| (ⲅ︦) ⲉⲧⲃⲉ ⲡϣⲁϫⲉ ⲛ̅ⲟⲩⲕⲟⲓⲛⲱⲛ ..... ⲉⲧⲃⲉ ⲡϯ ⲛ̅ⲧⲉⲕⲕⲗⲏⲣⲟⲛⲟⲙⲓⲁ ⲛ̅ⲛ̅ϣⲃⲏⲣ | (3) Of reckoning with thy partners and travellers; or of the gift of the heritage of friends; |
| (ⲇ︦) ⲉⲧⲃⲉ ⲟⲩⲁⲕⲣⲓⲃⲓⲁ ⲙ̅ⲙⲁϣⲉ ⲙⲛ̅ ϩⲛ̅ϣⲓ ⲉⲧⲃⲉ ϫⲡⲉ ϩⲁϩ ϩⲓ ⲕⲟⲩⲓ̈ | (4) Of exactness of balance and weights; or of getting much or little; |
| (ⲉ︦) ⲉⲧⲃⲉ ⲟⲩⲙⲛ̅ⲧⲙⲁⲓ̈ϣⲓⲃⲉ ⲛ̅ϯ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲓ ⲉϣⲱⲧ ⲉⲧⲃⲉ ϯ ⲟⲩⲥⲃⲱ ⲉⲛⲁϣⲱⲥ ⲛ̅ϩⲉⲛϣⲏⲣⲉ ⲉⲧⲃⲉ ⲧϩⲓ ⲉⲥⲛⲟϥ ⲛ̅ⲛ̅ⲥⲡⲓⲣⲟⲟⲩⲉ ⲛ̅ⲟⲩϩⲙ̅ϩⲁⲗ ⲉϥϩⲟⲟⲩ. | (5) And of merchants’ indifferent selling; of much correction of children; and to make the side of an evil servant to bleed. |
| (ⲋ︦) ⲛⲁⲛⲟⲩ ⲟⲩⲥⲫⲣⲁⲅⲓⲥ ⲉϫⲛ̅ ⲟⲩⲥϩⲓⲙⲉ ⲉⲥϩⲟⲟⲩ ⲁⲩⲱ ϣⲧⲙ̅ⲧⲟⲟⲧⲕ̅ ϩⲙ̅ ⲡⲙⲁ ⲛ̅ϩⲁϩ ⲛ̅ϭⲓϫ. | (6) Sure keeping is good, where an evil wife is; and shut up, where many hands are. |
| (ⲍ︦) ⲁⲩⲱ ⲛⲅ̅ϯ ⲡⲉⲧⲕ̅ⲛⲁⲧⲁⲁϥ ϩⲛ̅ ⲟⲩⲏⲡⲉ ⲙⲛ̅ ⲟⲩϣⲓ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲡϫⲓ ⲙⲛ̅ ⲡϯ ϩⲛ̅ ⲟⲩⲥϩⲁⲓ̈ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ. | (7) Deliver all things in number and weight; and put all in writing that thou givest out, or receivest in. |
| (ⲏ︦) ⲉⲧⲃⲉ ϯⲥⲃⲱ ⲛ̅ⲟⲩⲁⲑⲏⲧ ⲙⲛ̅ ⲟⲩⲥⲟϭ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲟⲩϩⲗ̅ⲗⲟ ⲉϥϫⲓϩⲁⲡ ⲉⲧⲃⲉ ⲟⲩⲡⲟⲣⲛⲓⲁ | (8) Be not ashamed to inform the unwise and foolish, and the extreme aged that contendeth with those that are young: |
| (ⲑ︦) ⲧⲁⲣⲉⲕϣⲱⲡⲉ ⲛⲁⲙⲉ ⲉⲕⲧⲥⲁⲃⲏⲩ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲉⲕⲥⲟⲧⲡ̅ ⲙ̅ⲡⲉⲙ̅ⲧⲟ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲛ̅ⲣⲱⲙⲉ ⲛⲓⲙ ⲉⲧⲟⲛϩ̅. | thus shalt thou be truly learned, and approved of all men living. |
| (ⲓ︦) ⲟⲩⲟⲩϣⲏ ⲛ̅ⲣⲟⲉⲓⲥ ⲉⲥϩⲏⲡ ⲛ̅ⲟⲩⲉⲓⲱⲧ ⲡⲉ ⲟⲩϣⲉⲉⲣⲉ ⲁⲩⲱ ϣⲁⲣⲉ ⲡⲉⲥⲣⲟⲟⲩϣ ⲥⲁϩⲉ ⲫⲓⲛⲏⲃ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲙ̅ⲙⲟϥ | (9) A daughter is a wakeful care to a father; and the care for her taketh away sleep: |
| (ⲓ︦ⲁ︦) ⲉⲥϩⲛ̅ ⲧⲉⲥⲙⲛ̅ⲧⲕⲟⲩⲓ̈ ϫⲉ ⲙⲏⲡⲟⲧⲉ ⲛⲥ̅ⲣ̅ⲛⲟϭ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲉⲁⲥϫⲓϩⲁⲓ̈ ⲙⲏⲡⲟⲧⲉ ⲛϥ̅ⲙⲉⲥⲧⲱⲥ. | when she is young, lest she pass away the flower of her age; and being married, lest she should be hated: |

| (ⲓ︦ⲇ︦) ⲁⲣⲉϩ ⲉⲙⲁⲧⲉ ⲉⲩϣⲉⲉⲣⲉ ⲛ̅ⲛⲁϣⲧ̅ ⲙ̅ⲙⲉ ⲙⲏⲡⲟⲧⲉ ⲛⲥ̅ⲧⲣⲉ ⲛⲉⲕϫⲁϫⲉ ⲣⲁϣⲉ ⲙ̅ⲙⲟⲕ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲛⲥ̅ϯϣⲓⲡⲉ ⲛⲁⲕ ϩⲛ̅ ⲟⲩⲙⲏⲏϣⲉ ⲉⲛⲁϣⲱϥ. | (11) Keep a sure watch over a shameless daughter, lest she make thee a laughingstock to thine enemies, and a byword in the city, and a reproach among the people, and make thee ashamed before the multitude. |
| (ⲓ︦ⲉ︦) ⲙ̅ⲡⲣ̅ⲉⲓⲱⲣⲙ̅ ⲛ̅ⲥⲁ ⲣⲱⲙⲉ ⲛⲓⲙ ⲉⲛⲉⲥⲱϥ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲙ̅ⲡⲣ̅ⲥⲱⲟⲩϩ ⲉϩⲟⲩⲛ̅ ϩⲛ̅ ⲧⲙⲏⲧⲉ ⲛ̅ϩⲛ̅ⲥϩⲓⲙⲉ: | (12) Behold not every bodys beauty, and sit not in the midst of women. |
| (ⲓ︦ⲋ︦) ⲉϣⲁⲣⲉ ⲑⲟⲟⲗⲉ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲉⲓ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲛ̅ ⲛ̅ϩⲟⲓ̈ⲧⲉ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲧⲡⲟⲛⲏⲣⲓⲁ ⲛ̅ⲟⲩⲥϩⲓⲙⲉ ⲟⲩ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ϩⲛ̅ ⲟⲩⲥϩⲓⲙⲉ ⲧⲉ. | (13) For from garments cometh a moth, and from women wickedness. |
| (ⲓ︦ⲍ︦) ⲛⲁⲛⲟⲩ ⲧⲡⲟⲛⲏⲣⲓⲁ ⲛ̅ⲟⲩϩⲟⲟⲩⲧ ⲉϩⲟⲩⲉ ⲟⲩⲥϩⲓⲙⲉ ⲛ̅ⲣⲉϥⲣ̅ⲡⲉⲧⲛⲁⲛⲟⲩϥ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲥⲛⲁϣⲱⲡⲉ ⲉⲩⲛⲟϭⲛⲉϭ ⲛ̅ϭⲓ ⲟⲩⲥϩⲓⲙⲉ ⲉⲥϯϣⲓⲡⲉ. | (14) Better is the churlishness of a man than a courteous woman, a woman, I say, which bringeth shame and reproach. |

| (ⲕ︦ⲅ︦) ⲁ ⲡϫⲟⲉⲓⲥ ⲅⲁⲣ ⲉⲓⲙⲉ ⲉⲥⲩⲛⲉⲓⲇⲏⲥⲓⲥ ⲛⲓⲙ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲁϥϭⲱϣⲧ̅ ⲉⲩⲙⲁⲉⲓⲛ ϣⲁ ⲉⲛⲉϩ. | for the Lord knoweth all that may be known, and he beholdeth the signs of the world. |

| (ⲕ︦ⲋ︦) ⲁϥⲧⲁⲙⲓⲟ ⲛ̅ϩⲛ̅ⲙⲛ̅ⲧⲛⲟϭ ⲛ̅ⲧⲉϥⲥⲟⲫⲓⲁ: ⲛ̅ⲧⲟϥ ϥϣⲟⲟⲡ ϩⲁ ⲑⲏ ⲛ̅ⲉⲛⲉϩ ⲁⲩⲱ ϣⲁ ⲉⲛⲉϩ. | (21) He hath garnished the excellent works of his wisdom, and he is from everlasting to everlasting: |

| (ⲕ︦ⲑ︦) ⲛⲁⲓ̈ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲟⲛϩ̅ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲥⲉϣⲟⲟⲡ ⲛ̅ϣⲁ ⲛⲓⲉⲛⲉϩ ⲁⲩⲱ ϩⲛ̅ ⲭⲣⲓⲁ ⲛⲓⲙ ⲥⲉⲛⲁⲥⲱⲧⲙ̅ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ. | (23) All these things live and remain for ever for all uses, and they are all obedient. |
| (ⲗ︦) ⲥⲉⲟ ⲛ̅ⲥⲛⲁⲩ ⲧⲏⲣⲟⲩ ⲟⲩⲁ ⲙ̅ⲡⲉⲙ̅ⲧⲟ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲛ̅ⲟⲩⲁ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲙ̅ⲡϥ̅ⲕⲁ ⲗⲁⲁⲩ ⲉϥϣⲁⲁⲧ. | (24) All things are double one against another: and he hath made nothing imperfect. |
| (ⲗ︦ⲁ︦) ⲁϥⲧⲁϫⲣⲉ ⲟⲩⲁ ⲛ̅ⲛⲉϥⲁⲅⲁⲑⲟⲛ ⲉⲟⲩⲁ ⲁⲩⲱ ⲛⲓⲙ ⲡⲉⲧⲛⲁⲥⲉⲓ ⲉϥⲛⲁⲩ ⲉⲡⲉϥⲉⲟⲟⲩ; | (25) One thing establisheth the good or another: and who shall be filled with beholding his glory? |
