(ⲁ︦) ⲁⲩⲱ ⲁⲩⲉⲓ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲛ̅ϭⲓ ⲛ̅ϣⲏⲣⲉ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲙ̅ⲡⲓ̈ⲥⲣⲁⲏⲗ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲧⲥⲩⲛⲁⲅⲱⲅⲏ ⲧⲏⲣⲥ̅ ⲁⲥⲥⲱⲟⲩϩ ⲉⲛⲉⲥⲉⲣⲏⲩ ⲛ̅ⲑⲉ ⲛ̅ⲟⲩⲣⲱⲙⲉ ⲛ̅ⲟⲩⲱⲧ ϫⲓⲛ ⲛ̅ⲇⲁⲛ ϣⲁ ϩⲣⲁⲓ̈ ⲉⲃⲏⲣⲥⲁⲃⲉⲉ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲡⲕⲁϩ ⲛ̅ⲅⲁⲗⲁⲁⲇ ⲉⲣⲁⲧϥ̅ ⲙ̅ⲡϫⲟⲉⲓⲥ ⲉϩⲣⲁⲓ̈ ⲉⲙⲁⲥⲥⲏⲫⲁ	(1) And all the children of Israel went out, and all the congregation was gathered as one man, from Dan even to Bersabee, and in the land of Galaad, to the Lord at Massepha.	(1) Καὶ ἐξῆλθον πάντες οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ, καὶ ἐξεκκλησιάσθη πᾶσα ἡ συναγωγὴ ὡς ἀνὴρ εἷς ἀπὸ Δαν καὶ ἕως Βηρσαβεε καὶ γῆ Γαλααδ πρὸς κύριον εἰς Μασσηφα.
(ⲃ︦) ⲁⲩⲱ ⲁⲩⲁϩⲉ ⲣⲁⲧⲟⲩ ⲙ̅ⲡⲉⲙ̅ⲧⲟ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲙ̅ⲡϫⲟⲉⲓⲥ ⲛ̅ϭⲓ ⲛⲉⲫⲩⲗⲏ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲙ̅ⲡⲓ̈ⲥⲣⲁⲏⲗ ϩⲛ̅ ⲧⲉⲕⲕⲗⲏⲥⲓⲁ ⲙ̅ⲡⲗⲁⲟⲥ ⲙ̅ⲡⲛⲟⲩⲧⲉ ⲛⲉⲩⲛⲁⲣ̅ϩⲙⲉ ⲛ̅ⲧⲃⲁ ⲛ̅ⲣⲱⲙⲉ ⲛ̅ⲣⲙⲛ̅ⲣⲁⲧⲟⲩ ⲉⲩⲧⲉⲕⲙ̅ ⲥⲏϥⲉ	(2) And all the tribes of Israel stood before the Lord in the assembly of the people of God, four hundred thousand footmen that drew sword.	(2) καὶ ἔστη τὸ κλίµα παντὸς τοῦ λαοῦ, πᾶσαι αἱ φυλαὶ Ισραηλ, ἐν τῇ ἐκκλησίᾳ τοῦ λαοῦ τοῦ θεοῦ, τετρακόσιαι χιλιάδες ἀνδρῶν πεζῶν σπωµένων ῥοµφαίαν.
(ⲅ︦) ⲁⲩⲱ ⲛ̅ϣⲏⲣⲉ ⲛ̅ⲃⲉⲛⲓⲁⲙⲓⲛ ⲁⲩⲥⲱⲧⲙ̅ ϫⲉ ⲁ ⲛ̅ϣⲏⲣⲉ ⲙ̅ⲡⲓ̈ⲥⲣⲁⲏⲗ ⲉⲓ ⲉϩⲣⲁⲓ̈ ⲉⲙⲁⲥⲥⲏⲫⲁ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲡⲉϫⲉ ⲛ̅ϣⲏⲣⲉ ⲙ̅ⲡⲓ̈ⲥⲣⲁⲏⲗ ϫⲉ ⲛ̅ⲧⲁ ⲧⲉⲓⲡⲟⲛⲏⲣⲓⲁ ϣⲱⲡⲉ ⲧⲱⲛ	(3) And the children of Benjamin heard that the children of Israel were gone up to Massepha: and the children of Israel came and said, Tell us, where did this wickedness take place?	(3) καὶ ἤκουσαν οἱ υἱοὶ Βενιαµιν ὅτι ἀνέβησαν οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ πρὸς κύριον εἰς Μασσηφα. καὶ εἶπαν οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ Λαλήσατε ποῦ ἐγένετο ἡ κακία αὕτη.
(ⲇ︦) ⲁⲩⲱ ⲡⲣⲱⲙⲉ ⲉⲧⲉ ⲡⲗⲉⲩⲉⲓⲧⲏⲥ ⲡⲉ ⲡϩⲁⲓ̈ ⲛ̅ⲧⲉⲥϩⲓⲙⲉ ⲉⲛⲧⲁⲩϩⲟⲧⲃⲉⲥ ⲁϥⲟⲩⲱϣⲃ̅ ⲉϥϫⲱ ⲙ̅ⲙⲟⲥ ⲛⲁⲩ ϫⲉ ⲁⲓⲉⲓ ⲉϩⲣⲁⲓ̈ ⲉⲅⲁⲃⲁⲁ ⲧⲡⲟⲗⲓⲥ ⲛ̅ⲃⲉⲛⲓⲁⲙⲓⲛ ⲁⲛⲟⲕ ⲙⲛ̅ ⲧⲁⲡⲁⲗⲗⲁⲕⲏ ⲉⲧⲣⲉⲛϭⲟⲓ̈ⲗⲉ ⲉⲙⲁⲩ	(4) And the Levite, the husband of the woman that was slain, answered and said, I and my concubine went to Gabaa of Benjamin to lodge.	(4) καὶ ἀπεκρίθη ὁ ἀνὴρ ὁ Λευίτης ὁ ἀνὴρ τῆς γυναικὸς τῆς πεφονευµένης καὶ εἶπεν Εἰς Γαβαα τῆς Βενιαµιν ἦλθον ἐγὼ καὶ ἡ παλλακή µου καταλῦσαι.
(ⲉ︦) ⲁⲩⲱ ⲛ̅ⲣⲱⲙⲉ ⲛ̅ⲅⲁⲃⲁⲁ ⲁⲩⲧⲱⲟⲩⲛⲟⲩ ⲉϫⲱⲓ̈ ⲁⲩⲕⲱⲧⲉ ⲉⲣⲟⲓ̈ ϩⲙ̅ ⲡⲏⲓ̈ ⲛ̅ⲧⲉⲩϣⲏ ⲁⲩⲟⲩⲱϣ ⲉϩⲟⲧⲃⲉⲧ ⲁⲛⲟⲕ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲧⲁⲡⲁⲗⲗⲁⲕⲏ ⲁⲩⲑⲃ̅ⲓⲟⲥ ⲁⲩⲥⲱⲃⲉ ⲙ̅ⲙⲟⲥ ⲁⲥⲙⲟⲩ	(5) And the men of Gabaa rose up against me, and compassed the house by night against me; they wished to slay me, and they have humbled my concubine, and she is dead.	(5) καὶ ἀνέστησαν ἐπ’ ἐµὲ οἱ ἄνδρες οἱ παρὰ τῆς Γαβαα καὶ περιεκύκλωσαν ἐπ’ ἐµὲ τὴν οἰκίαν νυκτὸς καὶ ἐµὲ ἠθέλησαν ἀποκτεῖναι καὶ τὴν παλλακήν µου ἐταπείνωσαν καὶ ἐνέπαιξαν αὐτῇ καὶ ἀπέθανεν.
(ⲋ︦) ⲁⲓ̈ⲁⲙⲁϩⲧⲉ ⲛ̅ⲧⲁⲡⲁⲗⲗⲁⲕⲏ ⲁⲓ̈ⲁⲁⲥ ⲙ̅ⲙⲉⲗⲟⲥ ⲙⲉⲗⲟⲥ ⲁⲓ̈ϫⲟⲟⲩⲥ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲉⲛ̅ⲧⲟϣ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲛ̅ⲧⲉⲕⲗⲏⲣⲟⲛⲟⲙⲓⲁ ⲙ̅ⲡⲓ̈ⲥⲣⲁⲏⲗ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϫⲉ ⲁⲩⲉⲓⲣⲉ ⲛ̅ⲟⲩⲙⲛ̅ⲧⲁⲑⲏⲧ ϩⲙ̅ ⲡⲓ̈ⲥⲣⲁⲏⲗ	(6) And I laid hold of my concubine, and divided her in pieces, and sent the parts into every coast of the inheritance of the children of Israel; for they have wrought lewdness and abomination in Israel.	(6) καὶ ἐπελαβόµην τῆς παλλακῆς µου καὶ ἐµέλισα αὐτὴν καὶ ἐξαπέστειλα ἐν παντὶ ὁρίῳ κληρονοµίας Ισραηλ, ὅτι ἐποίησαν ἀφροσύνην ἐν τῷ Ισραηλ.
(ⲍ︦) ⲉⲓⲥ ϩⲏⲏⲧⲉ ⲛ̅ⲧⲱⲧⲛ̅ ⲧⲏⲧⲛ̅ ⲛ̅ϣⲏⲣⲉ ⲙ̅ⲡⲓ̈ⲥⲣⲁⲏⲗ ⲧⲉⲧⲛ̅ ϩⲙ̅ ⲡⲉⲓⲙⲁ ⲧⲁⲩⲉ ⲟⲩϣⲁϫⲉ ⲙⲛ̅ ⲟⲩϣⲟϫⲛⲉ ⲉⲧⲣⲉϥⲡⲱϩ ϣⲁ ⲡⲙⲁ ⲉⲧⲙ̅ⲙⲁⲩ	(7) Behold, all ye are children of Israel; and consider and take counsel here among yourselves.	(7) ἰδοὺ πάντες ὑµεῖς, οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ, δότε ἑαυτοῖς λόγον καὶ βουλήν.
(ⲏ︦) ⲁⲩⲱ ⲡⲗⲁⲟⲥ ⲧⲏⲣϥ̅ ⲁⲩⲧⲱⲟⲩⲛⲟⲩ ⲛ̅ⲑⲉ ⲛ̅ⲟⲩⲣⲱⲙⲉ ⲛ̅ⲟⲩⲱⲧ ⲉⲩϫⲱ ⲙ̅ⲙⲟⲥ ϫⲉ ⲙⲛ̅ⲗⲁⲁⲩ ⲙ̅ⲙⲟⲛ ⲛⲁⲃⲱⲕ ⲉϩⲣⲁⲓ̈ ⲉⲡⲉϥⲙⲁ ⲛ̅ϣⲱⲡⲉ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲙⲛ̅ ⲣⲱⲙⲉ ⲛⲁⲕⲧⲟϥ ⲉϩⲣⲁⲓ̈ ⲉⲡⲉϥⲏⲓ̈	(8) And all the people rose up as one man, saying, No one of us shall return to his tent, and no one of us shall return to his house.	(8) καὶ ἀνέστη πᾶς ὁ λαὸς ὡς ἀνὴρ εἷς λέγων Οὐκ εἰσελευσόµεθα ἀνὴρ εἰς τὸ σκήνωµα αὐτοῦ καὶ οὐκ ἐκκλινοῦµεν ἀνὴρ εἰς τὸν οἶκον αὐτοῦ.
(ⲑ︦) ⲧⲉⲛⲟⲩ ϭⲉ ⲡⲁⲓ̈ ⲡⲉ ⲡϣⲁϫⲉ ⲉⲧⲛⲁϣⲱⲡⲉ ⲛ̅ⲅⲁⲃⲁⲁ ⲧⲛ̅ⲛⲁⲃⲱⲕ ⲉϩⲣⲁⲓ̈ ⲉⲣⲟⲥ ϩⲛ̅ ⲟⲩⲕⲗⲏⲣⲟⲥ	(9) And now this is the thing which shall be done in Gabaa; we will go up against it by lot.	(9) καὶ νῦν τοῦτο τὸ ῥῆµα, ὃ ποιήσοµεν τῇ Γαβαα· ἀναβησόµεθα ἐπ’ αὐτὴν ἐν κλήρῳ
(ⲓ︦) ⲡⲗⲏⲛ ⲧⲛ̅ⲛⲁⲕⲁ ⲙⲏⲧ ⲛ̅ⲣⲱⲙⲉ ⲉϫⲛ̅ ϣⲉ ⲉⲛⲉⲫⲩⲗⲏ ⲙ̅ⲡⲓ̈ⲥⲣⲁⲏⲗ ⲁⲩⲱ ϣⲉ ⲉϫⲛ̅ ϣⲟ ⲁⲩⲱ ϣⲟ ⲉⲩⲧⲃⲁ ⲉⲧⲣⲉⲩϫⲓϩⲣⲉ ⲙ̅ⲡⲗⲁⲟⲥ ⲉⲧⲣⲉⲩⲃⲱⲕ ⲉϩⲣⲁⲓ̈ ⲉⲅⲁⲃⲁⲁ ⲧⲡⲟⲗⲓⲥ ⲛ̅ⲃⲉⲛⲓⲁⲙⲓⲛ ⲉⲉⲓⲣⲉ ⲛⲁⲩ ⲕⲁⲧⲁ ⲧⲙⲛ̅ⲧⲁⲑⲏⲧ ⲧⲏⲣⲥ̅ ⲧⲁⲓ̈ ⲉⲛⲧⲁⲩⲁⲁⲥ ϩⲙ̅ ⲡⲓ̈ⲥⲣⲁⲏⲗ	(10) Moreover we will take ten men for a hundred for all the tribes of Israel, and a hundred for a thousand, and a thousand for ten thousand, to take provision, to cause them to come to Gabaa of Benjamin, to do to it according to all the abomination, which they wrought in Israel.	(10) καὶ ληµψόµεθα δέκα ἄνδρας τοῖς ἑκατὸν καὶ ἑκατὸν τοῖς χιλίοις καὶ χιλίους τοῖς µυρίοις λαβεῖν ἐπισιτισµὸν τῷ λαῷ τοῖς εἰσπορευοµένοις ἐπιτελέσαι τῇ Γαβαα τοῦ Βενιαµιν κατὰ πᾶσαν τὴν ἀφροσύνην, ἣν ἐποίησαν ἐν Ισραηλ.
(ⲓ︦ⲁ︦) ⲁⲩⲱ ⲛ̅ⲣⲱⲙⲉ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲙ̅ⲡⲓ̈ⲥⲣⲁⲏⲗ ⲁⲩⲥⲱⲟⲩϩ ⲉⲧⲡⲟⲗⲓⲥ ⲛ̅ⲑⲉ ⲛ̅ⲟⲩⲣⲱⲙⲉ ⲛ̅ⲟⲩⲱⲧ	(11) And all the men of Israel were gathered to the city as one man.	(11) καὶ συνήχθη πᾶς ἀνὴρ Ισραηλ ἐκ τῶν πόλεων ὡς ἀνὴρ εἷς ἐρχόµενοι.
(ⲓ︦ⲃ︦) ⲁⲩⲱ ⲛⲉⲫⲩⲗⲏ ⲙ̅ⲡⲓ̈ⲥⲣⲁⲏⲗ ⲁⲩϫⲟⲟⲩ ⲛ̅ϩⲉⲛⲣⲱⲙⲉ ⲉϩⲣⲁⲓ̈ ⲉⲧⲉⲫⲩⲗⲏ ⲧⲏⲣⲥ̅ ⲛ̅ⲃⲉⲛⲓⲁⲙⲓⲛ ⲉⲩϫⲱ ⲙ̅ⲙⲟⲥ ⲛⲁⲩ ϫⲉ ⲟⲩⲧⲉ ⲧⲉⲓⲡⲟⲛⲏⲣⲓⲁ ⲉⲛⲧⲁⲥϣⲱⲡⲉ ⲛ̅ϩⲏⲧ ⲧⲏⲩⲧⲛ̅	(12) And the tribes of Israel sent men through the whole tribe of Benjamin, saying, What is this wickedness that has been wrought among you?	(12) Καὶ ἐξαπέστειλαν αἱ φυλαὶ Ισραηλ ἄνδρας ἐν πάσῃ φυλῇ Βενιαµιν λέγοντες Τίς ἡ κακία αὕτη ἡ γενοµένη ἐν ὑµῖν;
(ⲓ︦ⲅ︦) ⲧⲉⲛⲟⲩ ⲙⲁ ⲛⲁⲛ ⲛ̅ⲛ̅ⲣⲱⲙⲉ ⲛ̅ⲁⲥⲉⲃⲏⲥ ⲉⲧⲉ ⲛ̅ϣⲏⲣⲉ ⲛ̅ⲃⲉⲗⲓⲁⲣ ⲛⲉ ⲉⲧϩⲛ̅ ⲅⲁⲃⲁⲁ ⲛ̅ⲧⲛ̅ⲙⲟⲟⲩⲧⲟⲩ ⲛ̅ⲧⲛ̅ϥⲓ ⲛ̅ⲧⲡⲟⲛⲏⲣⲓⲁ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲙ̅ ⲡⲓ̈ⲥⲣⲁⲏⲗ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲙ̅ⲡⲟⲩⲣ̅ ϩⲛⲁⲩ ⲛ̅ϭⲓ ⲛ̅ϣⲏⲣⲉ ⲛ̅ⲃⲉⲛⲓⲁⲙⲓⲛ ⲉⲥⲱⲧⲙ̅ ⲛ̅ⲥⲁ ⲡⲉϩⲣⲟⲟⲩ ⲛ̅ⲛⲉⲩⲥⲛⲏⲩ ⲛ̅ϣⲏⲣⲉ ⲙ̅ⲡⲓ̈ⲥⲣⲁⲏⲗ	(13) Now then give up the men the sons of transgressors that are in Gabaa, and we will put them to death, and purge out wickedness from Israel: but the children of Benjamin consented not to hearken to the voice of their brethren the children of Israel.	(13) καὶ νῦν δότε τοὺς ἄνδρας τοὺς ἀσεβεῖς τοὺς ἐν Γαβαα τοὺς υἱοὺς Βελιαλ, καὶ θανατώσοµεν αὐτοὺς καὶ ἐξαροῦµεν κακίαν ἐξ Ισραηλ. καὶ οὐκ ἠθέλησαν οἱ υἱοὶ Βενιαµιν εἰσακοῦσαι τῆς φωνῆς τῶν ἀδελφῶν αὐτῶν τῶν υἱῶν Ισραηλ.
(ⲓ︦ⲇ︦) ⲁⲩⲱ ⲁⲩⲥⲱⲟⲩϩ ⲉϩⲟⲩⲛ ⲛ̅ϭⲓ ⲛ̅ϣⲏⲣⲉ ⲛ̅ⲃⲉⲛⲓⲁⲙⲓⲛ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲛ̅ ⲛⲉⲩⲡⲟⲗⲓⲥ ⲉϩⲟⲩⲛ ⲉⲅⲁⲃⲁⲁ ⲉⲧⲣⲉⲩⲃⲱⲕ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲉⲙⲓϣⲉ ⲙⲛ̅ ⲛⲉⲩⲥⲛⲏⲩ ⲛ̅ϣⲏⲣⲉ ⲙ̅ⲡⲓ̈ⲥⲣⲁⲏⲗ	(14) And the children of Benjamin were gathered from their cities to Gabaa, to go forth to fight with the children of Israel.	(14) καὶ συνήχθησαν οἱ υἱοὶ Βενιαµιν ἐκ τῶν πόλεων αὐτῶν εἰς Γαβαα ἐξελθεῖν τοῦ πολεµῆσαι µετὰ υἱῶν Ισραηλ.
(ⲓ︦ⲉ︦) ⲁⲩⲱ ⲛ̅ϣⲏⲣⲉ ⲛ̅ⲃⲉⲛⲓⲁⲙⲓⲛ ⲁⲩϭⲙ̅ ⲡⲉⲩϣⲓⲛⲉ ϩⲙ̅ ⲡⲉϩⲟⲟⲩ ⲉⲧⲙ̅ⲙⲁⲩ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲛ̅ ⲛⲉⲩⲡⲟⲗⲓⲥ ⲉⲩⲛⲁⲣ̅ ⲧⲃⲁ ⲥⲛⲁⲩ ⲛ̅ⲣⲱⲙⲉ ⲙⲛ̅ ϯⲟⲩ ⲛ̅ϣⲉ ⲉⲩⲧⲉⲕⲙ̅ ⲥⲏϥⲉ ⲭⲱ [...	(15) And the children of Benjamin from their cities were numbered in that day, twenty-three thousand, every man drawing a sword, besides the inhabitants of Gabaa, who were numbered seven hundred chosen men of all the people, able to use both hands alike;	(15) καὶ ἐπεσκέπησαν οἱ υἱοὶ Βενιαµιν ἐν τῇ ἡµέρᾳ ἐκείνῃ ἐκ τῶν πόλεων εἴκοσι καὶ πέντε χιλιάδες ἀνδρῶν σπωµένων ῥοµφαίαν χωρὶς τῶν κατοικούντων τὴν Γαβαα· οὗτοι ἐπεσκέπησαν ἑπτακόσιοι ἄνδρες νεανίσκοι ἐκλεκτοὶ
(ⲓ︦ⲋ︦)	(16) All these could sling with stones at a hair, and not miss.	(16) ἀµφοτεροδέξιοι· πάντες οὗτοι σφενδονῆται βάλλοντες λίθους πρὸς τὴν τρίχα καὶ οὐ διαµαρτάνοντες.
(ⲓ︦ⲍ︦)	(17) And the men of Israel, exclusive of Benjamin, were numbered four hundred thousand men that drew sword; all these were men of war.	(17) καὶ πᾶς ἀνὴρ Ισραηλ ἐπεσκέπησαν χωρὶς τῶν υἱῶν Βενιαµιν τετρακόσιαι χιλιάδες ἀνδρῶν σπωµένων ῥοµφαίαν· πάντες οὗτοι ἄνδρες πολεµισταί.
(ⲓ︦ⲏ︦)	(18) And they arose and went up to Baethel, and enquired of God: and the children of Israel said, Who shall go up for us first to fight with the children of Benjamin? And the Lord said, Juda shall go up first as leader.	(18) καὶ ἀνέστησαν καὶ ἀνέβησαν εἰς Βαιθηλ καὶ ἐπηρώτησαν ἐν τῷ θεῷ καὶ εἶπαν οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ Τίς ἀναβήσεται ἡµῖν ἀφηγούµενος πολεµῆσαι µετὰ Βενιαµιν; καὶ εἶπεν κύριος Ιουδας ἀναβήσεται ἀφηγούµενος.
(ⲓ︦ⲑ︦)	(19) And the children of Israel rose up in the morning, and encamped against Gabaa.	(19) καὶ ἀνέστησαν οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ καὶ παρενέβαλον ἐπὶ τὴν Γαβαα.
(ⲕ︦)	(20) And they went out, all the men of Israel, to fight with Benjamin, and engaged with them at Gabaa.	(20) καὶ ἐξῆλθεν πᾶς ἀνὴρ Ισραηλ εἰς πόλεµον µετὰ Βενιαµιν, καὶ παρετάξαντο µετ’ αὐτῶν εἰς πόλεµον ἀνὴρ Ισραηλ πρὸς τὴν Γαβαα.
(ⲕ︦ⲁ︦)	(21) And the sons of Benjamin went forth from Gabaa, and they destroyed in Israel on that day two and twenty thousand men down to the ground.	(21) καὶ ἐξῆλθον οἱ υἱοὶ Βενιαµιν ἐκ τῆς πόλεως καὶ διέφθειραν ἐν Ισραηλ ἐν τῇ ἡµέρᾳ ἐκείνῃ δύο καὶ εἴκοσι χιλιάδας ἀνδρῶν ἐπὶ τὴν γῆν.
(ⲕ︦ⲃ︦)	(22) And the men of Israel strengthened themselves, and again engaged in battle in the place where they had engaged on the first day.	(22) καὶ ἐνίσχυσεν ἀνὴρ Ισραηλ καὶ προσέθεντο παρατάξασθαι πόλεµον ἐν τῷ τόπῳ, ᾧ παρετάξαντο ἐκεῖ ἐν τῇ ἡµέρᾳ τῇ πρώτῃ.
(ⲕ︦ⲅ︦)	(23) And the children of Israel went up, and wept before the Lord till evening, and enquired of the Lord, saying, Shall we again draw nigh to battle with our brethren the children of Benjamin? and the Lord said, Go up against them.	(23) καὶ ἀνέβησαν οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ καὶ ἔκλαυσαν ἐνώπιον κυρίου ἕως ἑσπέρας καὶ ἐπηρώτησαν ἐν κυρίῳ λέγοντες Εἰ προσθῶ προσεíίσαι εἰς πόλεµον µετὰ Βενιαµιν τοῦ ἀδελφοῦ µου; καὶ εἶπεν κύριος Ἀνάβητε πρὸς αὐτόν.
(ⲕ︦ⲇ︦) ⲁⲩⲱ ⲛ̅ϣⲏⲣⲉ ⲙ̅ⲡⲓ̈ⲥⲣⲁⲏⲗ ⲁⲩⲃⲱⲕ ⲉⲣ̅ ⲛ̅ⲃⲉⲛⲓⲁⲙⲓⲛ ⲙ̅ⲡⲙⲉϩ ϩⲟⲟⲩ ⲥⲛⲁⲩ	(24) And the children of Israel advanced against the children of Benjamin on the second day.	(24) Καὶ προσήλθοσαν οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ πρὸς Βενιαµιν ἐν τῇ ἡµέρᾳ τῇ δευτέρᾳ.
(ⲕ︦ⲉ︦) ⲁⲩⲱ ⲁϥⲉⲓ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲛ̅ϭⲓ ⲃⲉⲛⲓⲁⲙⲓⲛ ⲉⲧⲣⲉϥⲧⲱⲙⲛ̅ⲧ ⲉⲣⲟⲟⲩ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲛ̅ ⲅⲁⲃⲁⲁ ⲙ̅ⲡⲙⲉϩ ϩⲟⲟⲩ ⲥⲛⲁⲩ ⲉⲧⲓ ⲁⲩⲣⲱϩⲧ̅ ⲉϫⲙ̅ ⲡⲕⲁϩ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲛ̅ ⲛ̅ϣⲏⲣⲉ ⲙ̅ⲡⲓ̈ⲥⲣⲁⲏⲗ ⲙ̅ⲙⲛ̅ⲧϣⲙⲏⲛ ⲛ̅ϣⲟ ⲛ̅ⲣⲱⲙⲉ ⲛⲁⲓ̈ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲉⲩⲧⲉⲕⲙ̅ ⲥⲏϥⲉ	(25) And the children of Benjamin went forth to meet them from Gabaa on the second day, and destroyed of the children of Israel yet further eighteen thousand men down to the ground: all these drew sword.	(25) καὶ ἐξῆλθεν Βενιαµιν εἰς ἀπάντησιν αὐτῶν ἐκ τῆς Γαβαα ἐν τῇ ἡµέρᾳ τῇ δευτέρᾳ καὶ διέφθειρεν ἐκ τοῦ λαοῦ ὀκτωκαίδεκα χιλιάδας ἀνδρῶν ἐπὶ τὴν γῆν· πάντες οὗτοι ἐσπασµένοι ῥοµφαίαν.
(ⲕ︦ⲋ︦) ⲁⲩⲱ ⲛ̅ϣⲏⲣⲉ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲙ̅ⲡⲓ̈ⲥⲣⲁⲏⲗ ⲙⲛ̅ ⲡⲕⲉⲗⲁⲟⲥ ⲧⲏⲣϥ̅ ⲁⲩⲧⲱⲟⲩⲛⲟⲩ ⲁⲩⲉⲓ ⲉϩⲣⲁⲓ̈ ⲉⲃⲁⲓⲑⲏⲗ ⲁⲩⲣⲓⲙⲉ ϩⲙ̅ ⲡⲙⲁ ⲉⲧⲙ̅ⲙⲁⲩ ⲙ̅ⲡⲉⲙ̅ⲧⲟ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲙ̅ⲡϫⲟⲉⲓⲥ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲁⲩⲛⲏⲥⲧⲉⲩⲉ ϩⲙ̅ ⲡⲉϩⲟⲟⲩ ⲉⲧⲙ̅ⲙⲁⲩ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲁⲩⲧⲁⲗⲟ ⲉϩⲣⲁⲓ̈ ⲛ̅ϩⲉⲛϩⲟⲗⲟⲛⲁⲩⲧⲱⲙⲁ ⲛ̅ⲟⲩϫⲁⲓ̈ ⲙ̅ⲡⲉⲙ̅ⲧⲟ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲙ̅ⲡϫⲟⲉⲓⲥ	(26) And the children of Israel and all the people went up, and came to Baethel; and they wept, and sat there before the Lord; and they fasted on that day until evening, and offered whole-burnt-offerings and perfect sacrifices, before the Lord,	(26) καὶ ἀνέβησαν πάντες οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ καὶ πᾶς ὁ λαὸς καὶ ἤλθοσαν εἰς Βαιθηλ καὶ ἔκλαυσαν ἔναντι κυρίου καὶ ἐνήστευσαν ἐν τῇ ἡµέρᾳ ἐκείνῃ καὶ ἀνήνεγκαν ὁλοκαυτώµατα σωτηρίου ἔναντι κυρίου,
(ⲕ︦ⲍ︦) ⲁⲩⲱ ⲁⲩϣⲓⲛⲉ ⲙ̅ⲡϫⲟⲉⲓⲥ ⲛ̅ϭⲓ ⲛ̅ϣⲏⲣⲉ ⲙ̅ⲡⲓ̈ⲥⲣⲁⲏⲗ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϫⲉ ⲛⲉⲥⲙ̅ⲙⲁⲩ ⲛ̅ϭⲓ ⲧϭⲓⲃⲱⲧⲟⲥ ⲛ̅ⲧⲇⲓⲁⲑⲏⲕⲏ ⲙ̅ⲡϫⲟⲉⲓⲥ ϩⲛ̅ ⲛⲉϩⲟⲟⲩ ⲉⲧⲙ̅ⲙⲁⲩ	(27) for the ark of the Lord God was there in those days,	(27) καὶ ἐπηρώτησαν οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ ἐν κυρίῳ· καὶ ἐκεῖ ἡ κιβωτὸς διαθήκης κυρίου ἐν ταῖς ἡµέραις ἐκείναις,
(ⲕ︦ⲏ︦) ⲁⲩⲱ ⲫⲓⲛⲉⲉⲥ ⲡϣⲏⲣⲉ ⲛ̅ⲉⲗⲉⲁⲍⲁⲣ ⲡϣⲏⲣⲉ ⲛ̅ⲁⲁⲣⲱⲛ ⲛⲉϥⲁϩⲉ ⲣⲁⲧϥ̅ ⲙ̅ⲡⲉⲙ̅ⲧⲟ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲛ̅ϣⲏⲣⲉ ⲙ̅ⲡⲓ̈ⲥⲣⲁⲏⲗ ⲁⲩϣⲓⲛⲉ ϩⲙ̅ ⲡϫⲟⲉⲓⲥ ⲉⲩϫⲱ ⲙ̅ⲙⲟⲥ ϫⲉ ⲉⲛⲉⲧⲁⲣⲉⲛⲟⲩⲱϩ ⲉⲧⲟⲟⲧⲛ̅ ⲉⲃⲱⲕ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲉⲙⲓϣⲉ ⲙⲛ̅ ⲃⲉⲛⲓⲁⲙⲓⲛ ⲡⲁⲥⲟⲛ ϫⲛⲧⲁⲣⲉⲛϭⲱ ⲡⲉϫⲉ ⲡϫⲟⲉⲓⲥ ⲛⲁⲩ ϫⲉ ⲃⲱⲕ ⲉϩⲣⲁⲓ̈ ⲉⲣⲱⲟⲩ ϫⲉ ⲣⲁⲥⲧⲉ ϯⲛⲁⲧⲁⲁⲩ ⲉϩⲣⲁⲓ̈ ⲉⲧⲟⲧ ⲧⲏⲩⲧⲛ̅	(28) and Phinees the son of Eleazar the son of Aaron stood before it in those days; and the children of Israel enquired of the Lord, saying, Shall we yet again go forth to fight with our brethren the sons of Benjamin? and the Lord said, Go up, to-morrow I will give them into your hands.	(28) καὶ Φινεες υἱὸς Ελεαζαρ υἱοῦ Ααρων παρεστηκὼς ἐνώπιον αὐτῆς ἐν ταῖς ἡµέραις ἐκείναις λέγων Εἰ προσθῶ ἔτι ἐξελθεῖν εἰς πόλεµον µετὰ υἱῶν Βενιαµιν τοῦ ἀδελφοῦ µου ἢ κοπάσω; καὶ εἶπεν κύριος Ἀνάβητε, ὅτι αὔριον παραδώσω αὐτὸν ἐν χειρί σου.
(ⲕ︦ⲑ︦) ⲁⲩⲱ ⲡⲓ̈ⲥⲣⲁⲏⲗ ⲁϥⲕⲱ ⲛ̅ⲟⲩⲙ̅ⲗⲁϩ ⲉϥⲟ ⲛ̅ⲕⲣⲟϥ ϩⲙ̅ ⲡⲕⲱⲧⲉ ⲛ̅ⲅⲁⲃⲁⲁ	(29) And the children of Israel set an ambush against Gabaa round about it.	(29) Καὶ ἔθηκαν οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ ἔνεδρα ἐν τῇ Γαβαα κύκλῳ.
(ⲗ︦) ⲁⲩⲱ ⲛ̅ϣⲏⲣⲉ ⲙ̅ⲡⲓ̈ⲥⲣⲁⲏⲗ ⲁⲩⲃⲱⲕ ⲉϩⲣⲁⲓ̈ ⲉⲣⲱⲟⲩ ⲛ̅ⲛ̅ϣⲏⲣⲉ ⲛ̅ⲃⲉⲛⲓⲁⲙⲓⲛ ϩⲙ̅ ⲡⲙⲉϩ ϣⲟⲙⲛ̅ⲧ ⲛ̅ϩⲟⲟⲩ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲁⲩⲙⲓϣⲉ ⲙⲛ̅ ⲅⲁⲃⲁⲁ ⲛ̅ⲑⲉ ⲛ̅ⲥⲟⲡⲥⲟⲡ ⲉϣⲁⲩⲁⲁⲥ	(30) And the children of Israel went up against the children of Benjamin on the third day, and arrayed themselves against Gabaa as before.	(30) καὶ ἔταξεν Ισραηλ πρὸς τὸν Βενιαµιν ἐν τῇ ἡµέρᾳ τῇ τρίτῃ καὶ παρετάξαντο πρὸς Γαβαα καθὼς ἅπαξ καὶ ἅπαξ.
(ⲗ︦ⲁ︦) ⲁⲩⲱ ⲛ̅ϣⲏⲣⲉ ⲛ̅ⲃⲉⲛⲓⲁⲙⲓⲛ ⲁⲩⲉⲓ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲁⲩⲁϩⲉ ⲣⲁⲧⲟⲩ ⲉⲡⲗⲁⲟⲥ ⲁⲩⲟⲩⲉ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲛ̅ⲧⲡⲟⲗⲓⲥ ⲁⲩϫⲱⲛⲧ̅ ⲟⲛ ⲉⲡⲁⲧⲁⲥⲥⲉ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲙ̅ ⲡⲗⲁⲟⲥ ⲛ̅ⲑⲉ ⲛ̅ϣⲟⲣⲡ̅ ϩⲛ̅ ⲛⲉϩⲓⲟⲟⲩⲉ ⲧⲟⲩⲓ ⲙ̅ⲙⲟⲟⲩ ⲉⲥⲃⲏⲕ ⲉϩⲣⲁⲓ̈ ⲉⲃⲁⲓ̈ⲑⲏⲗ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲧⲕⲉⲟⲩⲉⲓ ⲉⲥⲃⲏⲕ ⲉϩⲣⲁⲓ̈ ⲉⲅⲁⲃⲁⲁ ϩⲛ̅ ⲧⲥⲱϣⲉ ⲁⲩⲣⲱϩⲧ̅ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϫⲙ̅ ⲡⲓ̈ⲥⲣⲁⲏⲗ ⲙ̅ⲙⲁⲁⲃ ⲛ̅ⲣⲱⲙⲉ	(31) And the children of Benjamin went out to meet the people, and were all drawn out of the city, and began to smite and slay the people as before in the roads, whereof one goes up to Baethel, and one to Gabaa in the field, about thirty men of Israel.	(31) καὶ ἐξῆλθον οἱ υἱοὶ Βενιαµιν εἰς ἀπάντησιν τοῦ λαοῦ καὶ ἐξειλκύσθησαν ἐκ τῆς πόλεως καὶ ἤρξαντο τύπτειν ἐκ τοῦ λαοῦ καθὼς ἅπαξ καὶ ἅπαξ ἐν ταῖς ὁδοῖς, ἥ ἐστιν µία ἀναβαίνουσα εἰς Βαιθηλ καὶ µία ἀναβαίνουσα εἰς Γαβαα ἐν τῷ ἀγρῷ, ὡσεὶ τριάκοντα ἄνδρας ἐν τῷ Ισραηλ.
(ⲗ︦ⲃ︦) ⲁⲩⲱ ⲛ̅ϣⲏⲣⲉ ⲛ̅ⲃⲉⲛⲓⲁⲙⲓⲛ ⲡⲉϫⲁⲩ ⲛ̅ⲛⲉⲩⲉⲣⲏⲩ ϫⲉ ⲛ̅ϣⲏⲣⲉ ⲙ̅ⲡⲓ̈ⲥⲣⲁⲏⲗ ⲥⲉⲛⲁϩⲉ ⲛ̅ⲛⲁϩⲣⲁⲛ ⲛ̅ⲑⲉ ⲟⲛ ⲛ̅ⲧⲉϩⲟⲩⲓ̈ⲧⲉ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲛ̅ϣⲏⲣⲉ ⲙ̅ⲡⲓ̈ⲥⲣⲁⲏⲗ ⲡⲉϫⲁⲩ ϫⲉ ⲙⲁⲣⲉⲛⲡⲱⲧ ⲉⲡⲁϩⲟⲩ ⲛ̅ⲧⲛ̅ⲧⲣⲉⲩⲟⲩⲉ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲛ̅ⲧⲡⲟⲗⲓⲥ ⲉⲛⲉⲩϩⲓⲟⲟⲩⲉ	(32) And the children of Benjamin said, They fall before us as at the first: but the children of Israel said, Let us flee, and draw them out from the city into the roads; and they did so.	(32) καὶ εἶπαν οἱ υἱοὶ Βενιαµιν Προσκόπτουσιν ἐνώπιον ἡµῶν καθὼς ἔµπροσθεν. καὶ οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ εἶπαν Φύγωµεν καὶ ἐκσπάσωµεν αὐτοὺς ἐκ τῆς πόλεως εἰς τὰς ὁδούς.
(ⲗ︦ⲅ︦) ⲁⲩⲱ ⲛ̅ⲣⲱⲙⲉ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲙ̅ⲡⲓ̈ⲥⲣⲁⲏⲗ ⲁⲩⲧⲱⲟⲩⲛⲟⲩ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲙ̅ ⲡⲉⲩⲙⲁ ⲁⲩⲙⲓϣⲉ ϩⲛ̅ ⲃⲁⲁⲗⲑⲁⲙⲁⲣ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲡⲉⲙⲗⲁϩ ⲙ̅ⲡⲓ̈ⲥⲣⲁⲏⲗ ⲉⲧⲟ ⲛ̅ⲕⲣⲟϥ ⲁϥⲉⲓ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲙ̅ ⲡⲉϥⲙⲁ ϩⲛ̅ ⲙ̅ⲙⲁ ⲛ̅ϩⲱⲧⲡ̅ ⲛ̅ⲅⲁⲃⲁⲁ	(33) And all the men rose up out of their places, and engaged in Baal Thamar; and the liers in wait of Israel advanced from their place from Maraagabe.	(33) καὶ πᾶς ἀνὴρ Ισραηλ ἀνέστη ἐκ τοῦ τόπου αὐτοῦ καὶ παρετάξαντο ἐν Βααλθαµαρ, καὶ τὸ ἔνεδρον Ισραηλ ἐπάλαιεν ἐκ τοῦ τόπου αὐτοῦ ἀπὸ δυσµῶν τῆς Γαβαα.
(ⲗ︦ⲇ︦) ⲁⲩⲉⲓ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲙ̅ⲡⲉⲙ̅ⲧⲟ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲛ̅ⲅⲁⲃⲁⲁ ⲉⲩⲛⲁⲣ̅ ⲟⲩⲧⲃⲁ ⲛ̅ⲣⲱⲙⲉ ⲛ̅ⲥⲱⲧⲡ̅ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲙ̅ ⲡⲓ̈ⲥⲣⲁⲏⲗ ⲧⲏⲣϥ̅ ⲁⲩⲛⲟϭ ⲛ̅ⲙ̅ⲗⲁϩ ϣⲱⲡⲉ ⲛ̅ⲧⲟⲟⲩ ⲇⲉ ⲙ̅ⲡⲟⲩⲉⲓⲙⲉ ϫⲉ ⲧⲕⲁⲕⲓⲁ ⲛⲁⲉⲓ ⲉϩⲣⲁⲓ̈ ⲉϫⲱⲟⲩ	(34) And there came over against Gabaa ten thousand chosen men out of all Israel; and the fight was severe; and they knew not that evil was coming upon them.	(34) καὶ παρεγένοντο ἐξ ἐναντίας τῆς Γαβαα δέκα χιλιάδες ἀνδρῶν ἐκλεκτῶν ἐκ παντὸς Ισραηλ, καὶ ὁ πόλεµος ἐβαρύνθη· καὶ αὐτοὶ οὐκ ἔγνωσαν ὅτι ἀφῆπται αὐτῶν ἡ κακία.
(ⲗ︦ⲉ︦) ⲁⲩⲱ ⲡϫⲟⲉⲓⲥ ⲁϥⲡⲁⲥⲥⲧⲉ ⲛ̅ⲃⲉⲛⲓⲁⲙⲓⲛ ⲙ̅ⲡⲉⲙ̅ⲧⲟ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲙ̅ⲡⲓ̈ⲥⲣⲁⲏⲗ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲛ̅ϣⲏⲣⲉ ⲙ̅ⲡⲓ̈ⲥⲣⲁⲏⲗ ⲁⲩⲣⲱϩⲧ̅ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲛ̅ ⲃⲉⲛⲓⲁⲙⲓⲛ ϩⲙ̅ ⲡⲉϩⲟⲟⲩ ⲉⲧⲙ̅ⲙⲁⲩ ⲛ̅ⲧⲃⲁ ⲥⲛⲁⲩ ⲟⲩϭⲟⲥ ⲙⲛ̅ ϣⲉ ⲛ̅ⲣⲱⲙⲉ ⲛⲁⲓ̈ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲉⲩⲧⲉⲕⲙ̅ ⲥⲏϥⲉ	(35) And the Lord smote Benjamin before the children of Israel; and the children of Israel destroyed of Benjamin in that day a hundred and twenty-five thousand men: all these drew sword.	(35) καὶ ἐτρόπωσεν κύριος τὸν Βενιαµιν κατὰ πρόσωπον Ισραηλ, καὶ διέφθειραν οἱ υἱοὶ Ισραηλ ἐν τῷ Βενιαµιν ἐν τῇ ἡµέρᾳ ἐκείνῃ εἴκοσι καὶ πέντε χιλιάδας καὶ ἑκατὸν ἄνδρας· πάντες οὗτοι σπώµενοι ῥοµφαίαν.
(ⲗ︦ⲋ︦) ⲁⲩⲱ ⲁϥⲛⲁⲩ ⲛ̅ϭⲓ ⲃⲉⲛⲓⲁⲙⲓⲛ ϫⲉ ⲁⲩⲡⲗⲏⲅⲏ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲛ̅ⲛ̅ⲣⲱⲙⲉ ⲙ̅ⲡⲓ̈ⲥⲣⲁⲏⲗ ⲁⲩϯ ⲟⲩⲙⲁ ⲛ̅ⲟⲩⲱϣ ⲛ̅ⲛ̅ϣⲏⲣⲉ ⲛ̅ⲃⲉⲛⲓⲁⲙⲓⲛ ϫⲉ ⲁⲩⲕⲁϩⲧⲏⲩ ⲉⲡⲉⲙ̅ⲗⲁϩ ⲉⲧⲟ ⲛ̅ⲕⲣⲟϥ ⲡⲉⲛⲧⲁⲩⲕⲁⲁϥ ϩⲓⲣⲛ̅ ⲅⲁⲃⲁⲁ	(36) And the children of Benjamin saw that they were smitten; and the men of Israel gave place to Benjamin, because they trusted in the ambuscade which they had prepared against Gabaa.	(36) καὶ εἶδεν Βενιαµιν ὅτι τετρόπωται· καὶ ἔδωκεν ἀνὴρ Ισραηλ τῷ Βενιαµιν τόπον, ὅτι ἤλπισαν ἐπὶ τὸ ἔνεδρον, ὃ ἔταξαν πρὸς τὴν Γαβαα.
(ⲗ︦ⲍ︦) ⲁⲩⲱ ⲡⲉⲙ̅ⲗⲁϩ ⲉⲧⲟ ⲛ̅ⲕⲣⲟϥ ⲁϥⲛⲉϩⲥⲉ ⲉϩⲣⲁⲓ̈ ⲁⲩⲧⲁⲁⲩ ⲉⲣⲛ̅ ⲅⲁⲃⲁⲁ ⲁ ⲡⲉⲙ̅ⲗⲁϩ ⲡⲱⲣϣ̅ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲁⲩⲡⲁⲧⲁⲥⲥⲉ ⲛ̅ⲧⲡⲟⲗⲓⲥ ⲧⲏⲣⲥ̅ ϩⲛ̅ ⲟⲩⲧⲁⲡⲣⲟ ⲛ̅ⲥⲏϥⲉ	(37) And when they retreated, then the liers in wait rose up, and they moved toward Gabaa, and the whole ambush came forth, and they smote the city with the edge of the sword.	(37) καὶ τὸ ἔνεδρον ὥρµησεν καὶ ἐξεχύθησαν πρὸς τὴν Γαβαα, καὶ ἐπορεύθη τὸ ἔνεδρον καὶ ἐπάταξαν ὅλην τὴν πόλιν ἐν στόµατι ῥοµφαίας.
(ⲗ︦ⲏ︦) ⲁⲩⲱ ⲛⲉⲣⲉ ⲟⲩⲙⲁⲉⲓⲛ ϣⲟⲟⲡ ⲟⲩⲧⲱⲟⲩ ⲛ̅ⲛ̅ⲣⲱⲙⲉ ⲙ̅ⲡⲓ̈ⲥⲣⲁⲏⲗ ⲙⲛ̅ ⲡⲉⲙ̅ⲗⲁϩ ⲉⲧⲟ ⲛ̅ⲕⲣⲟϥ ⲉⲧⲣⲉⲩⲛⲉϩⲥⲉ ⲉϩⲣⲁⲓ̈ ⲛ̅ⲟⲩⲕⲱϩⲧ̅ ⲛ̅ⲕⲁⲡⲛⲟⲥ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲛ̅ ⲧⲡⲟⲗⲓⲥ ⲛ̅ⲟⲩⲙⲁⲉⲓⲛ	(38) And the children of Israel had a signal of battle with the liers in wait, that they should send up a signal of smoke from the city.	(38) καὶ ἡ συνταγὴ ἦν ἀνδρὶ Ισραηλ πρὸς τὸ ἔνεδρον τοῦ ἀνενέγκαι αὐτοὺς πυρσὸν τοῦ καπνοῦ τῆς πόλεως.
(ⲗ︦ⲑ︦) ⲁⲩⲱ ⲛ̅ⲧⲉⲣⲟⲩⲛⲁⲩ ⲛ̅ϭⲓ ⲛ̅ⲣⲱⲙⲉ ⲙ̅ⲡⲓ̈ⲥⲣⲁⲏⲗ ϫⲉ ⲡⲉⲙ̅ⲗⲁϩ ⲛ̅ⲕⲣⲟϥ ⲁϥⲧⲱⲟⲩⲛ ⲁϥϫⲓ ⲅⲁⲃⲁⲁ ⲁⲩⲁϩⲉ ⲣⲁⲧⲟⲩ ϩⲙ̅ ⲡⲙⲁ ⲙ̅ⲙⲓϣⲉ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲛ̅ϣⲏⲣⲉ ⲛ̅ⲃⲉⲛⲓⲁⲙⲓⲛ ⲁⲩϫⲱⲛⲧ̅ ⲉⲣⲱϩⲧ̅ ϩⲙ̅ ⲡⲓ̈ⲥⲣⲁⲏⲗ ⲙ̅ⲙⲁⲁⲃ ⲛⲣⲱⲙⲉ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲛⲧⲟⲟⲩ ⲡⲉϫⲁⲩ ϫⲉ ⲡⲁⲗⲓⲛ ⲥⲉϩⲏⲩ ϩⲓⲏ ⲙ̅ⲙⲟⲛ ⲛ̅ⲑⲉ ⲙ̅ⲡⲉⲙ̅ⲗⲁϩ ⲛ̅ϣⲟⲣⲡ̅ ⲉⲛⲧⲁϥϣⲱⲡⲉ	(39) And the children of Israel saw that the liers in wait had seized Gabaa, and they stood in line of battle; and Benjamin began to smite down wounded ones among the men of Israel about thirty men; for they said, Surely they fall again before us, as in the first battle.	(39) καὶ ἀνέστρεψαν ἀνὴρ Ισραηλ ἐν τῷ πολέµῳ, καὶ Βενιαµιν ἦρκται τοῦ τύπτειν τραυµατίας ἐν τῷ ἀνδρὶ Ισραηλ ὡσεὶ τριάκοντα ἄνδρας, ὅτι εἶπαν Πλὴν τροπούµενος τροποῦται ἐναντίον ἡµῶν καθὼς ὁ πόλεµος ὁ ἔµπροσθεν.
(ⲙ︦) ⲁⲩⲱ ⲡⲙⲁⲓ̈ⲛ ⲙ̅ⲡⲕⲱϩⲧ̅ ⲁϥⲁⲣⲭⲓ ⲛ̅ϫⲓⲥⲉ ⲉⲡⲉϩⲟⲩⲟ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲓϫⲙ̅ ⲧⲡⲟⲗⲓⲥ ⲛ̅ⲑⲉ ⲛ̅ⲟⲩⲥⲧⲩⲗⲟⲥ ⲛ̅ⲕⲁⲡⲛⲟⲥ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲛ̅ϣⲏⲣⲉ ⲛ̅ⲃⲉⲛⲓⲁⲙⲓⲛ ⲁⲩϭⲱϣⲧ̅ ⲉⲡⲁϩⲟⲩ ⲙ̅ⲙⲟⲟⲩ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲉⲓⲥ ⲡϣⲱϥ ⲛ̅ⲧⲡⲟⲗⲓⲥ ⲁϥⲙⲟⲟϣⲉ ⲉϩⲣⲁⲓ̈ ϣⲁ ⲧⲡⲉ	(40) And the signal went up increasingly over the city as a pillar of smoke; and Benjamin looked behind him, and behold the destruction of the city went up to heaven.	(40) καὶ ὁ πυρσὸς ἤρξατο ἀναβαίνειν ἐκ τῆς πόλεως στῦλος καπνοῦ· καὶ ἐπέβλεψεν Βενιαµιν ὀπίσω αὐτοῦ, καὶ ἰδοὺ ἀνέβη συντέλεια τῆς πόλεως εἰς τὸν οὐρανόν.
(ⲙ︦ⲁ︦) ⲁⲩⲱ ⲛ̅ⲣⲱⲙⲉ ⲙ̅ⲡⲓ̈ⲥⲣⲁⲏⲗ ⲁⲩⲕⲟⲧⲟⲩ ⲛ̅ⲣⲱⲙⲉ ϩⲱⲟⲩ ⲛ̅ⲃⲉⲛⲓⲁⲙⲓⲛ ⲁⲩϣⲧⲟⲣⲧⲣ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϫⲉ ⲁⲩⲛⲁⲩ ϫⲉ ⲁ ⲧⲕⲁⲕⲓⲁ ⲉⲛⲧⲁⲩⲁⲁⲥ ⲉⲓ ⲉϩⲣⲁⲓ̈ ⲉϫⲱⲟⲩ	(41) And the men of Israel turned back, and the men of Benjamin hasted, because they saw that evil had come upon them.	(41) καὶ ἀνὴρ Ισραηλ ἀπέστρεψεν, καὶ ἔσπευσεν ἀνὴρ Βενιαµιν καὶ εἶδεν ὅτι ἧπται αὐτοῦ ἡ κακία.
(ⲙ︦ⲃ︦) ⲁⲩⲱ ⲁⲩⲕⲧⲉ ⲉⲓⲁⲧⲟⲩ ⲙ̅ⲡⲉⲙ̅ⲧⲟ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲛ̅ⲛ̅ⲣⲱⲙⲉ ⲙ̅ⲡⲓ̈ⲥⲣⲁⲏⲗ ⲉⲧⲉϩⲓⲏ ⲉⲧϫⲓ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲉⲧⲉⲣⲏⲙⲟⲥ ⲁⲩⲡⲱⲧ ⲉⲡⲙⲁ ⲉⲧⲙ̅ⲙⲁⲩ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲡⲉⲙ̅ⲗⲁϩ ⲁϥⲧⲁϩⲟⲟⲩ ⲙⲛ̅ ⲛⲉⲧϩⲛ̅ ⲧⲡⲟⲗⲓⲥ ⲁⲩⲧⲁⲕⲟ ⲙ̅ⲙⲟⲟⲩ ϩⲛ̅ ⲧⲉⲩⲙⲏⲧⲉ	(42) And they turned to the way of the wilderness from before the children of Israel, and fled: but the battle overtook them, and they from the cities destroyed them in the midst of them.	(42) καὶ ἔκλιναν ἐνώπιον ἀνδρὸς Ισραηλ εἰς τὴν ὁδὸν τῆς ἐρήµου, καὶ ὁ πόλεµος κατέφθασεν αὐτόν, καὶ οἱ ἀπὸ τῶν πόλεων διέφθειραν αὐτὸν ἐν µέσῳ αὐτῶν.
(ⲙ︦ⲅ︦) ⲁⲩⲱ ⲁⲩⲣⲱϩⲧ̅ ⲛ̅ⲃⲉⲛⲓⲁⲙⲓⲛ ⲁⲩϯϩⲣⲟⲕ ⲛⲁϥ ⲁⲩⲡⲱⲧ ⲛ̅ⲥⲱϥ ϫⲓⲛ ⲡⲉⲙ̅ⲧⲟ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲛ̅ⲅⲁⲃⲁⲁ ϣⲁ ⲙ̅ⲙⲁ ⲛ̅ϣⲁ ⲙ̅ⲡⲣⲏ	(43) And they cut down Benjamin, and pursued him from Nua closely till they came opposite Gabaa on the east.	(43) καὶ ἔκοψαν τὸν Βενιαµιν καταπαῦσαι αὐτὸν κατάπαυσιν καὶ κατεπάτησαν αὐτὸν ἕως ἐξ ἐναντίας τῆς Γαβαα ἀπὸ ἀνατολῶν ἡλίου.
(ⲙ︦ⲇ︦) ⲁⲩⲱ ⲁⲩϩⲉ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲛ̅ ⲃⲉⲛⲓⲁⲙⲓⲛ ⲛ̅ϭⲓ ⲟⲩⲧⲃⲁ ⲙⲛ̅ ϣⲙⲟⲩⲛ ⲛ̅ϣⲟ ⲛ̅ⲣⲱⲙⲉ ⲛⲁⲓ̈ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲉϩⲉⲛⲣⲱⲙⲉ ⲛ̅ⲇⲩⲛⲁⲧⲟⲥ	(44) And there fell of Benjamin eighteen thousand men: all these were men of might.	(44) καὶ ἔπεσαν ἐκ τοῦ Βενιαµιν ὀκτωκαίδεκα χιλιάδες ἀνδρῶν· σὺν πᾶσιν τούτοις ἄνδρες δυνατοί.
(ⲙ︦ⲉ︦) ⲁⲩⲱ ⲁⲩⲕⲧⲟⲟⲩ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲁⲩⲡⲱⲧ ⲉⲧⲉⲣⲏⲙⲟⲥ ⲉⲧⲡⲉⲧⲣⲁ ⲛ̅ϩⲣⲉⲙⲙⲱⲛ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲛ̅ϣⲏⲣⲉ ⲙ̅ⲡⲓ̈ⲥⲣⲁⲏⲗ ⲁⲩⲡⲱⲧ ⲛ̅ⲥⲱⲟⲩ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲁⲩⲧⲁⲕⲟ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲛ̅ϩⲏⲧⲟⲩ ⲛ̅ⲟⲩϭⲓⲥ ⲧⲃⲁ ⲛ̅ⲣⲱⲙⲉ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲛ̅ϣⲏⲣⲉ ⲙ̅ⲡⲓ̈ⲥⲣⲁⲏⲗ ⲁⲩⲡⲱⲧ ⲛ̅ⲥⲱⲟⲩ ⲁⲩⲥⲣⲓⲧ ⲙ̅ⲙⲟⲟⲩ ϩⲛ̅ ⲛⲉϩⲓⲟⲟⲩⲉ ϣⲁ ϩⲣⲁⲓ̈ ⲉⲅⲁⲗⲁⲁⲇ ⲁⲩⲣⲱϩⲧ̅ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲛ̅ϩⲏⲧⲟⲩ ⲛ̅ϣⲟ ⲥⲛⲁⲩ ⲛ̅ⲣⲱⲙⲉ	(45) And the rest turned, and fled to the wilderness to the rock of Remmon; and the children of Israel picked off of them five thousand men; and the children of Israel went down after them as far as Gedan, and they smote of them two thousand men.	(45) καὶ ἐξέκλιναν καὶ ἔφυγον εἰς τὴν ἔρηµον πρὸς τὴν πέτραν τὴν Ρεµµων, καὶ ἐκαλαµήσαντο ἐν ταῖς ὁδοῖς πέντε χιλιάδας ἀνδρῶν· καὶ προσεκολλήθησαν ὀπίσω αὐτοῦ ἕως Γαδααµ καὶ ἐπάταξαν ἐξ αὐτῶν δισχιλίους ἄνδρας.
(ⲙ︦ⲋ︦) ⲁⲩⲱ ⲛⲉⲛⲧⲁⲩϩⲉ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲛ̅ ⲃⲉⲛⲓⲁⲙⲓⲛ ⲛⲉⲩⲛⲁⲣ̅ ⲧⲃⲁ ⲥⲛⲁⲩ ⲟⲩϭⲟⲥ ⲛ̅ⲣⲱⲙⲉ ⲉⲩⲧⲉⲕⲙ̅ ⲥⲏϥⲉ ϩⲙ̅ ⲡⲉϩⲟⲟⲩ ⲉⲧⲙ̅ⲙⲁⲩ ⲛⲁⲓ̈ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲉϩⲉⲛⲣⲱⲙⲉ ⲛ̅ϫⲱⲱⲣⲉ ⲛⲉ	(46) And all that fell of Benjamin were twenty-five thousand men that drew sword in that day: all these were men of might.	(46) καὶ ἐγένοντο πάντες οἱ πεπτωκότες ἐν τῷ Βενιαµιν εἴκοσι καὶ πέντε χιλιάδες ἀνδρῶν σπωµένων ῥοµφαίαν ἐν τῇ ἡµέρᾳ ἐκείνῃ· σὺν πᾶσι τούτοις ἄνδρες δυνατοί.
(ⲙ︦ⲍ︦) ⲁⲩⲱ ⲛ̅ϣⲱϫⲡ̅ ⲁⲩⲕⲧⲉ [...	(47) And the rest turned, and fled to the wilderness to the rock of Remmon, even six hundred men; and they sojourned four months in the rock of Remmon.	(47) καὶ ἐξέκλιναν καὶ ἔφυγον εἰς τὴν ἔρηµον πρὸς τὴν πέτραν τὴν Ρεµµων ἑξακόσιοι ἄνδρες καὶ ἐκάθισαν ἐν τῇ πέτρᾳ Ρεµµων τετράµηνον.
(ⲙ︦ⲏ︦)	(48) And the children of Israel returned to the children of Benjamin, and smote them with the edge of the sword from the city of Methla, even to the cattle, and every thing that was found in all the cities: and they burnt with fire the cities they found.	(48) καὶ ἀνὴρ Ισραηλ ἀπέκλεισεν τοὺς υἱοὺς Βενιαµιν καὶ ἐπάταξαν αὐτοὺς ἐν στόµατι ῥοµφαίας ἀπὸ πόλεως ἑξῆς ἕως κτήνους ἕως παντὸς τοῦ εὑρεθέντος εἰς πάσας τὰς πόλεις· καὶ τὰς πόλεις τὰς εὑρεθείσας ἐξαπέστειλαν ἐν πυρί.
