(ⲁ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁ ⲡϭ̅ⲥ̅ ⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲙⲱⲩ̀ⲥⲏⲥ ⲥⲁⲛⲓⲙⲁⲛ̀ϩⲱⲧⲡ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲙⲱⲁⲃ ϧⲁⲧⲉⲛ ⲡⲓⲓⲟⲣⲇⲁⲛⲏⲥ ϧⲁⲧⲉⲛ ⲓⲉⲣⲓⲭⲱ ⲉϥϫⲱ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲥ	(1) And the Lord spoke to Moses to the west of Moab by Jordan near Jericho, saying,	(1) Καὶ ἐλάλησεν κύριος πρὸς Μωυσῆν ἐπὶ δυσµῶν Μωαβ παρὰ τὸν Ιορδάνην κατὰ Ιεριχω λέγων
(ⲃ̅) ϫⲉ ⲟⲩⲁϩⲥⲁϩⲛⲓ ⲉⲧⲟⲧⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ⲛⲉⲛϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲥ̅ⲗ̅ ⲉⲕϫⲱ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲥ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲙⲁⲣⲟⲩϯ ⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲗⲉⲩⲓⲧⲏⲥ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲕⲗⲏⲣⲟⲥ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲡⲁⲙⲁϩⲓ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲛⲟⲩⲃⲁⲕⲓ ϩⲁⲛⲃⲁⲕⲓ ⲉⲑⲣⲟⲩϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲛ̀ϧⲏⲧⲟⲩ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲓⲙⲁⲛ̀ϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲛⲓⲃⲁⲕⲓ ⲉϥⲕⲱϯ ⲉⲩⲉⲧⲏⲓⲧⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲗⲉⲓⲧⲏⲥ	(2) Give orders to the children of Israel, and they shall give to the Levites cities to dwell in from the lot of their possession, and they shall give to the Levites the suburbs of the cities round about them.	(2) Σύνταξον τοῖς υἱοῖς Ισραηλ καὶ δώσουσιν τοῖς Λευίταις ἀπὸ τῶν κλήρων κατασχέσεως αὐτῶν πόλεις κατοικεῖν καὶ τὰ προάστια τῶν πόλεων κύκλῳ αὐτῶν δώσουσιν τοῖς Λευίταις,
(ⲅ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲩⲉ̀ϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲛⲓⲃⲁⲕⲓ ⲙ̀ⲙⲁⲛ̀ϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲛⲱⲟⲩ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲏ ⲉⲧⲫⲟⲣϫ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ⲛ̀ⲧⲱⲟⲩ ⲉⲩⲉ̀ϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲉ̀ⲛⲟⲩⲧⲉⲃⲛⲱⲟⲩⲓ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲛⲟⲩϥⲧⲉⲫⲁⲧ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ	(3) And the cities shall be for them to dwell in, and their enclosures shall be for their cattle and all their beasts.	(3) καὶ ἔσονται αὐτοῖς αἱ πόλεις κατοικεῖν, καὶ τὰ ἀφορίσµατα αὐτῶν ἔσται τοῖς κτήνεσιν αὐτῶν καὶ πᾶσι τοῖς τετράποσιν αὐτῶν.
(ⲇ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲏ ⲉⲧⲕⲱϯ ⲉ̀ⲛⲓⲃⲁⲕⲓ ⲉⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲛⲁⲧⲏⲓⲧⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲗⲉⲩⲓⲧⲏⲥ ⲓⲥϫⲉⲛ ⲡⲓⲥⲟⲃⲧ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ϯⲃⲁⲕⲓ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲥⲁⲃⲟⲗ ϣⲟ ⲃ̅ ⲙ̀ⲙⲁϩⲓ ⲉϥⲕⲱϯ	(4) And the suburbs of the cities which ye shall give to the Levites, shall be from the wall of the city and outwards two thousand cubits round about.	(4) καὶ τὰ συγκυροῦντα τῶν πόλεων, ἃς δώσετε τοῖς Λευίταις, ἀπὸ τείχους τῆς πόλεως καὶ ἔξω δισχιλίους πήχεις κύκλῳ·
(ⲉ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲕⲉ̀ϣⲓ ⲛ̀ϯⲃⲁⲕⲓ ⲥⲁⲃⲟⲗ ⲉϥⲕⲱϯ ⲡⲓⲥⲫⲓⲣ ⲉⲧⲥⲁⲡⲉⲓⲉⲃⲧ ϣⲟ ⲃ̅ ⲙ̀ⲙⲁϩⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡⲥⲫⲓⲣ ⲉⲧⲥⲁⲡⲉⲙⲉⲛⲧ ϣⲟ ⲃ̅ ⲙ̀ⲙⲁϩⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡⲥⲫⲓⲣ ⲉⲧⲥⲁⲫⲓⲟⲙ ϣⲟ ⲃ̅ ⲙ̀ⲙⲁϩⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡⲓⲥⲫⲓⲣ ⲉⲧⲥⲁⲡⲉⲙϩⲓⲧ ϣⲟ ⲃ̅ ⲙ̀ⲙⲁϩⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲓⲃⲁⲕⲓ ⲉⲩⲉ̀ϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲛⲱⲧⲉⲛ ϧⲉⲛ ⲑⲙⲏϯ ⲙ̀ⲫⲁⲓ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲛⲏ ⲉⲧϧⲉⲛⲧ ⲉ̀ⲛⲓⲃⲁⲕⲓ	(5) And thou shalt measure outside the city on the east side two thousand cubits, and on the south side two thousand cubits, and on the west side two thousand cubits, and on the north side two thousand cubits; and your city shall be in the midst of this, and the suburbs of the cities as described.	(5) καὶ µετρήσεις ἔξω τῆς πόλεως τὸ κλίτος τὸ πρὸς ἀνατολὰς δισχιλίους πήχεις καὶ τὸ κλίτος τὸ πρὸς λίβα δισχιλίους πήχεις καὶ τὸ κλίτος τὸ πρὸς θάλασσαν δισχιλίους πήχεις καὶ τὸ κλίτος τὸ πρὸς βορρᾶν δισχιλίους πήχεις, καὶ ἡ πόλις µέσον τούτου ἔσται ὑµῖν καὶ τὰ ὅµορα τῶν πόλεων.
(ⲋ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛⲉ̀ϯ ⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲗⲉⲩⲓⲧⲏⲥ ⲛ̀ϯⲋ̅ ⲙ̀ⲃⲁⲕⲓ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲡⲓⲙⲁⲙ̀ⲫⲱⲧ ⲛⲏ ⲉⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲛⲁⲧⲏⲓⲧⲟⲩ ⲉ̀ⲑⲣⲟⲩⲫⲱⲧ ⲉ̀ⲙⲁⲩ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲛⲓⲣⲉϥϧⲱⲧⲉⲃ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲡⲓⲕⲉⲙⲃ ⲙ̀ⲃⲁⲕⲓ ⲥⲁⲃⲟⲗ ⲛ̀ⲛⲁⲓ	(6) And ye shall give the cities to the Levites, the six cities of refuge which ye shall give for the slayer to flee thither, and in addition to these, forty-two cities.	(6) καὶ τὰς πόλεις δώσετε τοῖς Λευίταις, τὰς ἓξ πόλεις τῶν φυγαδευτηρίων, ἃς δώσετε φεύγειν ἐκεῖ τῷ φονεύσαντι, καὶ πρὸς ταύταις τεσσαράκοντα καὶ δύο πόλεις·
(ⲍ̅) ⲛⲓⲃⲁⲕⲓ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲉⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲛⲁⲧⲏⲓⲧⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲗⲉⲩⲓⲧⲏⲥ ⲙⲏ ⲙ̀ⲃⲁⲕⲓ ⲛ̀ⲑⲱⲟⲩ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲛⲏ ⲉⲧⲕⲱϯ ⲉ̀ⲣⲱⲟⲩ	(7) Ye shall give to the Levites in all forty-eight cities, them and their suburbs.	(7) πάσας τὰς πόλεις δώσετε τοῖς Λευίταις, τεσσαράκοντα καὶ ὀκτὼ πόλεις, ταύτας καὶ τὰ προάστια αὐτῶν.
(ⲏ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲓⲃⲁⲕⲓ ⲉⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲛⲁⲧⲏⲓⲧⲟⲩ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲁⲙⲁϩⲓ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲛⲉⲛϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲙⲡⲓⲥ̅ⲗ̅ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲓⲧⲟⲧⲟⲩ ⲛⲛⲓⲙⲏϣ ⲉⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛⲉ̀ϭⲓ ⲛ̀ϩⲁⲛⲙⲏϣ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲓⲧⲟⲧⲟⲩ ⲛⲓⲕⲟⲩϫⲓ ⲇⲉ ⲉⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛⲉ̀ϭⲓ ⲛ̀ϩⲁⲛⲕⲟⲩϫⲓ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲓⲧⲟⲧⲟⲩ ⲫⲟⲩⲁⲓ ⲫⲟⲩⲁⲓ ⲕⲁⲧⲁ ⲧⲉϥⲕⲗⲏⲣⲟⲛⲟⲙⲓⲁ ⲉⲧⲟⲩⲛⲁⲉⲣⲕⲗⲏⲣⲟⲛⲟⲙⲓⲛ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲥ ⲉⲩⲉ̀ϯ ⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲗⲉⲩⲓⲧⲏⲥ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛ ⲛⲟⲩⲃⲁⲕⲓ	(8) And as for the cities which ye shall give out of the possession of the children of Israel, from those that have much ye shall give much, and from those that have less ye shall give less: they shall give of their cities to the Levites each one according to his inheritance which they shall inherit.	(8) καὶ τὰς πόλεις, ἃς δώσετε ἀπὸ τῆς κατασχέσεως υἱῶν Ισραηλ, ἀπὸ τῶν τὰ πολλὰ πολλὰ καὶ ἀπὸ τῶν ἐλαττόνων ἐλάττω· ἕκαστος κατὰ τὴν κληρονοµίαν αὐτοῦ, ἣν κληρονοµήσουσιν, δώσουσιν ἀπὸ τῶν πόλεων τοῖς Λευίταις.
(ⲑ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁ ⲡϭ̅ⲥ̅ ⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲙⲱⲩ̀ⲥⲏⲥ ⲉϥϫⲱ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲥ	(9) And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying,	(9) Καὶ ἐλάλησεν κύριος πρὸς Μωυσῆν λέγων
(ⲓ̅) ϫⲉ ⲥⲁϫⲓ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲛⲉⲛϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲥ̅ⲗ̅ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲕⲉ̀ϫⲟⲥ ⲛⲱⲟⲩ ϫⲉ ⲛ̀ⲑⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲛⲁⲉⲣϫⲓⲛⲓⲟⲣ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲓⲟⲣⲇⲁⲛⲏⲥ ⲉ̀ϧⲟⲩⲛ ⲉ̀ⲡⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲛ̀ⲭⲁⲛⲁⲁⲛ	(10) Speak to the children of Israel, and thou shalt say to them, Ye are to cross over Jordan into the land of Chanaan.	(10) Λάλησον τοῖς υἱοῖς Ισραηλ καὶ ἐρεῖς πρὸς αὐτούς Ὑµεῖς διαβαίνετε τὸν Ιορδάνην εἰς γῆν Χανααν
(ⲓ̅ⲁ̅) ⲉⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛⲉ̀ⲟⲩⲱϯ ⲛⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ⲛ̀ϩⲁⲛⲃⲁⲕⲓ ⲙ̀ⲙⲁⲙ̀ⲫⲱⲧ ⲉⲩⲉ̀ϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲛⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲉ̀ⲑⲣⲉϥⲫⲱⲧ ⲉ̀ⲙⲁⲩ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲡⲓⲣⲉϥϧⲱⲧⲉⲃ ⲟⲩⲟⲛ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ ⲉⲧⲛⲁϧⲱⲧⲉⲃ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲯⲩⲭⲏ ⲛ̀ϥⲉⲙⲓ ⲁⲛ	(11) And ye shall appoint to yourselves cities: they shall be to you cities of refuge for the slayer to flee to, every one who has killed another unintentionally.	(11) καὶ διαστελεῖτε ὑµῖν αὐτοῖς πόλεις· φυγαδευτήρια ἔσται ὑµῖν φυγεῖν ἐκεῖ τὸν φονευτήν, πᾶς ὁ πατάξας ψυχὴν ἀκουσίως.
(ⲓ̅ⲃ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲩⲉ̀ϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲛⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲛⲓⲃⲁⲕⲓ ⲙ̀ⲙⲁⲙ̀ⲫⲱⲧ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲁⲧϩⲏ ⲙ̀ⲡⲉⲧϫⲏϥ ϧⲁ ⲡⲓⲥⲛⲟϥ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛ̀ⲛⲉϥⲙⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲡⲓⲣⲉϥϧⲱⲧⲉⲃ ϣⲁⲧⲉϥⲟϩⲓ ⲉ̀ⲣⲁⲧϥ ⲙ̀ⲡⲉⲙ̀ⲑⲟ ⲛ̀ϯⲥⲩⲛⲁⲅⲱⲅⲏ ⲉ̀ⲡϩⲁⲡ	(12) And the cities shall be to you places of refuge from the avenger of blood, and the slayer shall not die until he stands before the congregation for judgment.	(12) καὶ ἔσονται αἱ πόλεις ὑµῖν φυγαδευτήρια ἀπὸ ἀγχιστεύοντος τὸ αἷµα, καὶ οὐ µὴ ἀποθάνῃ ὁ φονεύων, ἕως ἂν στῇ ἔναντι τῆς συναγωγῆς εἰς κρίσιν.
(ⲓ̅ⲅ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲓⲃⲁⲕⲓ ⲉⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛⲛⲁⲧⲏⲓⲧⲟⲩ ⲧⲁⲓⲋ̅ ⲙ̀ⲃⲁⲕⲓ ⲛⲓⲙⲁⲙ̀ⲫⲱⲧ ⲉⲩⲉ̀ϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲛⲱⲧⲉⲛ	(13) And the cities which ye shall assign, even the six cities, shall be places of refuge for you.	(13) καὶ αἱ πόλεις, ἃς δώσετε, τὰς ἓξ πόλεις, φυγαδευτήρια ἔσονται ὑµῖν·
(ⲓ̅ⲇ̅) ⲅ̅ ⲙ̀ⲃⲁⲕⲓ ⲉⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛⲉ̀ⲧⲏⲓⲧⲟⲩ ϩⲓⲙⲏⲣ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲓⲟⲣⲇⲁⲛⲏⲥ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ϯⲕⲉⲅ̅ ⲙ̀ⲃⲁⲕⲓ ⲉⲣⲉⲧⲉⲛⲉ̀ⲧⲏⲓⲧⲟⲩ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲛ̀ⲭⲁⲛⲁⲁⲛ ⲉⲩⲉ̀ϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲙ̀ⲙⲁⲙ̀ⲫⲱⲧ	(14) Ye shall assign three cities on the other side of Jordan, and ye shall assign three cities in the land of Chanaan.	(14) τὰς τρεῖς πόλεις δώσετε ἐν τῷ πέραν τοῦ Ιορδάνου καὶ τὰς τρεῖς πόλεις δώσετε ἐν γῇ Χανααν·
(ⲓ̅ⲉ̅) ⲛⲛⲉⲛϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲥ̅ⲗ̅ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲡⲓϣⲉⲙⲙⲟ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲡⲓⲣⲉⲙⲛ̀ϫⲱⲓⲗⲓ ⲉⲧⲛⲁϣⲱⲡⲓ ϧⲉⲛ ⲑⲏⲛⲟⲩ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲩⲉ̀ϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲛⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲛⲁⲓⲃⲁⲕⲓ ⲙ̀ⲙⲁⲙ̀ⲫⲱⲧ ⲉ̀ⲑⲣⲉϥⲫⲱⲧ ⲉ̀ⲙⲁⲩ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲟⲩⲟⲛ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ ⲉⲧⲛⲁϧⲱⲧⲉⲃ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲯⲩⲭⲏ ⲛ̀ϥⲉⲙⲓ ⲁⲛ	(15) It shall be a place of refuge for the children of Israel, and for the stranger, and for him that sojourns among you; these cities shall be for a place of refuge, for every one to flee thither who has killed a man unintentionally.	(15) φυγαδεῖον ἔσται τοῖς υἱοῖς Ισραηλ, καὶ τῷ προσηλύτῳ καὶ τῷ παροίκῳ τῷ ἐν ὑµῖν ἔσονται αἱ πόλεις αὗται εἰς φυγαδευτήριον φυγεῖν ἐκεῖ παντὶ πατάξαντι ψυχὴν ἀκουσίως. —
(ⲓ̅ⲋ̅) ⲉ̀ϣⲱⲡ ⲇⲉ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉϥϯ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲉⲣϧⲟⲧ ⲛⲁϥ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲥⲕⲉⲩⲟⲥ ⲙ̀ⲃⲉⲛⲓⲡⲓ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉϥⲙⲟⲩ ⲟⲩⲣⲉϥϧⲱⲧⲉⲃ ⲡⲉ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲙⲟⲩ ⲉϥⲉ̀ⲙⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲡⲓⲣⲉϥϧⲱⲧⲉⲃ	(16) And if he should smite him with an iron instrument, and the man should die, he is a murderer; let the murderer by all means be put to death.	(16) ἐὰν δὲ ἐν σκεύει σιδήρου πατάξῃ αὐτόν, καὶ τελευτήσῃ, φονευτής ἐστιν· θανάτῳ θανατούσθω ὁ φονευτής.
(ⲓ̅ⲍ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉ̀ϣⲱⲡ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉϥϯ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲉⲣϧⲟⲧ ⲛⲁϥ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲱⲛⲓ ϧⲉⲛ ⲧⲉϥϫⲓϫ ⲫⲏ ⲉⲧⲉϥⲛⲁⲙⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ϧⲏⲧϥ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉϥⲙⲟⲩ ⲟⲩⲣⲉϥϧⲱⲧⲉⲃ ⲡⲉ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲙⲟⲩ ⲙⲁⲣⲉϥⲙⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲡⲓⲣⲉϥϧⲱⲧⲉⲃ	(17) And if he should smite him with a stone thrown from his hand, whereby a man may die, and he thus die, he is a murderer; let the murderer by all means be put to death.	(17) ἐὰν δὲ ἐν λίθῳ ἐκ χειρός, ἐν ᾧ ἀποθανεῖται ἐν αὐτῷ, πατάξῃ αὐτόν, καὶ ἀποθάνῃ, φονευτής ἐστιν· θανάτῳ θανατούσθω ὁ φονευτής.
(ⲓ̅ⲏ̅) ⲉ̀ϣⲱⲡ ⲇⲉ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉϥϯ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲉⲣϧⲟⲧ ⲛⲁϥ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲥⲕⲉⲩⲟⲥ ⲛ̀ϣⲉ ϧⲉⲛ ⲧⲉϥϫⲓϫ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉϥⲙⲟⲩ ⲟⲩⲣⲉϥϧⲱⲧⲉⲃ ⲡⲉ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲙⲟⲩ ⲙⲁⲣⲉϥⲙⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲡⲓⲣⲉϥϧⲱⲧⲉⲃ	(18) And if he should smite him with an instrument of wood from his hand, whereby he may die, and he thus die, he is a murderer; let the murderer by all means be put to death.	(18) ἐὰν δὲ ἐν σκεύει ξυλίνῳ ἐκ χειρός, ἐξ οὗ ἀποθανεῖται ἐν αὐτῷ, πατάξῃ αὐτόν, καὶ ἀποθάνῃ, φονευτής ἐστιν· θανάτῳ θανατούσθω ὁ φονευτής.
(ⲓ̅ⲑ̅) ⲫⲏ ⲉⲧϫⲏϥ ϧⲁ ⲡⲓⲥⲛⲟϥ ⲉϥⲉ̀ⲧⲁⲕⲟ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲣⲉϥϧⲱⲧⲉⲃ ϩⲟⲧⲁⲛ ⲁϥϣⲁⲛⲓ̀ ⲉ̀ϧⲟⲩⲛ ⲉ̀ϩⲣⲁϥ ⲉϥⲉ̀ⲧⲁⲕⲟϥ	(19) The avenger of blood himself shall slay the murderer: whensoever he shall meet him he shall slay him.	(19) ὁ ἀγχιστεύων τὸ αἷµα, οὗτος ἀποκτενεῖ τὸν φονεύσαντα· ὅταν συναντήσῃ αὐτῷ, οὗτος ἀποκτενεῖ αὐτόν.
(ⲕ̅) ⲉ̀ϣⲱⲡ ⲇⲉ ⲉⲑⲃⲉ ⲟⲩⲙⲉⲧϫⲁϫⲓ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉϥⲣⲟϫⲡϥ ⲓⲉ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉϥⲃⲟⲣⲃⲉⲣ ⲉ̀ϫⲱϥ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲥⲕⲉⲩⲟⲥ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩϫⲟⲣϫⲥ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉϥⲙⲟⲩ	(20) And if he should thrust him through enmity, or cast any thing upon him from an ambuscade, and the man should die,	(20) ἐὰν δὲ δι’ ἔχθραν ὤσῃ αὐτὸν καὶ ἐπιρρίψῃ ἐπ’ αὐτὸν πᾶν σκεῦος ἐξ ἐνέδρου, καὶ ἀποθάνῃ,
(ⲕ̅ⲁ̅) ⲓⲉ ⲉⲑⲃⲉ ⲟⲩⲉⲙⲃⲟⲛ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉϥϯ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲉⲣϧⲟⲧ ⲛⲁϥ ϧⲉⲛ ⲧⲉϥϫⲓϫ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉϥⲙⲟⲩ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲙⲟⲩ ⲙⲁⲣⲉϥⲙⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲫⲏ ⲉⲧⲁϥϯ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲉⲣϧⲟⲧ ⲟⲩⲣⲉϥϧⲱⲧⲉⲃ ⲡⲉ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲙⲟⲩ ⲙⲁⲣⲉϥⲙⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲡⲓⲣⲉϥϧⲱⲧⲉⲃ ⲫⲏ ⲉⲧϫⲏϥ ϧⲁ ⲡⲓⲥⲛⲟϥ ⲉϥⲉ̀ⲧⲁⲕⲟ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲣⲉϥϧⲱⲧⲉⲃ ϧⲉⲛ ⲡϫⲓⲛⲑⲣⲉϥⲓ ⲉ̀ϧⲟⲩⲛ ⲉ̀ϩⲣⲁϥ	(21) or if he have smitten him with his hand through anger, and the man should die, let the man that smote him be put to death by all means, he is a murderer: let the murderer by all means be put to death: the avenger of blood shall slay the murderer when he meets him.	(21) ἢ διὰ µῆνιν ἐπάταξεν αὐτὸν τῇ χειρί, καὶ ἀποθάνῃ, θανάτῳ θανατούσθω ὁ πατάξας, φονευτής ἐστιν· θανάτῳ θανατούσθω ὁ φονεύων· ὁ ἀγχιστεύων τὸ αἷµα ἀποκτενεῖ τὸν φονεύσαντα ἐν τῷ συναντῆσαι αὐτῷ. —
(ⲕ̅ⲃ̅) ⲉ̀ϣⲱⲡ ⲇⲉ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲉⲝⲁⲡⲓⲛⲁ ⲉⲑⲃⲉ ⲟⲩⲙⲉⲧϫⲁϫⲓ ⲁⲛ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉϥⲣⲟϫⲡϥ ⲓⲉ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉϥⲃⲟⲣⲃⲉⲣ ⲉ̀ϫⲱϥ ⲛ̀ⲥⲕⲉⲩⲟⲥ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩϫⲟⲣϫⲥ ⲁⲛ	(22) But if he should thrust him suddenly, not through enmity, or cast any thing upon him, not from an ambuscade,	(22) ἐὰν δὲ ἐξάπινα οὐ δι’ ἔχθραν ὤσῃ αὐτὸν ἢ ἐπιρρίψῃ ἐπ’ αὐτὸν πᾶν σκεῦος οὐκ ἐξ ἐνέδρου
(ⲕ̅ⲅ̅) ⲓⲉ ⲱⲛⲓ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ ⲫⲏ ⲉⲧⲉϥⲛⲁⲙⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ϧⲏⲧϥ ⲛ̀ϥⲉⲙⲓ ⲁⲛ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉϥϩⲉⲓ ⲉϫⲱϥ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉϥⲙⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ⲑⲟϥ ⲇⲉ ⲛⲉ ⲟⲩϫⲁϫⲓ ⲛ̀ⲧⲁϥ ⲁⲛ ⲡⲉ ⲟⲩⲇⲉ ⲛⲁϥⲕⲱϯ ⲁⲛ ⲡⲉ ⲛ̀ⲥⲁ ⲉⲣⲡⲉⲧϩⲱⲟⲩ ⲛⲁϥ	(23) or smite him with any stone, whereby a man may die, unawares, and it should fall upon him, and he should die, but he was not his enemy, nor sought to hurt him;	(23) ἢ παντὶ λίθῳ, ἐν ᾧ ἀποθανεῖται ἐν αὐτῷ, οὐκ εἰδώς, καὶ ἐπιπέσῃ ἐπ’ αὐτόν, καὶ ἀποθάνῃ, αὐτὸς δὲ οὐκ ἐχθρὸς αὐτοῦ ἦν οὐδὲ ζητῶν κακοποιῆσαι αὐτόν,
(ⲕ̅ⲇ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲉⲥⲉ̀ϯϩⲁⲡ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ϯⲥⲩⲛⲁⲅⲱⲅⲏ ⲟⲩⲧⲉ ⲫⲏ ⲉⲧϧⲱⲧⲉⲃ ⲛⲉⲙ ⲟⲩⲧⲉ ⲫⲏ ⲉⲧϫⲏϥ ϧⲁ ⲡⲓⲥⲛⲟϥ ⲕⲁⲧⲁ ⲛⲁⲓϩⲁⲡ	(24) then the assembly shall judge between the smiter and the avenger of blood, according to these judgments.	(24) καὶ κρινεῖ ἡ συναγωγὴ ἀνὰ µέσον τοῦ πατάξαντος καὶ ἀνὰ µέσον τοῦ ἀγχιστεύοντος τὸ αἷµα κατὰ τὰ κρίµατα ταῦτα,
(ⲕ̅ⲉ̅) ⲉⲥⲉ̀ⲛⲟϩⲉⲙ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ϯⲥⲩⲛⲁⲅⲱⲅⲏ ⲙ̀ⲫⲏ ⲉⲧⲁϥϧⲱⲧⲉⲃ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ⲛ̀ⲧⲟⲧϥ ⲙ̀ⲫⲏ ⲉⲧϫⲏϥ ϧⲁ ⲡⲥⲛⲟϥ ⲉⲩⲉ̀ⲧⲫⲟϥ ⲉ̀ϯⲃⲁⲕⲓ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲡⲉϥⲙⲁⲙ̀ⲫⲱⲧ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ϯⲥⲩⲛⲁⲅⲱⲅⲏ ⲉϥⲉ̀ϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲙ̀ⲙⲁⲩ ϣⲁⲧⲉϥⲙⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲡⲓⲟⲩⲏⲃ ⲡⲓⲛⲓϣϯ ⲫⲏ ⲉⲧⲁϥⲑⲁϩⲥϥ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲛⲉϩ ⲉⲑⲟⲩⲁⲃ	(25) And the congregation shall rescue the slayer from the avenger of blood, and the congregation shall restore him to his city of refuge, whither he fled for refuge; and he shall dwell there till the death of the high-priest, whom they anointed with the holy oil.	(25) καὶ ἐξελεῖται ἡ συναγωγὴ τὸν φονεύσαντα ἀπὸ τοῦ ἀγχιστεύοντος τὸ αἷµα, καὶ ἀποκαταστήσουσιν αὐτὸν ἡ συναγωγὴ εἰς τὴν πόλιν τοῦ φυγαδευτηρίου αὐτοῦ, οὗ κατέφυγεν, καὶ κατοικήσει ἐκεῖ, ἕως ἂν ἀποθάνῃ ὁ ἱερεὺς ὁ µέγας, ὃν ἔχρισαν αὐτὸν τῷ ἐλαίῳ τῷ ἁγίῳ.
(ⲕ̅ⲋ̅) ⲉ̀ϣⲱⲡ ⲇⲉ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉϥⲉⲣ ⲥⲁⲃⲟⲗ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲡⲓⲣⲉϥϧⲱⲧⲉⲃ ⲛ̀ⲛⲓⲑⲟϣ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ϯⲃⲁⲕⲓ ⲉⲧⲁϥⲫⲱⲧ ⲉⲣⲟⲥ	(26) But if the slayer should in any wise go out beyond the bounds of the city whither he fled for refuge,	(26) ἐὰν δὲ ἐξόδῳ ἐξέλθῃ ὁ φονεύσας τὰ ὅρια τῆς πόλεως, εἰς ἣν κατέφυγεν ἐκεῖ,
(ⲕ̅ⲍ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉϥϫⲉⲙϥ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲫⲏ ⲉⲧϫⲏϥ ϧⲁ ⲡⲓⲥⲛⲟϥ ⲥⲁⲃⲟⲗ ⲛ̀ⲛⲓϭⲓⲏ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ϯⲃⲁⲕⲓ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲡⲉϥⲙⲁⲙ̀ⲫⲱⲧ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉϥⲧⲁⲕⲟ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲣⲉϥϧⲱⲧⲉⲃ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲫⲏ ⲉⲧϫⲏϥ ϧⲁ ⲡⲓⲥⲛⲟϥ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲛ ⲛⲟⲃⲓ ϭⲓ ⲉ̀ⲣⲟϥ	(27) and the avenger of blood should find him without the bounds of the city of his refuge, and the avenger of blood should kill the slayer, he is not guilty.	(27) καὶ εὕρῃ αὐτὸν ὁ ἀγχιστεύων τὸ αἷµα ἔξω τῶν ὁρίων τῆς πόλεως καταφυγῆς αὐτοῦ καὶ φονεύσῃ ὁ ἀγχιστεύων τὸ αἷµα τὸν φονεύσαντα, οὐκ ἔνοχός ἐστιν·
(ⲕ̅ⲏ̅) ⲙⲁⲣⲉϥϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲅⲁⲣ ϧⲉⲛ ϯⲃⲁⲕⲓ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲡⲉϥⲙⲁⲙ̀ⲫⲱⲧ ϣⲁⲧⲉϥⲙⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲡⲓⲟⲩⲏⲃ ⲡⲓⲛⲓϣϯ ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲁϥϣⲁⲛⲙⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲡⲓⲟⲩⲏⲃ ⲡⲓⲛⲓϣϯ ⲉϥⲉ̀ⲧⲁⲥⲑⲟ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲡⲓⲣⲉϥϧⲱⲧⲉⲃ ⲉ̀ϧⲟⲩⲛ ⲉ̀ⲡⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲡⲉϥⲙⲁⲛ̀ϣⲱⲡⲓ	(28) For he ought to have remained in the city of refuge till the high-priest died; and after the death of the high-priest the slayer shall return to the land of his possession.	(28) ἐν γὰρ τῇ πόλει τῆς καταφυγῆς κατοικείτω, ἕως ἂν ἀποθάνῃ ὁ ἱερεὺς ὁ µέγας, καὶ µετὰ τὸ ἀποθανεῖν τὸν ἱερέα τὸν µέγαν ἐπαναστραφήσεται ὁ φονεύσας εἰς τὴν γῆν τῆς κατασχέσεως αὐτοῦ.
(ⲕ̅ⲑ̅) ⲉⲩⲉ̀ϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲛⲁⲓ ⲛⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲉ̀ⲟⲩⲙⲉⲑⲙⲏⲓ ⲛ̀ϩⲁⲡ ϣⲁ ⲉ̀ⲛⲉϩ ϧⲉⲛ ⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛϫⲱⲟⲩ ϧⲉⲛ ⲙⲁⲛ̀ϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ ⲛ̀ⲧⲱⲧⲉⲛ	(29) And these things shall be to you for an ordinance of judgment throughout your generations in all your dwellings.	(29) καὶ ἔσται ταῦτα ὑµῖν εἰς δικαίωµα κρίµατος εἰς τὰς γενεὰς ὑµῶν ἐν πάσαις ταῖς κατοικίαις ὑµῶν. —
(ⲗ̅) ⲟⲩⲟⲛ ⲛⲓⲃⲉⲛ ⲉⲧⲛⲁϧⲱⲧⲉⲃ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲯⲩⲭⲏ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ϧⲉⲛ ϩⲁⲛⲙⲉⲧⲙⲉⲑⲣⲉⲩ ⲉϥⲉ̀ⲙⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲡⲓⲣⲉϥϧⲱⲧⲉⲃ ⲟⲩⲙⲉⲑⲣⲉ ⲛ̀ⲟⲩⲱⲧ ⲛ̀ⲛⲉϥⲉⲣⲙⲉⲑⲣⲉ ⲉ̀ϫⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲯⲩⲭⲏ ⲉ̀ⲫⲙⲟⲩ	(30) Whoever kills a man, thou shalt slay the murderer on the testimony of witnesses; and one witness shall not testify against a soul that he should die.	(30) πᾶς πατάξας ψυχήν, διὰ µαρτύρων φονεύσεις τὸν φονεύσαντα, καὶ µάρτυς εἷς οὐ µαρτυρήσει ἐπὶ ψυχὴν ἀποθανεῖν.
(ⲗ̅ⲁ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛϭⲓ ⲛ̀ϩⲁⲛⲥⲱϯ ⲉ̀ϫⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲯⲩⲭⲏ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲓⲧⲟⲧϥ ⲙ̀ⲫⲏ ⲉⲧⲁϥϧⲱⲧⲉⲃ ⲫⲏ ⲉⲧⲟⲓ ⲛ̀ⲉⲛⲟⲭⲟⲥ ⲉ̀ⲫⲙⲟⲩ ϧⲉⲛ ⲟⲩⲙⲟⲩ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲉϥⲉ̀ⲙⲟⲩ	(31) And ye shall not accept ransoms for life from a murderer who is worthy of death, for he shall be surely put to death.	(31) καὶ οὐ λήµψεσθε λύτρα περὶ ψυχῆς παρὰ τοῦ φονεύσαντος τοῦ ἐνόχου ὄντος ἀναιρεθῆναι· θανάτῳ γὰρ θανατωθήσεται.
(ⲗ̅ⲃ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛ̀ⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛϭⲓ ⲛ̀ϩⲁⲛⲥⲱϯ ⲉ̀ⲑⲣⲉϥⲫⲱⲧ ⲉ̀ϧⲟⲩⲛ ⲉ̀ⲛⲓⲃⲁⲕⲓ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲛⲓⲙⲁⲙ̀ⲫⲱⲧ ⲉ̀ⲑⲣⲉϥϣⲱⲡⲓ ⲛ̀ⲕⲉⲥⲟⲡ ϩⲓϫⲉⲛ ⲡⲓⲕⲁϩⲓ ϣⲁⲧⲉϥⲙⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ ⲡⲓⲟⲩⲏⲃ ⲡⲓⲛⲓϣϯ	(32) Ye shall not accept a ransom to excuse his fleeing to the city of refuge, so that he should again dwell in the land, until the death of the high-priest.	(32) οὐ λήµψεσθε λύτρα τοῦ φυγεῖν εἰς πόλιν τῶν φυγαδευτηρίων τοῦ πάλιν κατοικεῖν ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς, ἕως ἂν ἀποθάνῃ ὁ ἱερεὺς ὁ µέγας.
(ⲗ̅ⲅ̅) ⲟⲩⲟϩ ⲛ̀ⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛⲥⲉϥ ⲡⲓⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲫⲏ ⲛ̀ⲑⲱⲧⲉⲛ ⲉⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛϣⲟⲡ ϩⲓⲱⲧϥ ⲡⲓⲥⲛⲟϥ ⲅⲁⲣ ϥⲥⲟϥϥ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲫⲏ ⲉⲧⲁⲩϧⲟⲑⲃⲉϥ ϩⲓⲱⲧϥ ⲛ̀ⲛⲟⲩⲭⲱ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ⲙⲡⲓⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲉⲑⲃⲉ ⲡⲓⲥⲛⲟϥ ⲉⲧⲁⲩⲫⲟⲛϥ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲓⲱⲧϥ ⲁⲗⲗⲁ ⲉⲑⲃⲉ ⲡⲓⲥⲛⲟϥ ⲫⲏ ⲉⲧⲁϥⲫⲱⲛϥ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗ	(33) So shall ye not pollute with murder the land in which ye dwell; for this blood pollutes the land, and the land shall not be purged from the blood shed upon it, but by the blood of him that shed it.	(33) καὶ οὐ µὴ φονοκτονήσητε τὴν γῆν, εἰς ἣν ὑµεῖς κατοικεῖτε· τὸ γὰρ αἷµα τοῦτο φονοκτονεῖ τὴν γῆν, καὶ οὐκ ἐξιλασθήσεται ἡ γῆ ἀπὸ τοῦ αἵµατος τοῦ ἐκχυθέντος ἐπ’ αὐτῆς, ἀλλ’ ἐπὶ τοῦ αἵµατος τοῦ ἐκχέοντος.
(ⲗ̅ⲇ̅) ⲛ̀ⲛⲉⲧⲉⲛⲥⲱϥ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲕⲁϩⲓ ⲫⲏ ⲉⲧⲉⲧⲉⲛϣⲟⲡ ϩⲓⲱⲧϥ ⲫⲏ ⲁ̀ⲛⲟⲕ ⲉ̀ϯⲛⲁϣⲱⲡⲓ ϩⲓϫⲱϥ ϧⲉⲛ ⲑⲏⲛⲟⲩ ⲁ̀ⲛⲟⲕ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲡⲉ ⲡϭ̅ⲥ̅ ⲉⲧϣⲟⲡ ϧⲉⲛ ⲑⲙⲏϯ ⲛ̀ⲛⲉⲛϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲙ̀ⲡⲓⲥ̅ⲗ̅	(34) And ye shall not defile the land whereon ye dwell, on which I dwell in the midst of you; for I am the Lord dwelling in the midst of the children of Israel.	(34) καὶ οὐ µιανεῖτε τὴν γῆν, ἐφ’ ἧς κατοικεῖτε ἐπ’ αὐτῆς, ἐφ’ ἧς ἐγὼ κατασκηνώσω ἐν ὑµῖν· ἐγὼ γάρ εἰµι κύριος κατασκηνῶν ἐν µέσῳ τῶν υἱῶν Ισραηλ.
