ ⲁⲛ ϩⲓ ⲛⲁⲓ. ⲟⲩⲟϩ ϩⲁⲛϩⲃⲏⲟⲩⲓ ⲛⲉ ⲙ̀ⲡⲟⲣⲛⲓⲁ. ⲛ̀ⲑⲟⲥ ϩⲱⲥ ⲁⲥⲉⲣⲡⲟⲣⲛⲉⲩⲓⲛ	(43) Therefore I said, Do they not commit adultery with these? and has she also gone a-whoring after the manner of a harlot?	(43) καὶ εἶπα Οὐκ ἐν τούτοις µοιχεύουσιν; καὶ ἔργα πόρνης καὶ αὐτὴ ἐξεπόρνευσεν.
(ⲙ̅ⲇ̅) ⲁⲩϣⲉ ⲉ̀ϧⲟⲩⲛ ϩⲁⲣⲟⲥ ⲙ̀ⲫⲣⲏϯ ⲉ̀ϣⲁⲩϣⲉ ⲉ̀ϧⲟⲩⲛ ϩⲁ ⲟⲩⲥϩⲓⲙⲓ ⲙ̀ⲡⲟⲣⲛⲏ. ⲡⲁⲓⲣⲏϯ ⲉ̀ϣⲁⲩϣⲉ ⲉ̀ϧⲟⲩⲛ ϩⲁ ⲱⲱⲗⲁ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲟⲟⲗⲓⲃⲁ. ⲉ̀ⲑⲣⲟⲩⲓⲣⲓ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲁⲛⲟⲙⲓⲁ.	(44) And they went in to her, as men go in to a harlot; so they went in to Oola and to Ooliba to work iniquity.	(44) καὶ εἰσεπορεύοντο πρὸς αὐτήν, ὃν τρόπον εἰσπορεύονται πρὸς γυναῖκα πόρνην, οὕτως εἰσεπορεύοντο πρὸς Οολαν καὶ πρὸς Οολιβαν τοῦ ποιῆσαι ἀνοµίαν.
(ⲙ̅ⲉ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ϩⲁⲛⲣⲱⲙⲓ ⲛ̀ⲑⲙⲏⲓ. ⲛ̀ⲑⲱⲟⲩ ⲉⲑⲛⲁϭⲓⲙ̀ⲡϣⲓϣ ⲙ̀ⲙⲱⲟⲩ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩϭⲓⲙ̀ⲡϣⲓϣ ⲛ̀ⲥϩⲓⲙⲓ ⲛⲛⲱⲓⲕ. ⲛⲉⲙ ⲟⲩϭⲓⲙ̀ⲡϣⲓϣ ⲛ̀ⲥⲛⲟϥ. ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ϫⲉ ϩⲁⲛⲛⲱⲓⲕ ⲛⲉ. ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡⲥⲛⲟϥ ϧⲉⲛ ⲛⲟⲩϫⲓϫ.	(45) And they are just men, and shall take vengeance on them with the judgment of an adulteress and the judgment of blood: for they are adulteresses, and blood is in their hands.	(45) καὶ ἄνδρες δίκαιοι αὐτοὶ ἐκδικήσουσιν αὐτὰς ἐκδικήσει µοιχαλίδος καὶ ἐκδικήσει αἵµατος, ὅτι µοιχαλίδες εἰσίν, καὶ αἷµα ἐν χερσὶν αὐτῶν.
(ⲙ̅ⲋ̅) ⲛⲁⲓ ⲛⲉ ⲛⲏ ⲉⲧⲉϥϫⲱ ⲙ̀ⲙⲱⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲡϭ̅ⲥ̅. ϫⲉ ϯⲛⲁⲓⲛⲓ ⲉ̀ϧⲣⲏⲓ ⲉ̀ϫⲱⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲟⲭⲗⲟⲥ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲓⲉ̀ϯ ⲛⲱⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩϣⲑⲟⲣⲧⲉⲣ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲟⲩⲧⲱⲣⲡ.	(46) Thus saith the Lord God, Bring up a multitude upon them, and send trouble and plunder into the midst of them.	(46) τάδε λέγει κύριος κύριος Ἀνάγαγε ἐπ’ αὐτὰς ὄχλον καὶ δὸς ἐν αὐταῖς ταραχὴν καὶ διαρπαγὴν
(ⲙ̅ⲍ̅) ⲉⲩⲉ̀ϩⲓⲱⲛⲓ ⲉ̀ⲣⲱⲟⲩ ϧⲉⲛ ϩⲁⲛⲱⲛⲓ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ϩⲁⲛⲙⲏϣ ⲉⲩⲉ̀ϧⲉⲗϧⲟⲗⲟⲩ ϧⲉⲛ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲥⲏϥⲓ. ⲉⲩⲉ̀ϧⲱⲧⲉⲃ ⲛ̀ⲛⲟⲩϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲛⲟⲩϣⲉⲣⲓ. ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲟⲩⲏⲟⲩ ⲉⲩⲉⲣⲟⲕϩⲟⲩ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲭⲣⲱⲙ.	(47) And stone them with the stones of a multitude, and pierce them with their swords: they shall slay their sons and their daughters, and shall burn up their houses.	(47) καὶ λιθοβόλησον ἐπ’ αὐτὰς λίθοις ὄχλων καὶ κατακέντει αὐτὰς ἐν τοῖς ξίφεσιν αὐτῶν· υἱοὺς αὐτῶν καὶ θυγατέρας αὐτῶν ἀποκτενοῦσι καὶ τοὺς οἴκους αὐτῶν ἐµπρήσουσιν.
(ⲙ̅ⲏ̅) ⲉⲓⲉ̀ⲧⲁⲥⲑⲟ ⲛ̀ⲧⲟⲩⲙⲉⲧⲁⲥⲉⲃⲏⲥ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ. ϩⲓϫⲉⲛ ⲡⲕⲁϩⲓ. ⲉⲩⲉ̀ϭⲓⲥⲃⲱ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲛⲓϩⲓⲟⲙⲓ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ. ⲉ̀ϣ̀ⲧⲉⲙⲓⲣⲓ ⲕⲁⲧⲁ ⲛⲟⲩⲙⲉⲧⲁⲥⲉⲃⲏⲥ.	(48) And I will remove ungodliness out of the land, and all the women shall be instructed, and shall not do according to their ungodliness.	(48) καὶ ἀποστρέψω ἀσέβειαν ἐκ τῆς γῆς, καὶ παιδευθήσονται πᾶσαι αἱ γυναῖκες καὶ οὐ µὴ ποιήσουσιν κατὰ τὰς ἀσεβείας αὐτῶν.
(ⲙ̅ⲑ̅) ⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲙⲉⲧⲁⲥⲉⲃⲏⲥ ⲇⲉ. ⲉⲩⲉ̀ⲓⲛⲓ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲥ ⲉ̀ϫⲉⲛ ⲑⲏⲛⲟⲩ. ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛϭⲓ ⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲛⲟⲃⲓ ⲛ̀ⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛⲟⲩⲱϣ ⲛ̀ϩⲏⲧ. ⲉⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛⲉⲙⲓ ϫⲉ ⲁ̀ⲛⲟⲕ ⲡⲉ ⲡϭ̅ⲥ̅	(49) And your ungodliness shall be recompensed upon you, and ye shall bear the guilt of your devices: and ye shall know that I am the Lord.	(49) καὶ δοθήσεται ἡ ἀσέβεια ὑµῶν ἐφ’ ὑµᾶς, καὶ τὰς ἁµαρτίας τῶν ἐνθυµηµάτων ὑµῶν λήµψεσθε· καὶ γνώσεσθε διότι ἐγὼ κύριος.
