| (ⲁ̅) ⲁⲥϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲇⲉ ⲙⲉⲛⲉⲛⲥⲁ ⲣⲟⲙⲡⲓ ⲃ̅ϯ ⲛ̀ⲉϩⲟⲟⲩ ⲫⲁⲣⲁⲱ ⲁϥⲛⲁⲩ ⲉ̀ⲟⲩⲣⲁⲥⲟⲩⲓ ⲓⲥϫⲉⲕ ⲛⲁϥⲟϩⲓ ⲉ̀ⲣⲁⲧϥ ⲡⲉ ϩⲓϫⲉⲛ ⲫⲓⲁⲣⲟ | (1) And it came to pass after two full years that Pharao had a dream. He thought he stood upon the bank of the river. | (1) ᾿Εγένετο δὲ μετὰ δύο ἔτη ἡμερῶν Φαραω εἶδεν ἐνύπνιον. ᾤετο ἑστάναι ἐπὶ τοῦ ποταμοῦ, |
| (ⲃ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ϩⲏⲡⲡⲉ ⲙ̀ⲫⲣⲏϯ ⲛⲉ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛ ⲫⲓⲁⲣⲟ ⲛⲁⲩⲛⲏⲟⲩ ⲉ̀ⲡϣⲱⲓ ⲡⲉ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲍ̅ ⲛ̀ⲉϩⲉ ⲉⲑⲛⲁⲛⲉⲩ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲟⲩⲥⲙⲟⲧ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲩⲥⲟⲧⲡ ϧⲉⲛ ⲛⲟⲩⲁϥⲟⲩⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲁⲩⲙⲟⲛⲓ ⲡⲉ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲓⲁⲭⲓ | (2) And lo, there came up as it were out of the river seven cows, fair in appearance, and choice of flesh, and they fed on the sedge. | (2) καὶ ἰδοὺ ὥσπερ ἐκ τοῦ ποταμοῦ ἀνέβαινον ἑπτὰ βόες καλαὶ τῷ εἴδει καὶ ἐκλεκταὶ ταῖς σαρξὶν καὶ ἐβόσκοντο ἐν τῷ ἄχει· |
| (ⲅ̅) ⲕⲉⲍ̅ ⲇⲉ ⲛ̀ⲉϩⲉ ⲛⲁⲩⲛⲏⲟⲩ ⲉ̀ⲡϣⲱⲓ ⲙⲉⲛⲉⲛⲥⲁ ⲛⲁⲓ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛ ⲫⲓⲁⲣⲟ ⲉⲩϫⲁⲓⲱⲟⲩ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲟⲩⲥⲙⲟⲧ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲩϣⲟⲙ ϧⲉⲛ ⲛⲟⲩⲁϥⲟⲩⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲁⲩⲙⲟⲛⲓ ϧⲁⲧⲉⲛ ⲛⲓⲉϩⲱⲟⲩ ⲓⲥⲕⲉⲛ ⲫⲓⲁⲣⲟ | (3) And other seven cows came up after these out of the river, ill-favoured and lean-fleshed, and fed by the other cows on the bank of the river. | (3) ἄλλαι δὲ ἑπτὰ βόες ἀνέβαινον μετὰ ταύτας ἐκ τοῦ ποταμοῦ αἰσχραὶ τῷ εἴδει καὶ λεπταὶ ταῖς σαρξὶν καὶ ἐνέμοντο παρὰ τὰς βόας παρὰ τὸ χεῖλος τοῦ ποταμοῦ· |
| (ⲇ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁ ϯⲍ̅ ⲛ̀ⲉϩⲉ ⲉⲧϫⲁⲓⲱⲟⲩ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲩϣⲟⲙ ϧⲉⲛ ⲛⲟⲩⲥⲁⲣⲝ ⲁⲩⲱⲙⲕ ⲛ̀ϯⲍ̅ ⲛ̀ⲉϩⲉ ⲉⲑⲛⲁⲛⲉⲩ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲟⲩⲥⲙⲟⲧ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲩⲥⲟⲧⲡ ϧⲉⲛ ⲛⲟⲩⲁϥⲟⲩⲓ ⲁϥⲧⲱⲛϥ ⲇⲉ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲫⲁⲣⲁⲱ | (4) And the seven ill-favoured and lean cows devoured the seven well-favoured and choice-fleshed cows; and Pharao awoke. | (4) καὶ κατέφαγον αἱ ἑπτὰ βόες αἱ αἰσχραὶ καὶ λεπταὶ ταῖς σαρξὶν τὰς ἑπτὰ βόας τὰς καλὰς τῷ εἴδει καὶ τὰς ἐκλεκτάς. ἠγέρθη δὲ Φαραω.— |
| (ⲉ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥⲛⲁⲩ ⲉⲕⲉⲣⲁⲥⲟⲩⲓ ⲙ̀ⲙⲁϩ ⲃ̅ϯ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ϩⲏⲡⲡⲉ ⲛⲁⲩⲛⲏⲟⲩ ⲉⲡϣⲱⲓ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲍ̅ ⲛ̀ϧⲉⲙⲥ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲗⲁϧⲉⲙ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲱⲧ ⲉⲩϫⲟⲛⲧ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉ̀ⲛⲁⲛⲉⲩ | (5) And he dreamed again. And, behold, seven ears came up on one stalk, choice and good. | (5) καὶ ἐνυπνιάσθη τὸ δεύτερον, καὶ ἰδοὺ ἑπτὰ στάχυες ἀνέβαινον ἐν πυθμένι ἑνὶ ἐκλεκτοὶ καὶ καλοί· |
| (ⲋ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲓⲥϫⲉ ⲍ̅ ⲛ̀ϧⲉⲙⲥ ⲉⲩϣⲟⲙ ⲉⲩⲟⲓ ⲛ̀ϫⲓⲙⲫⲉϩ ⲛⲁⲩⲛⲏⲟⲩ ⲉ̀ⲡϣⲱⲓ ⲙⲉⲛⲉⲛⲥⲱⲟⲩ | (6) And, behold, seven ears thin and blasted with the wind, grew up after them. | (6) ἄλλοι δὲ ἑπτὰ στάχυες λεπτοὶ καὶ ἀνεμόφθοροι ἀνεφύοντο μετ᾽ αὐτούς· |
| (ⲍ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁ ⲡⲓⲍ̅ ⲛ̀ϧⲉⲙⲥ ⲉⲩϣⲟⲙ ⲉⲩⲟⲓ ⲛ̀ϫⲓⲙⲫⲉϩ ⲁⲩⲱⲙⲕ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲍ̅ ⲛ̀ϧⲉⲙⲥ ⲉⲧⲥⲟⲧⲡ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲧϫⲟⲛⲧ ⲁϥⲧⲱⲛϥ ⲇⲉ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲫⲁⲣⲁⲱ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲉ ⲟⲩⲣⲁⲥⲟⲩⲓ ⲧⲉ | (7) And the seven thin ears and blasted with the wind devoured the seven choice and full ears; and Pharao awoke, and it was a dream. | (7) καὶ κατέπιον οἱ ἑπτὰ στάχυες οἱ λεπτοὶ καὶ ἀνεμόφθοροι τοὺς ἑπτὰ στάχυας τοὺς ἐκλεκτοὺς καὶ τοὺς πλήρεις. ἠγέρθη δὲ Φαραω, καὶ ἦν ἐνύπνιον. |
| (ⲏ̅) ⲁⲥϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲇⲉ ⲉⲧⲁ ⲧⲟⲟⲩⲓ ϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲁⲥϣⲑⲟⲣⲧⲉⲣ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲧⲉϥⲯⲩⲭⲏ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥⲟⲩⲱⲣⲡ ⲁϥⲙⲟⲩϯ ⲉ̀ⲛⲓⲥⲫⲣⲁⲛϣ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲭⲏⲙⲓ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲛⲓⲥⲁⲃⲉⲩ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁ ⲫⲁⲣⲁⲱ ϫⲉ ϯⲣⲁⲥⲟⲩⲓ ⲛⲱⲟⲩ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲉ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲛ ⲫⲏ ⲉⲧⲧⲁⲙⲟ ⲙ̀ⲫⲁⲣⲁⲱ ⲉ̀ⲣⲟⲥ ⲡⲉ | (8) And it was morning, and his soul was troubled; and he sent and called all the interpreters of Egypt, and all her wise men; and Pharao related to them his dream, and there was no one to interpret it to Pharao. | (8) ᾿Εγένετο δὲ πρωὶ καὶ ἐταράχθη ἡ ψυχὴ αὐτοῦ, καὶ ἀποστείλας ἐκάλεσεν πάντας τοὺς ἐξηγητὰς Αἰγύπτου καὶ πάντας τοὺς σοφοὺς αὐτῆς, καὶ διηγήσατο αὐτοῖς Φαραω τὸ ἐνύπνιον, καὶ οὐκ ἦν ὁ ἀπαγγέλλων αὐτὸ τῷ Φαραω. |
| (ⲑ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁ ⲡⲓⲣⲉϥⲟⲩⲱⲧϩ ⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲫⲁⲣⲁⲱ ⲉϥϫⲱ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲥ ϫⲉ ϯⲓⲣⲓ ⲙ̀ⲫⲙⲉⲩⲓ ⲙ̀ⲡⲁⲛⲟⲃⲓ ⲙ̀ⲫⲟⲟⲩ | (9) And the chief cupbearer spoke to Pharao, saying, I this day remember my fault: | (9) καὶ ἐλάλησεν ὁ ἀρχιοινοχόος πρὸς Φαραω λέγων Τὴν ἁμαρτίαν μου ἀναμιμνῄσκω σήμερον· |
| (ⲓ̅) ⲫⲁⲣⲁⲱ ⲁϥϫⲱⲛⲧ ⲉ̀ⲛⲉϥⲁⲗⲱⲟⲩⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥⲭⲁⲛ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲓϣⲧⲉⲕⲟ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲓⲏⲓ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲁⲣⲭⲓⲙⲁⲅⲓⲣⲟⲥ ⲁ̀ⲛⲟⲕ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲡⲓⲁⲙⲣⲉ | (10) Pharao was angry with his servants, and put us in prison in the house of the captain of the guard, both me and the chief baker. | (10) Φαραω ὠργίσθη τοῖς παισὶν αὐτοῦ καὶ ἔθετο ἡμᾶς ἐν φυλακῇ ἐν τῷ οἴκῳ τοῦ ἀρχιμαγείρου, ἐμέ τε καὶ τὸν ἀρχισιτοποιόν. |
| (ⲓ̅ⲁ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲛⲛⲁⲩ ⲉ̀ⲟⲩⲣⲁⲥⲟⲩⲓ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲉϫⲱⲣϩ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲱⲧ ⲁ̀ⲛⲟⲕ ⲛⲉⲙⲁϥ ⲫⲟⲩⲁⲓ ⲫⲟⲩⲁⲓ ⲁϥⲛⲁⲩ ⲕⲁⲧⲁ ⲧⲉϥⲣⲁⲥⲟⲩⲓ | (11) And we had a dream both in one night, I and he; we saw, each according to his dream. | (11) καὶ εἴδομεν ἐνύπνιον ἐν νυκτὶ μιᾷ, ἐγώ τε καὶ αὐτός, ἕκαστος κατὰ τὸ αὑτοῦ ἐνύπνιον εἴδομεν. |
| (ⲓ̅ⲃ̅) ⲛⲁϥⲭⲏ ⲇⲉ ⲙ̀ⲙⲁⲩ ⲛⲉⲙⲁⲛ ⲡⲉ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲟⲩϧⲉⲗϣⲓⲣⲓ ⲛ̀ⲁⲗⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ϩⲉⲃⲣⲉⲟⲥ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲡⲓⲁⲣⲭⲓⲙⲁⲅⲓⲣⲟⲥ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲛⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲛ̀ⲛⲉⲛⲣⲁⲥⲟⲩⲓ ϧⲁⲧⲟⲧϥ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥⲃⲟⲗⲟⲩ ⲛⲁⲛ | (12) And there was there with us a young man, a Hebrew servant of the captain of the guard; and we related to him our dreams, and he interpreted them to us. | (12) ἦν δὲ ἐκεῖ μεθ᾽ ἡμῶν νεανίσκος παῖς Εβραῖος τοῦ ἀρχιμαγείρου, καὶ διηγησάμεθα αὐτῷ, καὶ συνέκρινεν ἡμῖν. |
| (ⲓ̅ⲅ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲥϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲣⲏϯ ⲉⲧⲁϥⲃⲟⲗⲟⲩ ⲛⲁⲛ ⲡⲁⲓⲣⲏϯ ⲁⲥϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲁ̀ⲛⲟⲕ ⲙⲉⲛ ⲁⲕⲭⲁⲧ ⲉ̀ϫⲉⲛ ⲧⲁⲁⲣⲭⲏ ⲫⲏ ⲇⲉ ⲁⲕⲁϣϥ | (13) And it came to pass, as he interpreted them to us, so also it happened, both that I was restored to my office, and that he was hanged. | (13) ἐγενήθη δὲ καθὼς συνέκρινεν ἡμῖν, οὕτως καὶ συνέβη, ἐμέ τε ἀποκατασταθῆναι ἐπὶ τὴν ἀρχήν μου, ἐκεῖνον δὲ κρεμασθῆναι. |
| (ⲓ̅ⲇ̅) ⲁϥⲟⲩⲱⲣⲡ ⲇⲉ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲫⲁⲣⲁⲱ ⲁϥⲙⲟⲩϯ ⲉ̀ⲓⲱⲥⲏⲫ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥⲉⲛϥ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲓϣⲧⲉⲕⲟ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲩϧⲉⲕ ϫⲱϥ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲩϣⲉⲃⲧ ⲧⲉϥⲥⲧⲟⲗⲏ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥⲓ̀ ϩⲁ ⲫⲁⲣⲁⲱ | (14) And Pharao having sent, called Joseph; and they brought him out from the prison, and shaved him, and changed his dress, and he came to Pharao. | (14) ᾿Αποστείλας δὲ Φαραω ἐκάλεσεν τὸν Ιωσηφ, καὶ ἐξήγαγον αὐτὸν ἐκ τοῦ ὀχυρώματος καὶ ἐξύρησαν αὐτὸν καὶ ἤλλαξαν τὴν στολὴν αὐτοῦ, καὶ ἦλθεν πρὸς Φαραω. |
| (ⲓ̅ⲉ̅) ⲡⲉϫⲉ ⲫⲁⲣⲁⲱ ⲇⲉ ⲛ̀ⲓⲱⲥⲏⲫ ϫⲉ ⲟⲩⲣⲁⲥⲟⲩⲓ ⲁⲓⲛⲁⲩ ⲉ̀ⲣⲟⲥ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ϥϣⲟⲡ ⲁⲛ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲫⲏ ⲉⲑⲛⲁⲃⲟⲗⲥ ⲁ̀ⲛⲟⲕ ⲇⲉ ⲁⲓⲥⲱⲧⲉⲙ ⲉⲑⲃⲏⲧⲕ ⲉⲩϫⲱ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲥ ϫⲉ ⲕⲥⲱⲧⲉⲙ ⲉ̀ϩⲁⲛⲣⲁⲥⲟⲩⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲕⲃⲱⲗ ⲙ̀ⲙⲱⲟⲩ | (15) And Pharao said to Joseph, I have seen a vision, and there is no one to interpret it; but I have heard say concerning thee that thou didst hear dreams and interpret them. | (15) εἶπεν δὲ Φαραω τῷ Ιωσηφ ᾿Ενύπνιον ἑώρακα, καὶ ὁ συγκρίνων οὐκ ἔστιν αὐτό· ἐγὼ δὲ ἀκήκοα περὶ σοῦ λεγόντων ἀκούσαντά σε ἐνύπνια συγκρῖναι αὐτά. |
| (ⲓ̅ⲋ̅) ⲁϥⲉⲣⲟⲩⲱ ⲇⲉ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲓⲱⲥⲏⲫ ⲡⲉϫⲁϥ ⲙ̀ⲫⲁⲣⲁⲱ ϫⲉ ⲁϭⲛⲉ ⲫϯ ⲛ̀ⲛⲟⲩⲉⲣⲟⲩⲱ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲟⲩϫⲁⲓ ⲙ̀ⲫⲁⲣⲁⲱ | (16) And Joseph answered Pharao and said, Without God an answer of safety shall not be given to Pharao. | (16) ἀποκριθεὶς δὲ Ιωσηφ τῷ Φαραω εἶπεν ῎Ανευ τοῦ θεοῦ οὐκ ἀποκριθήσεται τὸ σωτήριον Φαραω. |
| (ⲓ̅ⲍ̅) ⲁϥⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲇⲉ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲫⲁⲣⲁⲱ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲓⲱⲥⲏⲫ ⲉϥϫⲱ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲥ ϫⲉ ⲛ̀ϩⲣⲏⲓ ϧⲉⲛ ⲧⲁⲣⲁⲥⲟⲩⲓ ⲓⲥϫⲉⲕ ⲛⲁⲓⲟϩⲓ ⲉ̀ⲣⲁⲧ ⲉⲥⲕⲉⲛ ⲛⲉⲛⲥⲫⲟⲧⲟⲩ ⲙ̀ⲫⲓⲁⲣⲟ | (17) And Pharao spoke to Joseph, saying, In my dream me thought I stood by the bank of the river; | (17) ἐλάλησεν δὲ Φαραω τῷ Ιωσηφ λέγων ᾿Εν τῷ ὕπνῳ μου ᾤμην ἑστάναι παρὰ τὸ χεῖλος τοῦ ποταμοῦ, |
| (ⲓ̅ⲏ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲙ̀ⲫⲣⲏϯ ⲛⲁⲩⲛⲏⲟⲩ ⲉ̀ⲡϣⲱⲓ ϧⲉⲛ ⲫⲓⲁⲣⲟ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲍ̅ ⲛ̀ⲉϩⲉ ⲉ̀ⲛⲁⲛⲉⲩ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲟⲩⲥⲙⲟⲧ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲩⲥⲟⲧⲡ ϧⲉⲛ ⲛⲟⲩⲁϥⲟⲩⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲁⲩⲙⲟⲛⲓ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲓⲁⲭⲓ | (18) and there came up as it were out of the river, seven cows well-favoured and choice-fleshed, and they fed on the sedge. | (18) καὶ ὥσπερ ἐκ τοῦ ποταμοῦ ἀνέβαινον ἑπτὰ βόες καλαὶ τῷ εἴδει καὶ ἐκλεκταὶ ταῖς σαρξὶν καὶ ἐνέμοντο ἐν τῷ ἄχει· |
| (ⲓ̅ⲑ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ϩⲏⲡⲡⲉ ⲓⲥ ⲕⲉⲍ̅ ⲛ̀ⲉϩⲉ ⲛⲁⲩⲛⲏⲟⲩ ⲉ̀ⲡϣⲱⲓ ⲥⲁⲙⲉⲛϩⲏⲟⲩ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛ ⲫⲓⲁⲣⲟ ⲉⲩϩⲱⲟⲩ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲩϫⲁⲓⲱⲟⲩ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲟⲩⲥⲙⲟⲧ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲩϣⲟⲙ ϧⲉⲛ ⲛⲟⲩⲁϥⲟⲩⲓ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲛⲁⲩ ⲉ̀ⲟⲩⲟⲛ ⲉϥϫⲁⲓⲱⲟⲩ ⲙ̀ⲡⲟⲩⲣⲏϯ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲧⲏⲣϥ ⲛ̀ⲭⲏⲙⲓ | (19) And behold seven other cows came up after them out of the river, evil and ill-favoured and lean-fleshed, such that I never saw worse in all the land of Egypt. | (19) καὶ ἰδοὺ ἑπτὰ βόες ἕτεραι ἀνέβαινον ὀπίσω αὐτῶν ἐκ τοῦ ποταμοῦ πονηραὶ καὶ αἰσχραὶ τῷ εἴδει καὶ λεπταὶ ταῖς σαρξίν, οἵας οὐκ εἶδον τοιαύτας ἐν ὅλῃ γῇ Αἰγύπτῳ αἰσχροτέρας· |
| (ⲕ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁ ϯⲍ̅ ⲛ̀ⲉϩⲉ ⲉⲧϫⲁⲓⲱⲟⲩ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲧϣⲟⲙ ⲁⲩⲱⲙⲕ ⲛ̀ϯⲍ̅ ⲛ̀ⲉϩⲉ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ϣⲟⲣⲡ ⲉⲑⲛⲁⲛⲉⲩ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲧⲥⲟⲧⲡ | (20) And the seven ill-favoured and thin cows ate up the seven first good and choice cows. | (20) καὶ κατέφαγον αἱ ἑπτὰ βόες αἱ αἰσχραὶ καὶ λεπταὶ τὰς ἑπτὰ βόας τὰς πρώτας τὰς καλὰς καὶ ἐκλεκτάς, |
| (ⲕ̅ⲁ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲩϣⲉ ⲛⲱⲟⲩ ⲉ̀ϧⲟⲩⲛ ⲉⲧⲟⲩⲛⲉϫⲓ ⲙ̀ⲡⲟⲩⲟⲩⲱⲛϩ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ⲇⲉ ⲁⲩϣⲉ ⲛⲱⲟⲩ ⲉ̀ϧⲟⲩⲛ ⲉ̀ⲧⲟⲩⲛⲉϫⲓ ⲛⲁⲣⲉ ⲡⲟⲩϩⲟ ϫⲁⲓⲱⲟⲩ ⲡⲉ ⲙ̀ⲫⲣⲏϯ ⲛ̀ϣⲟⲣⲡ ⲟⲛ ⲁⲓⲧⲱⲛⲧ ϫⲉ ⲡⲁⲗⲓⲛ ⲟⲛ ⲁⲓⲛ̀ⲕⲟⲧ | (21) And they went into their bellies, and it was not perceptible that they had gone into their bellies; and their appearance was ill-favoured, as also at the beginning; and after I awoke I slept, | (21) καὶ εἰσῆλθον εἰς τὰς κοιλίας αὐτῶν καὶ οὐ διάδηλοι ἐγένοντο ὅτι εἰσῆλθον εἰς τὰς κοιλίας αὐτῶν, καὶ αἱ ὄψεις αὐτῶν αἰσχραὶ καθὰ καὶ τὴν ἀρχήν. ἐξεγερθεὶς δὲ ἐκοιμήθην |
| (ⲕ̅ⲃ̅) ⲁⲓⲛⲁⲩ ⲟⲛ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲣⲁⲥⲟⲩⲓ ⲙ̀ⲫⲣⲏϯ ⲓⲥ ⲕⲉⲍ̅ ⲛ̀ϧⲉⲙⲥ ⲉⲩⲛⲏⲟⲩ ⲉ̀ⲡϣⲱⲓ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲗⲁϧⲉⲙ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲱⲧ ⲉⲩϫⲟⲛⲧ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉ̀ⲛⲁⲛⲉⲩ | (22) and saw again in my sleep, and as it were seven ears came up on one stem, full and good. | (22) καὶ εἶδον πάλιν ἐν τῷ ὕπνῳ μου, καὶ ὥσπερ ἑπτὰ στάχυες ἀνέβαινον ἐν πυθμένι ἑνὶ πλήρεις καὶ καλοί· |
| (ⲕ̅ⲅ̅) ⲕⲉⲍ̅ ⲇⲉ ⲛ̀ϧⲉⲙⲥ ⲉⲩϣⲟⲙ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲩⲟⲓ ⲛ̀ϫⲓⲙⲫⲉϩ ⲛⲁⲩⲛⲏⲟⲩ ⲉ̀ⲡϣⲱⲓ ϧⲁⲑⲟⲩⲱⲟⲩ ⲡⲉ | (23) And other seven ears, thin and blasted with the wind, sprang up close to them. | (23) ἄλλοι δὲ ἑπτὰ στάχυες λεπτοὶ καὶ ἀνεμόφθοροι ἀνεφύοντο ἐχόμενοι αὐτῶν· |
| (ⲕ̅ⲇ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁ ⲡⲓⲍ̅ ⲛ̀ϧⲉⲙⲥ ⲉⲧϣⲟⲙ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲧⲟⲓ ⲛ̀ϫⲓⲙⲫⲉϩ ⲁⲩⲱⲙⲕ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲍ̅ ⲛ̀ϧⲉⲙⲥ ⲉⲑⲛⲁⲛⲉⲩ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲧϫⲟⲛⲧ ⲁⲓϫⲉ ⲧⲁⲣⲁⲥⲟⲩⲓ ⲟⲩⲛ ⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲥⲫⲣⲁⲛϣ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲉ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲛ ⲫⲏ ⲉⲧⲧⲁⲙⲟ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲓ ⲉ̀ⲣⲟⲥ | (24) And the seven thin and blasted ears devoured the seven fine and full ears: so I spoke to the interpreters, and there was no one to explain it to me. | (24) καὶ κατέπιον οἱ ἑπτὰ στάχυες οἱ λεπτοὶ καὶ ἀνεμόφθοροι τοὺς ἑπτὰ στάχυας τοὺς καλοὺς καὶ τοὺς πλήρεις. εἶπα οὖν τοῖς ἐξηγηταῖς, καὶ οὐκ ἦν ὁ ἀπαγγέλλων μοι. |
| (ⲕ̅ⲉ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡⲉϫⲉ ⲓⲱⲥⲏⲫ ⲙ̀ⲫⲁⲣⲁⲱ ϫⲉ ⲑⲣⲁⲥⲟⲩⲓ ⲙ̀ⲫⲁⲣⲁⲱ ⲟⲩⲓ ⲧⲉ ⲛⲏ ⲉⲧⲉ ⲫϯ ⲛⲁⲁⲓⲧⲟⲩ ⲁϥⲧⲁⲙⲉ ⲫⲁⲣⲁⲱ ⲉ̀ⲣⲱⲟⲩ | (25) And Joseph said to Pharao, The dream of Pharao is one; whatever God does, he has shewn to Pharao. | (25) Καὶ εἶπεν Ιωσηφ τῷ Φαραω Τὸ ἐνύπνιον Φαραω ἕν ἐστιν· ὅσα ὁ θεὸς ποιεῖ, ἔδειξεν τῷ Φαραω. |
| (ⲕ̅ⲋ̅) ϯⲍ̅ ⲛ̀ⲉϩⲉ ⲉⲑⲛⲁⲛⲉⲩ ⲍ̅ ⲛ̀ⲣⲟⲙⲡⲓ ⲛⲉ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡⲓⲍ̅ ⲛ̀ϧⲉⲙⲥ ⲉⲑⲛⲁⲛⲉⲩ ⲍ̅ ⲛ̀ⲣⲟⲙⲡⲓ ⲛⲉ ⲑⲣⲁⲥⲟⲩⲓ ⲙ̀ⲫⲁⲣⲁⲱ ⲟⲩⲓ ⲧⲉ | (26) The seven good cows are seven years, and the seven good ears are seven years; the dream of Pharao is one. | (26) αἱ ἑπτὰ βόες αἱ καλαὶ ἑπτὰ ἔτη ἐστίν, καὶ οἱ ἑπτὰ στάχυες οἱ καλοὶ ἑπτὰ ἔτη ἐστίν· τὸ ἐνύπνιον Φαραω ἕν ἐστιν. |
| (ⲕ̅ⲍ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ϯⲍ̅ ⲛ̀ⲉϩⲉ ⲉⲧϫⲁⲓⲱⲟⲩ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲧϣⲟⲙ ⲛⲁⲩⲛⲏⲟⲩ ⲉ̀ⲡϣⲱⲓ ⲥⲁⲙⲉⲛϩⲏⲟⲩ ⲍ̅ ⲛ̀ⲣⲟⲙⲡⲓ ⲛⲉ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡⲓⲍ̅ ⲛ̀ϧⲉⲙⲥ ⲉⲧϣⲟⲙ ⲉⲧⲟⲓ ⲛ̀ϫⲓⲙⲫⲉϩ ⲍ̅ ⲛ̀ⲣⲟⲙⲡⲓ ⲛⲉ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲩⲉ̀ϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩϩⲕⲱ ⲛ̀ⲍ̅ ⲛ̀ⲣⲟⲙⲡⲓ | (27) And the seven thin kine that came up after them are seven years; and the seven thin and blasted ears are seven years; there shall be seven years of famine. | (27) καὶ αἱ ἑπτὰ βόες αἱ λεπταὶ αἱ ἀναβαίνουσαι ὀπίσω αὐτῶν ἑπτὰ ἔτη ἐστίν, καὶ οἱ ἑπτὰ στάχυες οἱ λεπτοὶ καὶ ἀνεμόφθοροι ἔσονται ἑπτὰ ἔτη λιμοῦ. |
| (ⲕ̅ⲏ̅) ⲡⲓⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲉⲧⲁⲓϫⲟϥ ⲙ̀ⲫⲁⲣⲁⲱ ϫⲉ ⲛⲏ ⲉⲧⲉ ⲫϯ ⲛⲁⲁⲓⲧⲟⲩ ⲁϥⲧⲁⲙⲉ ⲫⲁⲣⲁⲱ ⲉ̀ⲣⲱⲟⲩ | (28) And as for the word which I have told Pharao, whatsoever God intends to do, he has shewn to Pharao: | (28) τὸ δὲ ῥῆμα, ὃ εἴρηκα Φαραω ῞Οσα ὁ θεὸς ποιεῖ, ἔδειξεν τῷ Φαραω, |
| (ⲕ̅ⲑ̅) ϩⲏⲡⲡⲉ ⲓⲥ ⲍ̅ ⲛ̀ⲣⲟⲙⲡⲓ ⲛ̀ϩⲉⲛⲟⲩϥⲓ ⲥⲉⲛⲏⲟⲩ ⲉ̀ⲛⲁϣⲱⲟⲩ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲧⲏⲣϥ ⲛ̀ⲭⲏⲙⲓ | (29) behold, for seven years there is coming great plenty in all the land of Egypt. | (29) ἰδοὺ ἑπτὰ ἔτη ἔρχεται εὐθηνία πολλὴ ἐν πάσῃ γῇ Αἰγύπτῳ· |
| (ⲗ̅) ⲙⲉⲛⲉⲛⲥⲁ ⲛⲁⲓ ⲇⲉ ⲉⲩⲉ̀ⲓ̀ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲍ̅ ⲛ̀ⲣⲟⲙⲡⲓ ⲛ̀ϩⲃⲱⲛ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲩⲉ̀ⲉⲣⲡⲱⲃϣ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲥⲓ ⲉⲑⲛⲁϣⲱⲡⲓ ϧⲉⲛ ⲭⲏⲙⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲣⲉ ⲡⲓϩⲕⲟ ⲙⲟⲩⲛⲕ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲕⲁϩⲓ | (30) But there shall come seven years of famine after these, and they shall forget the plenty that shall be in all Egypt, and the famine shall consume the land. | (30) ἥξει δὲ ἑπτὰ ἔτη λιμοῦ μετὰ ταῦτα, καὶ ἐπιλήσονται τῆς πλησμονῆς ἐν ὅλῃ γῇ Αἰγύπτῳ, καὶ ἀναλώσει ὁ λιμὸς τὴν γῆν, |
| (ⲗ̅ⲁ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛ̀ⲛⲟⲩⲥⲟⲩⲉⲛ ⲡⲓϩⲉⲛⲟⲩϥⲓ ϩⲓϫⲉⲛ ⲡⲓⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲓϩⲕⲟ ⲉⲑⲛⲁϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲙⲉⲛⲉⲛⲥⲁ ⲛⲁⲓ ⲉϥⲉ̀ϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲉϥϫⲟⲣ ⲉ̀ⲙⲁϣⲱ | (31) And the plenty shall not be known in the land by reason of the famine that shall be after this, for it shall be very grievous. | (31) καὶ οὐκ ἐπιγνωσθήσεται ἡ εὐθηνία ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς ἀπὸ τοῦ λιμοῦ τοῦ ἐσομένου μετὰ ταῦτα· ἰσχυρὸς γὰρ ἔσται σφόδρα. |
| (ⲗ̅ⲃ̅) ⲉ̀ⲫⲙⲁ ϫⲉ ⲑⲣⲁⲥⲟⲩⲓ ⲙ̀ⲫⲁⲣⲁⲱ ⲁⲥⲉⲣⲃ̅ϯ ϫⲉ ϥⲛⲁⲉⲣⲙⲉⲑⲙⲏⲓ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲡⲓⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲓⲧⲉⲛ ⲫϯ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲫϯ ⲛⲁⲁⲓϥ ⲛ̀ⲭⲱⲗⲉⲙ | (32) And concerning the repetition of the dream to Pharao twice, it is because the saying which is from God shall be true, and God will hasten to accomplish it. | (32) περὶ δὲ τοῦ δευτερῶσαι τὸ ἐνύπνιον Φαραω δίς, ὅτι ἀληθὲς ἔσται τὸ ῥῆμα τὸ παρὰ τοῦ θεοῦ, καὶ ταχυνεῖ ὁ θεὸς τοῦ ποιῆσαι αὐτό. |
| (ⲗ̅ⲅ̅) ϯⲛⲟⲩ ⲟⲩⲛ ⲥⲟϭⲛⲓ ⲛⲁⲕ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲣⲱⲙⲓ ⲛ̀ⲥⲁⲃⲉ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛ̀ⲕⲁⲧϩⲏⲧ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲧⲁϩⲟϥ ⲉ̀ϫⲉⲛ ⲡⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲛ̀ⲭⲏⲙⲓ | (33) Now then, look out a wise and prudent man, and set him over the land of Egypt. | (33) νῦν οὖν σκέψαι ἄνθρωπον φρόνιμον καὶ συνετὸν καὶ κατάστησον αὐτὸν ἐπὶ γῆς Αἰγύπτου· |
| (ⲗ̅ⲇ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲙⲁⲣⲉϥⲓⲣⲓ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲫⲁⲣⲁⲱ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲙⲁⲣⲉϥⲭⲱ ⲛ̀ϩⲁⲛⲧⲟⲡⲁⲣⲭⲏⲥ ϩⲓϫⲉⲛ ⲡⲓⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲙⲁⲣⲟⲩϭⲓ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲣⲉⲉ̅ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲛⲓⲟⲩⲧⲁϩ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲡⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲛ̀ⲭⲏⲙⲓ ⲛ̀ϯⲍ̅ ⲛ̀ⲣⲟⲙⲡⲓ ⲛ̀ϩⲉⲛⲟⲩϥⲓ | (34) And let Pharao make and appoint local governors over the land; and let them take up a fifth part of all the produce of the land of Egypt for the seven years of the plenty. | (34) καὶ ποιησάτω Φαραω καὶ καταστησάτω τοπάρχας ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς, καὶ ἀποπεμπτωσάτωσαν πάντα τὰ γενήματα τῆς γῆς Αἰγύπτου τῶν ἑπτὰ ἐτῶν τῆς εὐθηνίας |
| (ⲗ̅ⲉ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲙⲁⲣⲟⲩⲑⲟⲩⲉⲧ ⲛⲓϧⲣⲏⲟⲩⲓ̀ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ϯⲍ̅ ⲛ̀ⲣⲟⲙⲡⲓ ⲛ̀ϩⲉⲛⲟⲩϥⲓ ⲉⲑⲛⲏⲟⲩ ⲛⲁⲓ ⲉⲑⲛⲁⲛⲉⲩ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲙⲁⲣⲟⲩⲑⲟⲩⲉⲧ ⲡⲓⲥⲟⲩⲟ ⲉ̀ϧⲟⲩⲛ ϧⲁ ⲧϫⲓϫ ⲙ̀ⲫⲁⲣⲁⲱ ⲛ̀ⲥⲉⲁⲣⲉϩ ⲉ̀ⲛⲓϧⲣⲏⲟⲩⲓ ϧⲉⲛ ⲛⲓⲃⲁⲕⲓ | (35) And let them gather all the food of these seven good years that are coming, and let the corn be gathered under the hand of Pharao; let food be kept in the cities. | (35) καὶ συναγαγέτωσαν πάντα τὰ βρώματα τῶν ἑπτὰ ἐτῶν τῶν ἐρχομένων τῶν καλῶν τούτων, καὶ συναχθήτω ὁ σῖτος ὑπὸ χεῖρα Φαραω, βρώματα ἐν ταῖς πόλεσιν φυλαχθήτω· |
| (ⲗ̅ⲋ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲩⲉ̀ϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲛⲓϧⲣⲏⲟⲩⲓ ⲉⲩⲁⲣⲉϩ ⲉ̀ⲣⲱⲟⲩ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲉ̀ϯⲍ̅ ⲛ̀ⲣⲟⲙⲡⲓ ⲛ̀ϩⲃⲱⲛ ⲉⲑⲛⲁϣⲱⲡⲓ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲛ̀ⲭⲏⲙⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛ̀ⲛⲉ ⲡⲓⲕⲁϩⲓ ϥⲱϯ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲓϩⲕⲟ | (36) And the stored food shall be for the land against the seven years of famine, which shall be in the land of Egypt; and the land shall not be utterly destroyed by the famine. | (36) καὶ ἔσται τὰ βρώματα πεφυλαγμένα τῇ γῇ εἰς τὰ ἑπτὰ ἔτη τοῦ λιμοῦ, ἃ ἔσονται ἐν γῇ Αἰγύπτῳ, καὶ οὐκ ἐκτριβήσεται ἡ γῆ ἐν τῷ λιμῷ. |
| (ⲗ̅ⲍ̅) ⲁ ⲛⲓⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲇⲉ ⲣⲁⲛⲉ ⲫⲁⲣⲁⲱ ⲙ̀ⲡⲉϥⲙⲑⲟ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲙ̀ⲡⲉⲙⲑⲟ ⲛ̀ⲛⲉϥⲁⲗⲱⲟⲩⲓ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ | (37) And the word was pleasing in the sight of Pharao, and in the sight of all his servants. | (37) ῎Ηρεσεν δὲ τὰ ῥήματα ἐναντίον Φαραω καὶ ἐναντίον πάντων τῶν παίδων αὐτοῦ, |
| (ⲗ̅ⲏ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡⲉϫⲉ ⲫⲁⲣⲁⲱ ⲛ̀ⲛⲉϥⲁⲗⲱⲟⲩⲓ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ϫⲉ ⲙⲏ ⲧⲉⲛⲛⲁϫⲉⲙ ⲟⲩⲣⲱⲙⲓ ⲙ̀ⲡⲁⲓⲣⲏϯ ⲉ̀ⲟⲩⲟⲛ ⲟⲩⲡⲛ̅ⲁ̅ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲫϯ ⲛ̀ϧⲏⲧϥ | (38) And Pharao said to all his servants, Shall we find such a man as this, who has the spirit of God in him? | (38) καὶ εἶπεν Φαραω πᾶσιν τοῖς παισὶν αὐτοῦ Μὴ εὑρήσομεν ἄνθρωπον τοιοῦτον, ὃς ἔχει πνεῦμα θεοῦ ἐν αὐτῷ; |
| (ⲗ̅ⲑ̅) ⲡⲉϫⲉ ⲫⲁⲣⲁⲱ ⲇⲉ ⲛ̀ⲓⲱⲥⲏⲫ ϫⲉ ⲉⲡⲓⲇⲏ ⲁ ⲫϯ ⲧⲁⲙⲟⲕ ⲉ̀ⲛⲁⲓ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲛ ⲣⲱⲙⲓ ⲛ̀ⲥⲁⲃⲉ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛ̀ⲕⲁⲧϩⲏⲧ ⲙ̀ⲡⲉⲕⲣⲏϯ | (39) And Pharao said to Joseph, Since God has shewed thee all these things, there is not a wiser or more prudent man than thou. | (39) εἶπεν δὲ Φαραω τῷ Ιωσηφ ᾿Επειδὴ ἔδειξεν ὁ θεός σοι πάντα ταῦτα, οὐκ ἔστιν ἄνθρωπος φρονιμώτερος καὶ συνετώτερός σου· |
| (ⲙ̅) ⲛ̀ⲑⲟⲕ ⲉⲕⲉ̀ϣⲱⲡⲓ ϩⲓϫⲉⲛ ⲡⲁⲏⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡⲁⲙⲏϣ ⲧⲏⲣϥ ⲉϥⲉ̀ⲥⲱⲧⲉⲙ ⲛ̀ⲥⲁ ⲣⲱⲕ ⲡⲗⲏⲛ ⲡⲁⲑⲣⲟⲛⲟⲥ ⲙ̀ⲙⲁⲩⲁⲧϥ ⲉⲓⲉ̀ϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲉⲓϭⲟⲥⲓ ⲉ̀ⲣⲟⲕ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟϥ | (40) Thou shalt be over my house, and all my people shall be obedient to thy word; only in the throne will I excel thee. | (40) σὺ ἔσῃ ἐπὶ τῷ οἴκῳ μου, καὶ ἐπὶ τῷ στόματί σου ὑπακούσεται πᾶς ὁ λαός μου· πλὴν τὸν θρόνον ὑπερέξω σου ἐγώ. |
| (ⲙ̅ⲁ̅) ⲡⲉϫⲉ ⲫⲁⲣⲁⲱ ⲇⲉ ⲛ̀ⲓⲱⲥⲏⲫ ϫⲉ ϩⲏⲡⲡⲉ ϯⲭⲱ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲕ ⲙ̀ⲫⲟⲟⲩ ⲉ̀ϫⲉⲛ ⲡⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲧⲏⲣϥ ⲛ̀ⲭⲏⲙⲓ | (41) And Pharao said to Joseph, Behold, I set thee this day over all the land of Egypt. | (41) εἶπεν δὲ Φαραω τῷ Ιωσηφ ᾿Ιδοὺ καθίστημί σε σήμερον ἐπὶ πάσης γῆς Αἰγύπτου. |
| (ⲙ̅ⲃ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁ ⲫⲁⲣⲁⲱ ⲉⲗ ⲡⲉϥϣϭⲟⲩⲣ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲓⲧⲟⲧϥ ⲁϥⲧⲏⲓϥ ⲉ̀ⲧϫⲓϫ ⲛ̀ⲓⲱⲥⲏⲫ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥϯ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩϩⲉⲃⲥⲱ ⲛ̀ϣⲉⲛⲥ ϩⲓⲱⲧϥ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥϯ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲭⲗⲁⲗ ⲛ̀ⲛⲟⲩⲃ ⲛ̀ϧⲏⲧϥ | (42) And Pharao took his ring off his hand, and put it on the hand of Joseph, and put on him a robe of fine linen, and put a necklace of gold about his neck. | (42) καὶ περιελόμενος Φαραω τὸν δακτύλιον ἀπὸ τῆς χειρὸς αὐτοῦ περιέθηκεν αὐτὸν ἐπὶ τὴν χεῖρα Ιωσηφ καὶ ἐνέδυσεν αὐτὸν στολὴν βυσσίνην καὶ περιέθηκεν κλοιὸν χρυσοῦν περὶ τὸν τράχηλον αὐτοῦ· |
| (ⲙ̅ⲅ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥⲧⲁⲗⲟϥ ⲉ̀ϫⲉⲛ ϯⲃⲉⲣⲉϭⲱⲟⲩⲧⲥ ⲙ̀ⲙⲁϩⲃ̅ϯ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡⲓⲕⲩⲣⲓⲝ ⲱϣ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲁϫⲱϥ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥⲭⲁϥ ϩⲓϫⲉⲛ ⲡⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲧⲏⲣϥ ⲛ̀ⲭⲏⲙⲓ | (43) And he mounted him on the second of his chariots, and a herald made proclamation before him; and he set him over all the land of Egypt. | (43) καὶ ἀνεβίβασεν αὐτὸν ἐπὶ τὸ ἅρμα τὸ δεύτερον τῶν αὐτοῦ, καὶ ἐκήρυξεν ἔμπροσθεν αὐτοῦ κῆρυξ· καὶ κατέστησεν αὐτὸν ἐφ᾽ ὅλης γῆς Αἰγύπτου. |
| (ⲙ̅ⲇ̅) ⲡⲉϫⲉ ⲫⲁⲣⲁⲱ ⲇⲉ ⲛ̀ⲓⲱⲥⲏⲫ ϫⲉ ⲁ̀ⲛⲟⲕ ⲡⲉ ⲫⲁⲣⲁⲱ ⲁϭⲛⲟⲩⲕ ⲛ̀ⲛⲉ ϩⲗⲓ ⲓⲛⲓ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉϥϫⲓϫ ⲉ̀ϫⲉⲛ ⲡⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲧⲏⲣϥ ⲛ̀ⲭⲏⲙⲓ | (44) And Pharao said to Joseph, I am Pharao; without thee no one shall lift up his hand on all the land of Egypt. | (44) εἶπεν δὲ Φαραω τῷ Ιωσηφ ᾿Εγὼ Φαραω· ἄνευ σοῦ οὐκ ἐξαρεῖ οὐθεὶς τὴν χεῖρα αὐτοῦ ἐπὶ πάσῃ γῇ Αἰγύπτου. |
| (ⲙ̅ⲉ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁ ⲫⲁⲣⲁⲱ ⲙⲟⲩϯ ⲉ̀ⲫⲣⲁⲛ ⲛ̀ⲓⲱⲥⲏⲫ ϫⲉ ⲯⲟⲛⲑⲱⲙⲫⲁⲛⲏⲭ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥϯ ⲛⲁϥ ⲛ̀ⲁⲥⲉⲛⲛⲉⲑ ⲧϣⲉⲣⲓ ⲙ̀ⲡⲉⲧⲉⲫⲣⲏ ⲡϩⲟⲛⲧ ⲛ̀ⲱⲛ ϯⲃⲁⲕⲓ ⲉⲩⲥϩⲓⲙⲓ ⲛⲁϥ | (45) And Pharao called the name of Joseph, Psonthomphanech; and he gave him Aseneth, the daughter of Petephres, priest of Heliopolis, to wife. | (45) καὶ ἐκάλεσεν Φαραω τὸ ὄνομα Ιωσηφ Ψονθομφανηχ· καὶ ἔδωκεν αὐτῷ τὴν Ασεννεθ θυγατέρα Πετεφρη ἱερέως ῾Ηλίου πόλεως αὐτῷ γυναῖκα. |
| (ⲙ̅ⲋ̅) ⲓⲱⲥⲏⲫ ⲇⲉ ⲛⲁϥⲭⲏ ϧⲉⲛ ⲗ̅ ⲛ̀ⲣⲟⲙⲡⲓ ⲡⲉ ⲉⲧⲁϥⲟϩⲓ ⲉ̀ⲣⲁⲧϥ ⲙ̀ⲡⲉⲙⲑⲟ ⲙ̀ⲫⲁⲣⲁⲱ ⲡⲟⲩⲣⲟ ⲛ̀ⲭⲏⲙⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥⲓ̀ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲓⲱⲥⲏⲫ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲁ ⲡϩⲟ ⲙ̀ⲫⲁⲣⲁⲱ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥⲥⲓⲛⲓ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲧⲏⲣϥ ⲛ̀ⲭⲏⲙⲓ | (46) And Joseph was thirty years old when he stood before Pharao, king of Egypt. And Joseph went out from the presence of Pharao, and went through all the land of Egypt. | (46) Ιωσηφ δὲ ἦν ἐτῶν τριάκοντα, ὅτε ἔστη ἐναντίον Φαραω βασιλέως Αἰγύπτου. ᾿Εξῆλθεν δὲ Ιωσηφ ἐκ προσώπου Φαραω καὶ διῆλθεν πᾶσαν γῆν Αἰγύπτου. |
| (ⲙ̅ⲍ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁⲩⲓ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ϯⲍ̅ ⲛ̀ⲣⲟⲙⲡⲓ ⲛ̀ϩⲉⲛⲟⲩϥⲓ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲧⲏⲣϥ ⲛ̀ⲭⲏⲙⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥⲓⲣⲓ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲡⲓⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲛ̀ϩⲁⲛⲭⲛⲁⲩ ϧⲉⲛ ⲧⲍ̅ ⲛ̀ⲣⲟⲙⲡⲓ ⲛ̀ϩⲉⲛⲟⲩϥⲓ | (47) And the land produced in the seven years of plenty, whole handfuls of corn. | (47) καὶ ἐποίησεν ἡ γῆ ἐν τοῖς ἑπτὰ ἔτεσιν τῆς εὐθηνίας δράγματα· |
| (ⲙ̅ⲏ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥⲑⲱⲟⲩϯ ⲉ̀ϧⲟⲩⲛ ⲛ̀ⲛⲓϧⲣⲏⲟⲩⲓ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ϯⲍ̅ ⲛ̀ⲣⲟⲙⲡⲓ ⲉⲧⲁ ⲡⲓϩⲉⲛⲟⲩϥⲓ ϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲛ̀ϧⲏⲧⲟⲩ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲛ̀ⲭⲏⲙⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥⲭⲁ ⲉ̀ⲛⲓϧⲣⲏⲟⲩⲓ ⲛ̀ϧⲣⲏⲓ ϧⲉⲛ ⲛⲓⲃⲁⲕⲓ ⲛⲓϧⲣⲏⲟⲩⲓ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲛⲓⲙⲉϣϣⲱⲧ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ϯⲃⲁⲕⲓ ⲛⲏ ⲉⲧⲕⲱϯ ⲉ̀ⲣⲟⲥ ⲁϥⲭⲁⲩ ⲛ̀ϧⲏⲧⲥ | (48) And he gathered all the food of the seven years, in which was the plenty in the land of Egypt; and he laid up the food in the cities; the food of the fields of a city round about it he laid up in it. | (48) καὶ συνήγαγεν πάντα τὰ βρώματα τῶν ἑπτὰ ἐτῶν, ἐν οἷς ἦν ἡ εὐθηνία ἐν γῇ Αἰγύπτου, καὶ ἔθηκεν τὰ βρώματα ἐν ταῖς πόλεσιν, βρώματα τῶν πεδίων τῆς πόλεως τῶν κύκλῳ αὐτῆς ἔθηκεν ἐν αὐτῇ. |
| (ⲙ̅ⲑ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁ ⲓⲱⲥⲏⲫ ⲑⲟⲩⲉⲧ ⲥⲟⲩⲟ ⲙ̀ⲫⲣⲏϯ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓϣⲱ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲫⲓⲟⲙ ⲉ̀ⲛⲁϣⲱϥ ⲉ̀ⲙⲁϣⲱ ϣⲁⲧⲟⲩϣ̀ⲧⲉⲙϫⲉⲙϫⲟⲙ ⲛ̀ϭⲓⲏⲡⲓ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟϥ ⲛⲉ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲛⲧⲉϥ ⲏⲡⲓ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲙ̀ⲙⲁⲩ ⲡⲉ | (49) And Joseph gathered very much corn as the sand of the sea, until it could not be numbered, for there was no number of it. | (49) καὶ συνήγαγεν Ιωσηφ σῖτον ὡσεὶ τὴν ἄμμον τῆς θαλάσσης πολὺν σφόδρα, ἕως οὐκ ἠδύναντο ἀριθμῆσαι, οὐ γὰρ ἦν ἀριθμός. |
| (ⲛ̅) ⲓⲱⲥⲏⲫ ⲇⲉ ⲁ ϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲃ̅ ϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲛⲁϥ ⲙ̀ⲡⲁⲧⲟⲩⲓ̀ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ϯⲍ̅ ⲛ̀ⲣⲟⲙⲡⲓ ⲛ̀ϩⲕⲟ ⲛⲏ ⲉⲧⲁⲥⲙⲁⲥⲟⲩ ⲛⲁϥ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲁⲥⲉⲛⲛⲉⲑ ⲧϣⲉⲣⲓ ⲙ̀ⲡⲉⲧⲉⲫⲣⲏ ⲡϩⲟⲛⲧ ⲛ̀ⲱⲛ ϯⲃⲁⲕⲓ | (50) And to Joseph were born two sons, before the seven years of famine came, which Aseneth, the daughter of Petephres, priest of Heliopolis, bore to him. | (50) Τῷ δὲ Ιωσηφ ἐγένοντο υἱοὶ δύο πρὸ τοῦ ἐλθεῖν τὰ ἑπτὰ ἔτη τοῦ λιμοῦ, οὓς ἔτεκεν αὐτῷ Ασεννεθ θυγάτηρ Πετεφρη ἱερέως ῾Ηλίου πόλεως. |
| (ⲛ̅ⲁ̅) ⲁ ⲓⲱⲥⲏⲫ ϯⲣⲉⲛ ⲫⲣⲁⲛ ⲙ̀ⲡⲉϥϣⲟⲣⲡ ⲙ̀ⲙⲓⲥⲓ ϫⲉ ⲙⲁⲛⲁⲥⲥⲏ ϫⲉ ⲁ ⲫϯ ⲑⲣⲓⲉⲣⲡⲱⲃϣ ⲛ̀ⲛⲁⲙ̀ⲕⲁϩ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲛⲁ ⲡⲁⲓⲱⲧ | (51) And Joseph called the name of the first-born, Manasse; for God, said he, has made me forget all my toils and all my father’s house. | (51) ἐκάλεσεν δὲ Ιωσηφ τὸ ὄνομα τοῦ πρωτοτόκου Μανασση, ὅτι ᾿Επιλαθέσθαι με ἐποίησεν ὁ θεὸς πάντων τῶν πόνων μου καὶ πάντων τῶν τοῦ πατρός μου. |
| (ⲛ̅ⲃ̅) ⲫⲣⲁⲛ ⲇⲉ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲙⲁϩⲃ̅ ⲁϥϯⲣⲉⲛϥ ϫⲉ ⲉⲫⲣⲉⲙ ϫⲉ ⲁ ⲫϯ ⲑⲣⲓⲁⲓⲁⲓ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲙ̀ⲡⲁⲑⲉⲃⲓⲟ | (52) And he called the name of the second, Ephraim; for God, said he, has increased me in the land of my humiliation. | (52) τὸ δὲ ὄνομα τοῦ δευτέρου ἐκάλεσεν Εφραιμ, ὅτι Ηὔξησέν με ὁ θεὸς ἐν γῇ ταπεινώσεώς μου. |
| (ⲛ̅ⲅ̅) ⲁⲩⲥⲓⲛⲓ ⲇⲉ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ϯⲍ̅ ⲛ̀ⲣⲟⲙⲡⲓ ⲛ̀ϩⲉⲛⲟⲩϥⲓ ⲉⲧⲁⲩϣⲱⲡⲓ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲛ̀ⲭⲏⲙⲓ | (53) And the seven years of plenty passed away, which were in the land of Egypt. | (53) Παρῆλθον δὲ τὰ ἑπτὰ ἔτη τῆς εὐθηνίας, ἃ ἐγένοντο ἐν γῇ Αἰγύπτῳ, |
| (ⲛ̅ⲇ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥⲉⲣϩⲏⲧⲥ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ϯⲍ̅ ⲛ̀ⲣⲟⲙⲡⲓ ⲛ̀ϩⲕⲟ ⲕⲁⲧⲁ ⲫⲣⲏϯ ⲉⲧⲁ ⲓⲱⲥⲏⲫ ϫⲟⲥ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁ ⲡⲓϩⲕⲟ ϣⲱⲡⲓ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲓⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲧⲏⲣϥ ⲛ̀ϧⲣⲏⲓ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲓⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲧⲏⲣϥ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲭⲏⲙⲓ ⲛⲉ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲛ ⲱⲓⲕ ϣⲟⲡ ⲡⲉ | (54) And the seven years of famine began to come, as Joseph said; and there was a famine in all the land; but in all the land of Egypt there was bread. | (54) καὶ ἤρξαντο τὰ ἑπτὰ ἔτη τοῦ λιμοῦ ἔρχεσθαι, καθὰ εἶπεν Ιωσηφ. καὶ ἐγένετο λιμὸς ἐν πάσῃ τῇ γῇ, ἐν δὲ πάσῃ γῇ Αἰγύπτου ἦσαν ἄρτοι. |
| (ⲛ̅ⲉ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥϩⲕⲟ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲡⲓⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲧⲏⲣϥ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲭⲏⲙⲓ ⲁ ⲡⲓⲙⲏϣ ⲇⲉ ⲱϣ ⲉ̀ⲡϣⲱⲓ ϩⲁ ⲫⲁⲣⲁⲱ ⲉⲑⲃⲉ ⲱⲓⲕ ⲡⲉϫⲉ ⲫⲁⲣⲁⲱ ⲇⲉ ⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲣⲉⲙⲛ̀ⲭⲏⲙⲓ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ϫⲉ ⲙⲁϣⲉ ⲛⲱⲧⲉⲛ ϩⲁ ⲓⲱⲥⲏⲫ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲫⲏ ⲉⲧⲉϥⲛⲁϫⲟϥ ⲛⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲁⲣⲓⲧϥ | (55) And all the land of Egypt was hungry; and the people cried to Pharao for bread. And Pharao said to all the Egyptians, Go to Joseph, and do whatsoever he shall tell you. | (55) καὶ ἐπείνασεν πᾶσα ἡ γῆ Αἰγύπτου, ἐκέκραξεν δὲ ὁ λαὸς πρὸς Φαραω περὶ ἄρτων· εἶπεν δὲ Φαραω πᾶσι τοῖς Αἰγυπτίοις Πορεύεσθε πρὸς Ιωσηφ, καὶ ὃ ἐὰν εἴπῃ ὑμῖν, ποιήσατε. |
| (ⲛ̅ⲋ̅) ⲛⲁⲣⲉ ⲡⲓϩⲕⲟ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲭⲏ ϩⲓϫⲉⲛ ⲡϩⲟ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲧⲏⲣϥ ⲡⲉ ⲁϥⲟⲩⲱⲛ ⲇⲉ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲓⲱⲥⲏⲫ ⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲁϩⲱⲣ ⲛ̀ⲥⲟⲩⲟ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲁϥϯ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲣⲉⲙⲛ̀ⲭⲏⲙⲓ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ | (56) And the famine was on the face of all the earth; and Joseph opened all the granaries, and sold to all the Egyptians. | (56) καὶ ὁ λιμὸς ἦν ἐπὶ προσώπου πάσης τῆς γῆς· ἀνέῳξεν δὲ Ιωσηφ πάντας τοὺς σιτοβολῶνας καὶ ἐπώλει πᾶσι τοῖς Αἰγυπτίοις. |
| (ⲛ̅ⲍ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲓⲭⲱⲣⲁ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲁⲩⲓ̀ ⲉ̀ϧⲣⲏⲓ ⲉ̀ⲭⲏⲙⲓ ⲉϣⲱⲡ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉⲛ ⲓⲱⲥⲏⲫ ⲁ ⲡⲓϩⲕⲟ ⲅⲁⲣ ϫⲉⲙⲛⲟⲙϯ ϩⲓϫⲉⲛ ⲡⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲧⲏⲣϥ | (57) And all countries came to Egypt to buy of Joseph, for the famine prevailed in all the earth. | (57) καὶ πᾶσαι αἱ χῶραι ἦλθον εἰς Αἴγυπτον ἀγοράζειν πρὸς Ιωσηφ· ἐπεκράτησεν γὰρ ὁ λιμὸς ἐν πάσῃ τῇ γῇ. |
